right. i doubt they'll show all that tho. In Falling into Your Smile, they did put many kiss scenes but not the actual bed sceneS and the novel had a loooot of random bed scenes

i'm still looking forward to plenty of kiss scenes though.

"Please Don't Spoil Me", Zhang Miao Yi's currently airing drama only started filming last December 31, 2021 and started airing Jan 7 with 6 min per episode. Our Secret filmed for 60 days and had 24 full-length episodes.

"Exclusive Fairytale" was filmed for 50+ days so it's definitely slated for 40-48 min per episode.

2013 and 2017 are definitely better than this. im not sure what you take as worth watching but as one of the comments has pointed out before, this season doesnt seem to focus much on the struggles of the students but more on the struggles of the adults (i don't think that was the goal). i very much believe the focus should be on the students but 14 episodes in and the teacher, his backstory, and his overall role is overshadowing the story of the 4 main student leads (aside from their love lines)

not very keen on seolhyun's acting yet but im si wan has been really good! i think not only will he make the drama outstanding, he might also influence seolhyun's performance and make her learn more. looking forward to seolhyun's improvement too! it's nice that she always has projects.

glad she's part of our beloved summer! probably her biggest project to date (despite her not being the lead) since it's broadcasted on national tv with other bigger named-casts

oh they are definitely not the same. this has much more depth despite being shorter

if the ML is trying to learn acting by doing it, i don't think this is the best project for him to do that. sure his character is probably intended to be cold, monotonous, with very few lines, and almost inanimate and this would mask his shortcomings as an actor but it wont help him learn anything because he isnt being pushed to his limits.

yeah he's acting like a manga character, which makes sense because the show author is a manhwa author but in my opinion, his acting still falls short compared to rookie japanese actors taking on the same roll

for the case of Our Secret, the adaptation was announced around december of 2020, casting and filming started around feb 2021, and then the drama was finally aired august.

i think this will be aired around june 2022 or maybe earlier

a power couple actually - both with quite an attitude, which wouldve been more interesting. but based on the teasers it looks like the twin won't be of much focus in the drama, especially since there are only 12 episodes and the side characters have their own stories too.

but id give it the benefit of the doubt for now
