Why did they have to ruin last wedding scene and also when ml proposed her she tries to take the ring off, the writers tried to make both scenes as some sort of comedy but there is time and place when things should taken seriously.
Its my 2nd rewatch i have come to realize like many others that it is true that thier relationship seems imbalanced, its all ml one sided efforts that keeps the ship sailing.

@Grim but there was a reason for him to back out, he did it in remembrance of his dead mother, maybe to fulfill her dying wish, i still don't understand what was big deal in little time apart, also what if situation was reversed, if instead it was ml who worked hard to follow fl Overseas and suddenly fl has something come up and is not able to go and she knew if she doesn't go, ml will also not go but she can't bear to let all ml's hard work go to waste so what do you think she would have done.

@Grim l haven't watched the drama, but on the basis of what you wrote he deceived her for her own good i.e. to prevent her from giving up on her hard earned scholarship. She was the same earlier before she got scholarship as she encouraged him to go alone so i can't seem to understand big issue everyone is having with ml, its not like he cheated on her with another girl.
Again all this is on basis of what you wrote so i don't know if there's anything missing.

Its all grandfather's fault, what did he see in her in first place that he engaged them, she was neither wise nor had any business acumen and just acted like a spoiled brat with lots of money.

If a perfect ml character exist then this is it, it can't get more green than this especially when he drove in front of truck to save her, that scene was very well done with everything moving in slow motion and them locking eyes just before crash.

A good drama for me is the one that pulls me into its world and let me forget my reality even if for a short while however this drama failed to achieve the same.

@mooc I was referring to a particular flashback in drama where ml father asks fl to leave him and she says that she can't live without him.

No her mom is in US, it was shown in later episodes when they video called her, aunt vee was the one who raised her up.

Please recommend similar dramas, not same actors, but similar romance and less angst story line.

A 2 hour movie doesn't justify this love story.

A very underrated drama should be atleast 8/10. Both fl and ml characters were very well written.

One word awesome, yabe was true best friend, his idea of sudden marriage was so cool.

Have ever had a feeling of something is not right, that's the feeling i got after completing this drama but what exactly it is that is bugging me i am unable to pinpoint.
But vaguely i feel its fl's attitude towards ml, maybe i am wrong but the relationship between fl and ml feel like that of between superior and subordinate ( i.e. putting it nicely)

Just saw it and i see i am little late to the party still just got to say that pat got perfect revenge on doc as seen in the very last scene of very last episode.

Can anyone make it clear that what was the necessity of her getting engaged with phob, i still don't get the whole point of mess she created, and why pi was kept in dark about all this even if she faked getting engaged she could have discussed this with pi and what if her mother didn't wake up would she have married phob. Why is this drama so highly rated made me waste my time.
