Whelp.... they're 3 for 3 for building the eventual storm and flash flood of tears from the viewers that will be the ending of this series. And no I have no idea what actually happens, just placing my bet now.
Grandma should have subzeroed the guy with the fridge in the head! π
Ohhh even better....
White-Haired Queen's Fury and Toi Ting Vs Boss and Carbon
The special finishing move could be Grandma throwing Toi Ting at them like she did those chive dumplings in ep 11 and Carbon goes over the railing this time. lol
I can definitely see why Mick said this last storyline is his favorite. Each storyline has had such a depth of emotions and this last one brings all of that together under one.
I could honestly watch these two together forever and never get bored of it.
Look up the definition of "Horn Dog" and there would definitely be Min's picture next to it. lol
When Q's father tried to give Min all that money a few episodes back who knew it was an advanced payment for a "every time Q gets kidnapped and you save him you get a dollar" !?
I appreciate GMM attempting a different plot, but what's the point if you're still going to use the same old formula every time.
Tbh honest some parts of this show doesnβt even make sense, I mean how a ring gives you power to do anything…
Because when it comes to the desperation of having nothing but your life left and even that is under constant threat people will do anything to survive. Boss beats them into submission (either physically or mentally) and then dangles a carrot of hope in front of them that if they obey, work for him, etc. that things will be better for them. It's human nature to fight to survive, but to want to not only survive but thrive and that all drives people to do things they wouldn't normally and flock to anyone/thing they think might help that goal.
Remember the Four Horsemen's monopoly-esque game where boss wasn't allowed to collect debt for a few months? Now that he has the ring and people will do as he says he's got dozens if not hundreds of debtors to collect that money from for resources and signed contracts to make it all perfectly legal, which is why they were saying even the law can't touch him.
This entire series is like one giant onion, with every layer you peel back there's a new story, new characters, and new layer to their amazing acting to discover.
According to their MDL pages they're both 21 years old IRL. Series wise, in episode 5 they said Qin Xiao is 20…
In real life Xiao Zi Zhuo is 21 and Yao Xing Hao is 26. In the series Tan Yin should be 18/19 I think as Qin Xiao treats him like a younger brother and Teacher Liu is probably around Yao Xing Hao's real age.
does anyone know the age difference between the two 2nd MLs?

It'll be interesting to see how the shorter duration works with the rest of the episodes, but so far I really liked episode one. Cut out all the slow-mo stares, cliches, product placement scenes, etc. of the Thai series productions and that's pretty much the length of this anyways so nothing felt rushed in this episode. As others have said, Rei isn't nearly as obnoxious as Rain and hopefully that also translates into him not being infantized like Rain was either.
Whelp this is definitely a few giant steps better than "Love Is Like A Cat", actually this is one of the better Thai-Korean co-productions and not just because of the eye candy.
I want the toxic song so bad. I hope they release it eventually or let us know who it is πππ
So if you use google chrome you can pause the video when the end credits are showing the ost and then click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of chrome and then go down to "search with google lens" You can then click and drag a selection box around what you want to search and then there's an option to translate the text you selected.
When you do that for Toxic this is what you get:

I could be wrong, but I think the wallet was the old one Dohoe bought him before and he said it's he didn't like…
That definitely seems to fit with everything he's said about wanting to not remember the past. Everything he's "hated" including the restaurant they went to, the Taekwondo van, the wallet all in one way or another either has a link to or reminds him of the past.

after the villagers rip him to shreds and scatter his bits to the four winds for what happened to Toi Ting.
