Finally just got to watch episode 13 because of having to wait for fan subs.
HOLY HELL WHAT DIDN'T THIS EPISODE HAVE?!!??!?!?! This one honestly felt like it was 3 hours long with everything packed into yet yet still leaves you with "damn it it's over already and now I have to wait until next week!!" feelings.
Holy hell I could watch Boss dance 24/7/365 and never get bored of it. Yes he has an amazingly gorgeous face and body, but his dancing is so graceful and elegant while being so powerful and masculine at the same time. Studying his naked body should be an entire course in a robotics major because that is one perfectly engineered machine. lol
Speaking of naked bodies or in this case at least half naked bodies, the teasing between Boss and Diamond when Diamond finally get a shirtless scene (if it wasn't his idea to begin with) had to have been funny as hell considering it's been all Boss the whole series.
Yo PHET my man, way to stick it to that homophobic asshole father and thank you everyone involved for not trying to give that worthless shit sack a redemption arc. If this gets any special episodes or even a second season, hopefully P2 get their own place and never have to deal with him ever again so they can finally be happy.
Tonkla by boy.....you're slacking these past few episodes, you're Drama King title is hereby revoked!! Although in his defense nothing could compare to some of the bombshells that have been dropped so I guess he gets a pass.
Prae you got some explaining to do or some major ass to kick depending on how the cookie crumbles. Does Thailand have trashy talkshows where they do the whole reveal who the father is because if they do they already have their shows book for months just off of the characters from this series. lol
Whelp.....at least now Indy and his gang will have plenty of time to practice and they have an audience that literally can't escape them. lol
Kwan was just wow and Sky on the side of the stage looking all hot and bothered and proud was just lol. Who knew little cutesy Kwan had that in her.
Chalarm and Sky at the hospital together, F YES MORE PLEASE!!!! Boss and Diamond pulled off the frenemies thing perfectly, which no surprise since they're friends irl, but damn it the perfection in casting those two to play opposite each other really paid out this episode. Someone commented before that those two should be the leads in a BL together.....I'm pretty sure no one would survive watching even one episode of that without dying from a heart attack. lol
Damn it I really don't want this to end next week.
Alright I don't know about anyone else but I'm definitely liking Ohm and Guide working together. They really work well off of each other and their characters balance each other out really well. Ohm is finally off of Robo Zombie mode in this one and hopefully that'll continue is his roles from now on. His acting is definitely improved in this series so even they kicked his ass in some intensive acting classes or it's the change of working partner that has really spurred this change.
Since they used the same building they should have just had Guy go work for Rainmaker Cafe, they could have even had the character cross over into "7 Days Before Valentine" if they really wanted to go all out with it, although that would have been a bit hard to explain Atom x2.
Yes boi. It's definitely not because of the shirtless/naked scenes😃
everyone else would be fighting over Phaya because they think Billy is hot, us fighting over Yai because we think Gap is hot is sooooooo us, yup more confirmation we're the weird ones. lol :P
North and Rew weren't bad in this, but the whole thing felt way undercooked. The other mini-series in this project have all managed to make the most of the two episodes and while this one definitely would have benefitted from an extra couple of episodes, they really didn't use what they had to the fullest.
This needed some subtle clues along the way that they both weren't what they seemed, needed a bigger lead up to the revelation, and needed a common enemy to fight against that was close to finding out their secrets. I really think Ta could have been that common enemy, one fighting off his advances with the fake boyfriend plot and the other fighting off Ta having pieced together much of what Phol's real background is.
Meh at least we didn't get a drunk Peem needed to be wiped off with a wet cloth scene. lol
I like Off, Gun, and Neo, but holy shit Aungpao is killing it so far. Take a rookie and toss them in a series with a bunch of veteran actors and it's normally like throwing chum in shark infested waters, but he's definitely holding his own with the rest. I really hope the next series he's in is a different genre because I really want to see what he's capable of with different character types and not get type cast like Neo did for so long.
I'm about 95% sure after what they did with this season that I'm done with anything Oxin Films. I can look past a low budget if the story, acting, etc. make up for it, but there was nothing to make up for it, not even the acting.
how long until you track me down and murder my ass for talking you into suffering through the rest of the series with us fellow gluttons for punishment?? lol
Who survived until the bitter end and who do we need to pour one out for???
lol
Secondly Xion does definitely deserve credit for one thing, he spent the past 13 weeks teaching an absolute masterclass on EVERYTHING NOT TO DO with a series!!
lastly and most importantly....
WE'RE FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hell we all joke about surviving "Check Out", at least that had shirtless Boat and Chahub every episode to look forward to. lol
Am I the only one not so secretly hoping that Charlie is actually there to destroy Babe?? I hate people with Babe's "I am god, all shall love and fear me" bs personality and would love to see him at the very least be knocked down a few rungs if not completely destroyed.
On the flip side of that, we still have absolutely no idea what Charlie's true intentions are and I love that. We still know nothing about it, and there's nothing but assumptions that could turnout to be some range of true or not. I'd love him to end up being a chaotic neutral, but since that character type is way too complex for a BL series crowd, let's at least have him be the sexy ass destroyer of worlds....and then go ravage Winner in bed as his prize. lol okay maybe not that last part, but you gotta admit that would be a hot scene. lol Insert La Cuisine / Pit Babe joke about Winner RAMming his trophy in Charlie's display case here.
This is one of those series that definitely suffers from the episodic approach or at the very least only having one episode per week airing with the runtime of each episode being so short. By the time you slap on the previous episode review, intro, outtro, and next episode preview just when it feels like it's about to get to the juicy new stuff the episode is over. This definitely would greatly benefit from a movie cut version.
That said, I do like it, like the cast, and the characters, but then again I don't mind a slow burn / slice of life.
They really tried everything they could to prevent this series from suffering from a fatal case of second couple syndrome, and nope it didn't work. Gus and Tong may only get a few minutes of screen time per episode, but with how obnoxiously annoyingly overacted they have the Jade character in this series, those few minutes are a welcomed reprieve.
Give Tai and Leo the same exact character types and drop them in their own series and there'd be some real chemistry there. We can see the potential they have in this series, but it's doubtful they'll allow it to really be shown in this, like I said they're trying to fight a losing S.C.S. battle. Hell even King and Uea and a welcomed reprieve, so that makes it second and third couple syndrome at this point.
In "Bed Friend" Jade was one of those character that you took in small doses and grew to like / love, in this half of his dialogue is like nails on a chalkboard and the other half is just a rinse and repeat of asking Mai who he likes and being obnoxiously annoying. I get they wanted Jade to be this dense, hyperactive, etc. character, but they really should have looked to JBL series with character types like that on how to do it right without the character being annoying.
omg, I agree, the mother especially, someone needs to slap her.
yup, it's like they're both forcing their kids to do these activities, be the best, etc. because they think it'll prove they're the better parent than the other when it fact it makes them both really shitty ass parents.
Sprite is so desperate to be liked and loved and Zee took the opposite approach and keeps everyone away from him so they can't hurt disappoint/him.

and of course just like so many freaking times in real life the hottest one is the straight one. DAMN YOU YAI!!!! lol
