Not the worst thing I've seen and I actually stayed awake for the whole episode so I guess that's something, but will totally forget the episode in 5 minutes flat.
Jade was tolerable in Bed Friend because the character was in small doses and not nearly as obnoxious, etc. as they decided to have him be in this series. Every freaking line is like Yim is screaming and everyone else is whispering.
Shirtless Tutor and a sprinkling of Net to save the day. lol
I'm still actually really liking this one so far, although honestly it could be the worst series in the world and I'd watch if every episode had at least one shirtless Team (Sam) scene in it. lol
Dear god Sprite WTF did you eat....could smell that shit all the way over here!!! lol BAD SPRITE BAD SPRITE...OUTSIDE!!!!! lol
I need to watch episode 5 again. I feel we didn’t get much time to work out the relationship between A and T,…
Either it was said in jealousy or self-loathing as it's not uncommon for LGBT going through their self discovery to hate it, etc. until they learn to accept it.
It seemed to me that after they had exchanged the gifts during lunch that A realized his feelings for T and that's why he started to treat him differently, to push him away so he could try to escape his feelings.
I think one of the most impressive things being two episodes in so far is that Sea hasn't screwed up at all, or at least hasn't made any noticeable mistakes. Usually when you have a fully abled actor playing a character with a visual impairment, hearing impairment, etc. there's always a few goofs that don't get caught and end up in the series/movie. I know there's still ten more episodes to go, but even not having any noticeable ones in two episodes is really good.
Yes Day...that's his bare chest.....but then again you knew that the first touch, guess you just needed to "make sure" with the second, third, fourth, fifth touches, right??? lol Not gonna lie, I definitely would have gone for a few (more like a million) more touches as well...you know just to make sure. lol
Mark I love you.....Night you're a fucking asshole. It's his house too, he's allowed to come out of his room....oh but wait it's easier for you if he just stays a hermit until he finally gives up everything to you.
One thing that I found curious and it'll be interesting to see what if anything they do with it is that Day has the talking cell phone, but doesn't have any of the software options for his PC?
Overall really solid acting so far, great story and this definitely makes Fridays worth anticipating again.
I was only surprised because this is one more series with twins. Idk who said we wanted every series to have twins,…
1) About the only thing Xion gets right is he does have some very attractive actors, although have the time they dress them up fugly....ie Jason's weird bandana obsession.
2) "but they failed to deliver 🤣." Yup....it definitely wasn't the 90's "delivery in 30 minutes or your pizza is free" delivery they needed it to be. That should have been the main hook NC scene of the episode, but like you said it came off as middle schoolers playing pretend.
3) For a series / episode that was supposed to be so sex heavy they definitely didn't play up the eroticism right with the edits, camera work, etc. Actually with the whole artist getting off while working.....I've known a few in my time... lol
4) At least they went the implied rough sex way instead of doing like "Unforgotten Night", "Big Dragon", and some of the other series where they set the scene, props, etc. for some good old fashion rough sex / BDSM and then have it more vanilla than well vanilla ice cream. That was way more frustrating them then just saying they like it rough in this series.
No, epic is how the who can bite the pocky stick closest to kissing thing in so many BLs is done way sexier than any of the hardcore wannabe NC scenes in this episode. lol
I was only surprised because this is one more series with twins. Idk who said we wanted every series to have twins,…
Translation: This is just as bad as "Our Story" but the difference is you want to see Jason pressing every once of oil out of Oliver's ummm olives and you haven't found anyone hot in this one yet?? lol
They didn't even have the pizza delivery guy eating the pepperoni off of First's nipple...like come on even the lowest budget 90's cali porno would have thought of that. lol
The only thing this episode was good for was showing off Oat's body and the hearty belly laugh of the "draw me like one of your French girls Jack" wannabe scene.
It's like a bunch of virgins pretending to be sex maniacs based off what they learned in a catholic sex is bad video from some Sunday School. lol
Whelp it's Copy A Bangkok so expectations already started off in the basement, but hey they deserve credit for taking pretty much ever porno plot ever done and tossing them together in one hour long softcore porno pretending to be a series first episode.
It's obvious some of the actors took this series just because of the paycheck and weren't really comfortable in the NC scenes....and then there's a couple of them that yup....you just lowkey told the entire watching world that you're a first class slut in bed. lol
Do we even need to comment about hey look another set of "twins" with a role reversal because something happened to one of them....
Copy A Bangkok should just gather all the "twins" from the different series and put them in their next porno err series.... they could call it "Twintopia: Double The Lust" or hell even make it a whole franchise "Twintopia 2: Beyond the Mirror", "Twintopia 3: Triplet Trouble", etc. lol
Yup.....fake twins have become the new engineers. lol
I had a thought while watching this episode, or more remembered, that the last thing we see of Ongsa in the original…
That is if you conveniently forget that in the beginning of the series we saw Soon talking to the new neighbor who had just moved into the room next door....the neighbor we later know to be Older Soon which all happened before the time travel and something Soon later recreated during his time travel.
What they should have done is had the prime events take place like they up to the accident, then had Soon travel back like they did at the beginning. Soon then could have easily gone to his younger self, proved it was him and told him everything about his time with Ongsa. The two Soons could have run through the possibilities to prevent the accident, had the whole "sometimes if you love someone so much you have to let them go" emotional struggle and decided on never meeting being the safest way to ensure the accident never happens.. They could have played it off where younger Soon tried to avoid ever meeting Ongsa, but despite his efforts they do eventually end up meeting and getting together, but a few days / weeks later than what originally happened in the prime events. Once they ended up together for awhile then Soon tells Ongsa everything that happened, but of course Ongsa doesn't believe it. Skip forward and certain events happen that leads Ongsa to believe there might be some truth in what Soon told him and then we get the two Ongsa scene we got in episode 8. Then it all plays off from there like the way the rest of episode 8 went and whatever the conclusion ends up being.
This all would have caused small variations in the events so we're not just watching 3-4 episodes that feel like a rinse and repeat of the previous one before that. This way it would have created that emotional connection to the characters right from the start. We could have felt like they were trying to fight destiny and won out only to have them knocked down to reality and face the most difficult / drastic actions.
"Eternal Yesterday" gave us just enough to get us slightly hooked on the character and then killed him right after in the first episode, yet we had enough already invested in the character than we keep on for the journey even knowing it was going to be heartbreaking to endure it.
This is where "Absolute Zero" failed and while the story progresses, there's still almost nothing of a foundation that it's working off of.
I had a thought while watching this episode, or more remembered, that the last thing we see of Ongsa in the original…
I think that's one of the most frustrating things with this series, there's individual parts that are really good, but it's some of the other parts and when it's all put together that the issues really start to show.
Right after a successful petition for BL series to stop using instrumental Christmas music outside of Christmas…
Yeah...."Our Story" is the second couple from "My Story" as the leads this season. They were the only good part of "My Story", but they've completely destroyed the characters in "Our Story".
There's a few of us on here that are suffering through the season together just because we like the actors, but yeah be very glad you didn't keep watching it. lol
I had a thought while watching this episode, or more remembered, that the last thing we see of Ongsa in the original…
To add to that point, I don't remember them ever even saying how long Ongsa was in the coma/hospital before Soon time traveled. There was no sense of time having passed or even his condition worsening and like you said about the finger twitch.
The whole thing feels like we missed a good 1-3 episodes worth of setup at the beginning
Can we petition for Thai BLs to stop using acapella during romantic scenes, please?ðŸ˜
Right after a successful petition for BL series to stop using instrumental Christmas music outside of Christmas scenes.
lol
The one episode of a Pinoy BL series had an instrumental version of freaking "Jingle Bells" playing during what was supposed to be an emotionally charged sad scene....
Alright, I really want to know who in the hell the ghost writer is for this series because episode 8 (minus the mental gymnastics of the only logical course is we shouldn't ever be together BS) and all of the scenes with young Ongsa and Soon all felt like a completely different writer.
Usually I give a series three episodes to see if it's good, or at the very least if there are actors, etc. in it worth watching it for. In this series, Tor, Mix, and Toey have all made it worth watching the first seven episodes, but episode 8 was actually good story wise as well. Toey really took the emotional aspect of his role and ran with it in episode 8 and as he has with every other episode and scene, completely outshined Teng in every regards. Even the scene with the two Ongsas in the coffee shop was more emotionally charged than anything we've had with Toey and Teng in scene together. Ongsa is so in love with Soon that he's willing to let himself die to save him and we actually felt that, felt the impending doom yet the determination to make destiny save Soon. This is something we never got with the Soon travel back part of the storyline. The whole "We should never have been together, blah, blah, blah lacked any logical reasoning behind it and the way Soon went about it was against everything he said. Instead of simply revealing himself to his younger self (like Ongsa ended up doing in Ep. 8) and making sure he never met Ongsa, he instead decided to not only meet younger Ongsa but making him fall in love with him and then saying his whole "oh but we shouldn't be together...", like that was ever going to work.
As I've said before, novels can dedicate however many pages, etc. are necessary to tell the story properly where as scripts are much more limited in their scope and the two time travel segments we've had before really contrast each other on one being handled properly and one not. Maybe the last 4 episodes will some how finally clear it all up and try to make sense of why the drastic decision of never having met is the only option, but that motivation / reasoning should have been done much sooner in the series so we could actually connect with the pain, etc. behind such a drastic decision, much like we were able to do in episode 8 with Ongsa deciding to let the accident happen.
A few tweaks to the writing, editing and a different actor for older Soon and this could have been an amazing series. As it stands, it's a good showcase for the talents of some of the actors and a lesson for writers on how not to over simplify something to the point of it not creating a logical and emotional connection with the audience.
I watched really late today so I'm just jumping in the convo. But I'm confused, was Jerome in last season too?…
Zeke told Fifth that Kevin betrayed his trust and spread rumors about him, etc. way back in what episode 2, yet after that it was never mentioned again and it's all been about Kevin rejecting Zeke...so that begs the question, did Kevin actually do anything other than just reject Zeke??
There's so much backstory, etc. we should have gotten but instead they wasted all of the screen time on a bunch of one night stands that don't get the clue to get the fuck out of the bed, get dressed and get the fuck out side characters that should have been left in last season. lol
Hell with the way Zeke has been I think even a therapist would tell him to go f himself over the way he's treated everyone. lol
The "I survived "Our Story" t-shirt is not worth it. lol
Shirtless Tutor and a sprinkling of Net to save the day. lol

So much for the hopes of getting a hot n sexy bad boy Ping era. lol

I am not responsible for the severe acute deterioration of your mental and emotional state if you decide to watch that series. lol
it's technically season 3 even though all three seasons have completely different names.
lol
