I've seen a lot of reviews that did not like the show but most people are failing to realize that the show is…
Oh I’m well aware of what the show is meant to be. But it just isn’t funny. That’s the problem. The humour is forced and obvious in a way that it tells you when you’re supposed to laugh. But you don’t.
I have to be one of the people defending the series. Are there a lot of better bl series on the market? With better…
It's a fair comment and assessment, and I agree to a large extent - it did give BL a boost. But show itself was pretty poor in all aspects, and I think its popularity was mainly down to the "couple" as opposed to the show itself - even though Imyself never saw what the fuss was about for either of them...
It also likely kicked off the whole fixed pairing thing with GMMTV and other studios, and it also made execs realise they could make lots of money of BL! I'm not personally a fan of these fixed pairings - at least not this level of exclusivity where they are not allowed to act with anyone else ever as a couple - but it is what it is.
And like you said, at least we have more choice now.
so how can he return if gmmtv doesn't give him any bl series?
Ha! You honestly think it's GMMTV that won't give him a BL show? Have levels of intelligence suddenly dropped worldwide or are you just blind to the obvious?
He basically milked BL for all it's worth from one show which wasn't even that good (and that he got thanks to his family's connections), then got famous mainly because he was paired with Bright (his acting in 2gether was awful at best), and has now got all the delulu fans fawning over him like he's the best thing since sliced bread.
Did you ever notice how awkward the interactions were between him and Bright were? And then Bright's departure was announced from GMMTV... Talk about favouritism and nepotism.
Meanwhile, he keeps getting these variety shows and sponsorships, and he has zero charisma as a presenter. Just look at the last one with the Isuzu vehicles - without Jenny or Nanon it would have been an absolute snoozefest.
He is an amazing actor. In addition, he owns a fashion brand, co-owns a confectionery store, and a dessert shop.…
It's not that hard when you have a really wealthy family to finance you. As for his "acting", it's distinctly average at best. Even his little brother is miles better than him. and he's only done one show.
What a stupid name for a streaming service... and I say this as a 100% gay man!
I might as well finish it now, but I find my attention drifting.

His acting is pretty decent these days. And it’s not like everyone else in GMMTV is an amazing actor 😂
Dancing and Singing? Ha! 🤣 90% of GMMTV actors can’t dance or sing so singling him out for that is unfair I think.
Poor sweet little Aungpao giving him such an evil character 😆
