I have a feeling you're gonna love Taste of Cat then. :) Neko Zamurai is very different from the typical light…
I figured it wouldn't be light and sweet if it involved a Zamurai but still seeing him holding a fluffy cat... sold!
Misunderst0_od Aug 24, 2020
I’ve seen Meow and First Life. First Life was okay, but I loved Meow. I’m a cat lover and have a crazy cat named Kevin so this article was perfect for me. I’m looking forward to watching the first two shows on this list.

Thank you so very much for this article! I really love learning how to cook different foods from around the world. And since I’ve started watching dramas from different Asian countries I have wanted to learn how to cook foods from those countries as well.

I look forward to more of your articles!

Normally I would’ve dropped this kind of drama with messy writing but I’m too invested. I need Ha Nee and…
Thank you Makaela for saying exactly everything I feel. It's the same reason I'm still watching. I really got frustrated with Ha Nee as well because of the way she treated Dae Oh saying that it was his fault and that they were abandoned by him. But at the same time she's been lied to her whole life so of course she's going to trust her mother over her father she never knew. But, I just see this as very lazy sloppy writing from the writer

HTX is a real CEO in the real world and in the novel world, but unlike the ZXE he isn't aware of the fact that…
Thank you so much for answering my questions. Yes that does make sense. And I like how she's aware that she's a character but he isn't. It's a nice little twist. But when you say that he is not aware does she know him from the real world? Has she met him before? I should probably just watch the show but I have other things I'm watching so I don't know when I'll get to it
Benevolentia Aug 15, 2020
I think I’m slightly confused about the ML of the show. Is He Tian Xing supposed to be a A real CEO in the “real world“ but when he gets into the coma he becomes a fake CEO in the novel. Just like the girl does. But everybody else in the book are just characters in the book they don’t have counterparts in the “real world“. I just wanna make sure I’m understanding your article correctly.
I really did love W-Two Worlds so this sounds promising I just wanna make sure I understand.

But seriously, why do they like her?
If you know the answer to that I think you also could solve world peace. I don't think anybody knows the answer to why they like her because I don't even think the writer of the show knows

Somehow I feel that Dae Oh needs an apology from almost everyone out there
As mean as it sounds I really want there to be an episode where AJ just gets the shaft from everyone. I want her to just really feel shut out from everybody so she can feel how she's made everybody else feel. OK maybe just her daughter and DO.

I Said I Wasn't Going To Say Anything But I Have To... First of all I applaud Dae-oh for stepping in at the right…
Jamila, Thank you for your total honest and thought out response. You said everything I have been thinking and telling my friend. I am really irritated about how the writer has created this character of the FL. At first I was on her side but as the episodes went on she did not give me any reason to continue to be on her side. And at first I did not like Dae-Oh because he was written for us not to side with him obviously. But as he has gone on I've seen a great growth and him I think he is a great character. I thought episode 12 revealing a lot of what's been going on was wonderful. I love the dynamic between him and his daughter even though he didn't know it was his daughter in till episode 12. I really hope that Hanee Will except him once she gets over the initial shock. I mean I am sure she will be upset because she'll think he was lying to her at first which would be a natural response but I'm hoping the writer will be stupid enough not to clear that up quickly. But everything else is happened in the show he's just really really annoyed the hell out of me. So again thank you for everything you said because it pretty much covers everything else I have said. And if AJ doesn't give Dae-Oh A super huge 10 minute long apology at some point in the next four episodes I am going to be really really pissed.

When I was watching episode 15 yesterday I wasn't sure how they were going to be able to pull off an episode 16. I felt as though a lot of loose ends were wrapped up yesterday. But I'm glad I was wrong.
Today's episode really tied the bow on the series very nicely. I especially loved the moment between Kang Tae and Jae Soo when KT called him his older brother and thanked him for all that he had done for him. I know some people think this isn't healing drama but I think that the show really has shown a lot of growth for all of the characters. And maybe it doesn't seem like a big deal to call somebody big brother but for him I think it does.

I also love how all of the patients were brought back for the reading and they got to see how they helped the three main characters grow through their own experiences. I think the series did a great job of showing how people are so interconnected that even in your own way when you're going through something and you can't see how it affects people negatively and positively it can.

The ending of this drama is so wonderful in so many ways that I can't explain it. Sang Tae's release is one of…
Yes, I agree. I felt as though his letting go of his brother showed so much growth of his character. And I think that it was so important for him to be the one to let go of Kang Tae so that KT knew it was really okay to move on with his life.

I can't believe it's been 15 episodes and it's just now that I finally that Ju-Ri and Jae-Soo played opposite of each other in Romance is a Bonus Book. But in my defense she's completely different in this!

I also think that way after eps 10. Maybe GPD was like a bodyguard for her, but loved her in silent
I thought he could be her bodyguard too especially with the picture that he was looking at with all the people in it. But we will have to wait and see.

I hope you're right. That would be an interesting plot twist but it will make AJ's character look even worse.…
And yet I keep feeling worse for DO then for AJ. So far everything this writer has shown us has made me feel more sympathy for him than for her. They have not shown me anything that has made him out to be a villain. And like you said his "neglect" is very thin. And if it turns out to be like I said a total misunderstanding and him actually trying to do something else it'll be even worse for her.

Crazy theory about Dong-Chan & Mr. Koo:

I noticed the photos in the house are of DC and his dad only. And the photo in the study are of DC and his mother only. And in the flashback of his dad and his mom she says "protect my boy". So I'm wondering if he isn't actually Mr. Koo's son but that he's been protecting Dong-Chan all this time from the Chinese gang his mother used to be connected to. Thoughts? Was there a photo of the three of them and I missed it? There could've been and I just missed it

Was it just me or did anybody else think that the reason DO was behaving the way he was in the flashback when he was focused on the contest was because he wanted to win the 30millionwon to be able to buy a ring and propose to AH? Also, the reason he said what he did in the flashback when they were having a conversation about marriage was again because he was trying to throw her off? I've seen this happen in other movies/dramas so I just immediately figured that's what was going on.
I have no doubt though and they finally have their big conversation about 10 seconds before the show ends that will be what he tells her.

The screenwriter of this drama is a hot mess.
Personally I feel like every week the screen writer just threw a dart at a dartboard with a bunch of ideas on it and thought hey that would work

You mentioned wanting to watch a show where Lee Jong Suk isn’t a chaebol, ceo, or tragic character... have you watched “Romance is a bonus book“? He plays a somewhat normal guy in that. I mean he does work at a book company has an editor but he’s not the owner of the company although he is on the board. But he doesn’t have a tragic past.

Anyway you asked for votes so I’ll vote for Forest.

Actually there's 32 episodes of this so we're no where near the middle. But I am bout over it all. So annoyed…
Actually it's already just passed the halfway mark. Since they aired two 30 minute episodes at one time today was episode nine of 16. I just wish they give us more information about the past lives so I could care more. I really like the show but that lack of information is annoying me
