I have seen the interview with the cast, plus the writer himself interviews.
It's basically a fake body and intestines and the cast had to learn some parts of the surgery, plus real doctors and nurses were on the set as well adding to the realness, which I can only applaud for.
I am also happy that the main lead actor did mention the OR contamination scene, and that it also bugged him. In reality, such scene could never happen. If someone came and contaminated my OR as a scrub nurse I would redo their vertebrae for sure.

Trust me, this medical drama had the fewest medical errors I could see among all South Korean dramas I have seen.
The surgery scenes were incredibly accurate.
The things that stood out the most were the obvious OR contamination and of course, chest compressions during a V-FIB.

Kim Sabu isn't a new doctor at his hospital and people that do come to his hospital look like absolute quacks in the beginning.

U totally diverted from your original statement about cheating and created a totally new topic. Fiction is fiction, but there is a good fiction and bad fiction and no one wants a bad fiction. This drama didnt fail because of the cheating aspect, but other flaws that it has. Like u said, new dramas are totally different than old dramas and this is why this particular drama failed. It derailed too much from the original format.

I doubt cheating is the main issue of this drama, since we had dramas with cheating as main topic and they recieved a lot of love.

Yeah, the nuance was lost, as in English it made him look like he is asking God (sin) for help, but in Korean it was more savage-like basically him being confident and saying to God that the God should chill and trust him, in a way portraying himself as someone great.
