Wow, I find myself disagreeing with almost everything you have said :D I would never ever say that people's tears are selfish even if they are from anger. Which selfish reasons do we cry for? Let's not count actors who get paid by their tears, ok? MOST of us have a good reason to cry. For you the reason may be ''stupid'' but for that crying person it means a lot so I refer myself from ''judging'' people's reason for crying. They all in the end need some support. ''I would never do something like this'' hmmmm this has two sides. Most of us have moral standards which we live by every single day. It's only up to US how strong those standards our. Yes, people can be suprised what they can do in extreme situations but I think every single one of us can say ''Yes, I can kill someone'' if for example some murderer broke into the house. But you know how we call it? Survival instincts. Forgivness CAN be one-sided and should be in most cases. Now I will talk about the families who lost their children to a terrorists attacks or just stupid killers. In that moment, family can give flying F if the killer begs for forgivness. But as the time progresses the pain is too much to bear so the words ''I forgive you'' are soooo powerful that people describe it like a feeling of rock coming off of their chest. The killer doesn't have to beg for it if he wants to (only proving that he is a major sucker), but the family needs to say those words for them to feel better and move on. Forget the idiot. This act is even described in Bible. Forgivness is key to the happiness. Power of media...yes you are right we shouldn't believe what we see but also take feelings of the victims into the play. If it was you who's family was killed would u stay calm and collected? I would popably throw more then eggs. In THAT situation u want to trust everything and grasp on something to give you the reason WHY such thing happened. People don't throw eggs on daily bases, don't worry about that. In such hard situation u can't blame them for such actions because they are only trying to survive and find someone to blame to try and cope with their loss. You should check out the 5 stages of grief to understand what I mean.
Wow, disappointment on a very new level with this movie. I enjoy movies which start like from middle of the story to make a grand entrance BUT it always gets explained later on, but with this one? The movie started off in middle of their story and wasn't explained at all. Yoo Jung's dramatic reveal? NONE. Till this day I don't understand his character at all. Is he a psychopat? Sociopath? If someone knows then pls explain. Also, I know these actors very well but what's with the poor acting? IDK who to blame for this catastrophy! Director? Scriptwriter? Writer of the manhwa???
Wow, am I too old for these type of movies? I cringed every second and from the start it was so ridiculous + the musical scenes.... Phuuu I skipped through it. But I definetly would show it to my kids since it's very similiar to Cinderella in some way? It's based on a fairy tale from the first second, so that's a good element. I realized that as I age I demand more realistic movies/dramas
As Alexis posted:Support the creators by watching the fully subbed show on their website here: https://www.chocotv.com.tw/drama/9728/eps/1
Not many are like you and trust me, people WANT subs more then anything so what u are saying now won't change anything. U say this but i'm sure u also watch ''illegal'' subtitles. Also, not everyone can speak english and that's the main purpose of my comment. Since Adam Uni and Choco subbed it in english MY subs will be only translated to other languages not english. So your point is abslutely invalid.
I get where you're coming from, and you're welcome to your opinion, but to say the 'bullying is not serious enough'…
Don't worry I didnt't take it in a bad way :) I actually like the actress a lot (I've seen her in lot of tv series) and I think a darker mature romance concept suits her much better. She was amazing in New tales of gisaeng and I rewatch it till this day. They should have stick to the manhwa and cast a younger actress I guess, because it really makes me cringe.

With "bullying is not serious enough" I ment it in a way that they don't pay attention to it like they should. I think they take the matter lightly and the bad acting isn't helping at all. They look as if they were playing a game of push and pull. A great tv show to educate kids about bullying in a very serious way without the romance sauce around it is definetly Solomon's Perjury. Also I also HAVE BEEN bulied and even had to be home schooled, so I know how the main lead feels but she should act better for me to really feel her. Honestly the story is very weak, has plotholes and no progress in either plot or character development.
If you're looking for an exciting plot, my recommendation would be to look elsewhere. This is clearly a character-driven…
I watch drama 10+ years so I am not new to dramaworld at all. I actually enjoy tv series that focus on character developmemt or family but this is just poorly written. Reply 1988 was focusing only on character developments and I found every episode exciting even though there were no dramatic moments, so it's clearly not because of that. I just really find the writting poor and almost to none character development. As I said if they wanted to point out the struggles of life then they should make it stronger. And romance is to no existence for me.
This drama has too many cliches, poor acting and very slow plot line which just doesnt make me to watch more of it. I can see that in whole artice you pointed out one thing the most and that's bullying which is good 'cause people should raise awairness of it, but at the same time this drama does not do the justice to it at all. If they wanted to give out a message about bullying, they should have made it look way more serious than this. That's why I cant really watch it, because it makes me cringe.
Tried it but dropped after second episode. The acting is just stiff and plot pretty boring... I mentioned before that Soo Hyang just can't look younger and it really played it's role when I was watching it. Cha's character is really ''nonsense'' character for me which I don't understand. Like he has his own little world that no one can go into and I don't really like that. What is his purpose? If you want to watch a korean drama with plastic surgery, uni life and hints of romance it's good but not for me since I expect bit of an action and active plot, which this drama sadly does not have.
U call people childish and everyone should stay quiet? I call out that u should act like an adult and u ''report''? What a double standard this is, boy ~ U call people crazy mr. Doctor!!!! But when someone says u won't make it 'cause of your WRONG attitude u report whaaaaa U should really think about what u write. Remember that when u attack someone in life, no one will stay quiet but fight back. Shame on you for this....calling ppl crazy. Shame....
U and a doctor with such mindset? They will kick you out for being a jerk and mistreating patients. As any medical staff u should treat EVERY patient with respect and let's say a nun comes to u or simply someone who never had sex, will you send him/her to a psychiatric ward? It's you who is sick, boy. U repeat that you are an adult so finally act like one!
U were not attacked. U got that for your attitude towards others. U could have said it nicely and maybe even not say it, why? Because it's something that belongs to a fiction. If you so have problem with limited sex talk in kdramas then I suggest you to leave and watch american shows which have plenty of it. U talk about sex, sex,sex and @blackpanther about Maslow hierarchy which hahaha was WRONG, take it from a nursing student who learned it and here is the hierarchy > Psychological, safety, Belonging, Selfesteem, self actualization. Next time, check your fact rights. There are numerous people who live without sex and are doing just fine, so why are u saying it in a very rude way that it's a problem in this drama? The drama is set in a world we might live in years later and maybe robots will become normal part of society changing the social norms we have now.

When I add it to "Plan to watch" it doesnt even give me an option to rate it!
