Lucky with you just ended, went 40 epi’s and the leads got 1 hug. Win the future just finished, and though the lead couple did get together, they had a breakup that lasted into the last epi. Worst one so far has been Be Together. The lead couple had the LEAST screen time, seriously only on screen few minutes together, til the very end of the last epi. Now, I do not expect romance every series, but they need to stop tagging a series romance. Stop baiting your viewers writers!

I enjoyed this series! Enough mystery & fantasy to keep ones attention, but not so much one loses sleep over it.

I am enjoying the series, even though a little romance would be nice, especially in these pandemic/apocalyptic times. However, I have little expectations for romance anymore. Lucky with you is at epi 37 of 40, no romance to be found. Dream Garden is at 11, romance is hinted at, but nothing. From now on, unless I see a handhold, hug or lip lock, I’m not believing the romance tags

. For the record writer-nims , standing 10 feet apart blankly staring at each other with arms handing limp at sides like dead fish does not qualify nor pass for romance!!! CHOLTE!

This is one of those that the writing is not very good, but there are characters that I’ve enjoyed enough to stick with it. Except for the person subbing it, everyone else I know has dropped it. I’m providing moral support for the subber. ✊😂

You are correct- but he did find out they were dating and that was that catalyst. He resented the old man for taking his unrequited love. He held onto the plans for a while, wavering, but then gave in to his resentment. In the end he wasn’t going to tell CEO who put him up to it because he hurt Qian Qian. I think that’s the general timeline. Stuff happened pretty random in this series, especially the later episodes. 🤣

Agree, though I stillI have enjoyed the cases. . For me the FL rankles. She is still so impulsive! She makes snap judgements and In general is presumptuous and unprofessional. The way she jumped into the quarrel is still odd to me. How could she not suspect the girl with her overt strange behavior? That self righteousness doesn’t work in the psyche field…… oops! That turned into s bit of a rant.
On another note, there are several current series with romance in the descriptive but it’s only in background if at all. . There is little romance in the time of Covid. 😆

It was an exhausting watch that left me feeling battle weary. . It did reinforce that I don’t think I would survive the cutthroat sales market for one minute.

I’m starting to think there is no romance in the time of Covid, at least in Cdramas. . There have been several series now that are tagged romance but have very little. I don’t expect it in every series, but don’t use it for bait then switch. Random musing/rant over! I shall step down from the soapbox now. Thank you.

The acting is very good, but for me the writer has so much angst built in that I feel exhausted and somewhat deflated after watching. A very different feeling than what I had when watching An Ideal City.

Seriously overtime. It all seems so random! It’s distracting at times; it makes me wonder why, then I have to focus back to the story. 😂 I am enjoying the Series though! He is working so hard to hide so much, as is she. Everyone is for that matter. I want to know her friends backstory. It’s a psychological game of cat and mouse.

Random production comment; it is amusing me to no end how they keep blurring texts, papers, even some kind of control panel on the wall. I’ve never seen this much prop blurring.

My brain hurts after epi 12! Oh I hated Toem, I’m losing track of who lied to whom for what.

I’m a bit confused. Though it lists only one epi, so far there are 4 separate epi’s/ stories, each a bit darker than the previous.

Hahaha I occasionally have those out of body moments myself.
I still have one worse than this: A Good Supper. It went 100 epi’s, which allowed for far more egregiously bad plot lines. In the end the gal told the evil woman (that killed her mother to marry the father to get the head position at a restaurant where she later STOLE said gals recipes to be called best chef) I would be proud to call you mother. 🤯🤯🤯
Ha! I guess you can tell I’m still not over that one, and THAT was just me skimming through it….. I think I’ll go have a cup of chamomile tea now. 🤣

Yes!!! I had to go back and watch it again once I realized it was the last epi. So, I guess it was a and they lived happily ever after as a family?…..but I still don’t get the investigator. I was reading way more into him than was there. Other points:, they never found the body. Kairi’s mom denied his existence, his dad went bonkers, the witness was supporting him for having saved her and the dna didn’t match so he was free- as long as he pretended to be her brother? Do I have that right? Or was he just that with the police, and saying it symbolically to her, meaning he would be her all? Is any of that right 🤣

It has! At this point I don’t feel I’ve missed any major plot points by doing so. Im hoping second FL (the bratty boss) will grow up soon! Oh she makes me cringe. And the deceased brothers ex; she has got to GO.
