Dancing Ajumma

For me, I’m finding the music is weighing this series down, adding to the morose feeling. It happened similarly with Something in the Rain ( music and BAD mother for that one). The evil ex is cringy. To use a deceased persons text so callously the was she did was so wrong. I’m still watching the characters I like, fast forwarding past the others. Sehun has nice energy; it always brightens when he’s on screen. I will say Kim Joo Heon deserves a better pairing! But I enjoy his scenes. Love his quirkiness. He is a chameleon. He always looks different with every role….. well that turned into a bit of a ramble. My apologies

Sehun is doing a nice job with his character! Though he hasn’t had many scenes, the energy ramps up when he’s on screen.

I thought this was a nice Role for Ong Seong Wu. So happy to see him smiling, especially after his previous role! I look forward to seeing what his next project will be.

Ahhhhh, the Princess. I think I’ve e wanted to slap her every role I’ve seen her in since Sungkyukwan scandal. FINALLY! She deserved it and so much more.

After epi 6 I HAD to make orange madeleines! What a delightful series! I enjoy every epi. Such a lovely and genteel haven, a respite from the world.

I apologize in advance for the mini rant. It’s more I’m confused about writing patterns.
There’s a storyline I’ve seen several times now, that I don’t quite understand. It’s happening here, happened also in Plot love and others.
The second couple females; Why are they so violent? In plot love she would seriously hit him, and even after they were sort of a couple, she double handed pinched the HELL out of his chest, had him writhing in pain on the floor, and she still didn’t let go. It was NOT pretty, certainly not loving. The second couple here is similar. Why is it ok for her to be so rude, condescending and vicious? Yes, I know it is supposed to be a protective mechanism, but it’s getting worse every series. Just flipping the typical roles making the male seem weak and submissive and the female
overbearing and violent isn’t an improvement. I’m all for strong female leads, but that behavior is bad no matter who. I shall step down from the soapbox now. Thank you for your kind patience.

New fan here after watching Truth. Woah. Just, woah.

Truth is amazing. Don’t let It fool you. It looks like a quiet investigative series. It has the most layered characters I have ever, EVER come across. Award winning acting. I hope you find it as interesting. .

LOVED IT! Twists right up to the end. This has some of the most layered characters I’ve ever encountered in all my drama watching. Phenomenal acting.

The ML was lead in The Truth. LOVED IT! Looking forward to this.

Finished it Oct 24. Started rewatch Nov 5. Could not stay away. As all have said, it is a masterpiece.

I never felt like Lee Sang Yoon was really given anything to do, much like the FL in The Veil. Shame on you writer-nims. Shame too, because he’s ready to stretch his acting wings. His stint in master in the House was really good for him.

Interesting. ; I have not been able to find any information on the writer and director. They aren’t listed on MDL. I found one article that mentions the director is Yi Yieven, but I haven’t found any info. If anyone comes across any good articles, would you mind sharing? Thank you!
