The drama in this series lmao. A really messy house with all the young stars being arrogant cuz they are new to the industry of fame. The ADULTS aka the managers and madam Suzy is the only ones who really see the danger and trying to protect them with the strict rules that they all cant seem to follow. Gun is a cameo in ep 5 literally. No lines whatsoever. His plot is tease ep 1-4 but ep 5 forgot he exists. Pitch/Pete is also only appears in Zo's POV, but I kind of like it. We mostly see Zo in Pete's POV before so it is a nice change for Zo to develop. Zo's beef with Gun is dragged in this ep - no progress. Wayha Wayu is probably the comfort couple in the drama cuz we gotta breath with all the drama in the house. Mintra story is interesting with a contract relationship for working purpose, but maybe she likes Korn for real? Korn saying she uses him for fame is really interesting tho. Pawin be having no story of his own cuz he be beefing with Mintra over the biggest red flag in the house. Korn is a playboy. If I remember correctly, out of the first 5 episodes, 3-4 shows him 'on bed' cuz he have no personality except being a ho. To Mintra he doesn't like her but doesn't propose to cancel contract? does he like Pawin fr or just leading him on just like Mintra? Lalit looks like she gonna be expose for privacy invasion in ep 6 but it is 12 eps total so I expect some excuse to cover up.
Lots of stories are going on at the same time. Might be slightly confusing as we don't see from a character's perspective but a third party (an invisible ghost :) )so may be it is hard to know what is going on. Interesting nonetheless.

Have you not seen my previous responses? JH only approach SJ for his face (didn't wanna join the company with the voice but convinced with the face). ODS had the arrangement from the other guy to work together, and that is like using his money situation as an excuse to stay with your crush. Of course I don't accept using your position in the company and your personal interest to get your crush to be with you, but he did make a few points why the company should hire him. And of course without knowing, the artist needed a job and so they are eventually co-workers. In contrast to this, the JH only knows SJ the moment he works together with him in a wedding as a substitute as the company did not have a pianist readily (or maybe even at all but it must be lousy to be a wedding planner without a secure pianist). He only accept the offer because his new crush on the face works there. Sure he likes the voice but he did not accept the position until then. In SE, the senior also followed the junior around, even taking the same class, but they are students, they have to enroll in classes (if I am not mistaken that he also need to take that credit). But going with my memory, the senior was seek for because the junior wanted a to do a project but didn't want the uncompatible senior to work with him. However, the situation is that the junior need the senior for his capability so he agreed to work with him. Despite being annoying, he never pushes the junior to be with him when he realise that he likes him. He was being childish at the beginning, but when he is serious he allow the junior every chance to reject him and even straight up push him away when he realise the junior didnt feel the same. So far, JH here realise that he likes SJ and is seriously pursuing him despite seeing directly for himself that SJ has mental issues with him around and not just annoyed. Hope that clears up. As for the apology, what did he do after that, he smiles and did anything really change? He is also using a debt of the other person to force them to be around like ODS but with really shallow reasons. The reason I am ok with ODS and SE is that both of them may have some mental issues but clearly are not traumatised to be with the other person (ODS was coping better with his past than SJ here). You can argue that it is not obvious to the characters as the viewers, but he does realise that when he apologies. But there is still hope. It is a little bit too soon for him to directly ask SJ to open up his past as a stranger but the time they spend together in lessons may bond them together.

I feel the same, they are pushing the narrative of persistent to the extreme that their own love interest can do anything even cure a trauma. That is not how it works. JH clearly knows SJ have complications and yet he decide to not look into it and try to resolve it. He is one of the most ignorant ML so far just purely want to have the other person.
Ep 3 is just an extension of what is wrong with this drama. Knowing that the guy he likes is uncomfortable with him being around, Jae Hyun literally continues (may have some influence of his friends but JH was already doing that anyway) without a good reason (I get that he likes Seung Jun and want to help him but none of you are therapists). If you watch good KBLs like the recent Our Dating Sim or the legend Semantic Error, they have a good reason to be around despite the other party being uncomfortable (co-worker, group project, etc.) so the "pursue of love" feels more natural. This straight up said "I don't care what you have been through just love me."
Y'all I have just watched ep 1 and already I am not feeling it. The students are bland at most. Typical bully, flat main character who wants to be friend everyone, hype man best friend, popular girl with bad personality, isolated smart kid etc. The only thing I like about the characters is when the smart kid is the first to die (like how often do you see the smart kid die first).
If All of us are dead, Weak hero class, and Assassination classroom (anime) were to meet it would be this but not in a great way.
They really flesh out the characters like mainstream Korean students and then develop into assasination classroom catastrophy level with the government being ignorant AF. All of us are dead work because it was sudden but they really trying to sell that "People on Earth suddenly find weird balls in the sky and concluded that there is no harm as long as we don't mess with it and lets also not prepare anything because it is definitly not an odd thing for floating balls to be in the sky from outer space."
Really, with all the humans on earth and scientists monitorizations (including the governments as well) somehow balls floating in the sky from outer space becomes normalize to the point that when they hatch into aliens people are screaming because no one expected that? No wonder they be panic and lets enroll students into military program because we have been careless. By the way, the most obvious point here is a ball literally fall into the school with military presence and the children had a whole conversation and a kid killed before any soldiers come if at all.
The students are the worst part tho. Not compelling at all. They introduce them on a random day before disaster with running jokes like farting in class, dumb kid who is a bully, snotty popular girls, ... and somehow we got to the day of prep and students enroll in the military training because parents wants extra credits for children to go to better university like no pressure of dying or obsession abuse at all.
Let's just talk about H5 ok because we've already got a lot of conversations through in H4 so I won't discuss their past but I'll focus on what they are in H5.
Xing Si and Yong Jie got a lot of screen time for a cameo and it really proves that their H5 couples are dealing with way too many things other than romance. I think the story progress so far is good, as business directors, they are really busy and so their focus on building a romantic relationship (to their employees) is reasonable. But the director of H5 did not look into this matter but rather on time travel problems???, betrayal to childhood hero???, temporary break up because???. I really like the second couple much more in the beginning than the main but now one of them is sulking and childish while the other is trying to prove something so he distant himself???
Just 2 episodes and Xing Si and Yong Jie already got a better problems and solvings than the main couples. Better yet their kiss scene did not disappoint either. They contributed more romance than the business men, which is fine, but please focus on relationship because History is not a series on sci fi.

being under appreciated does. Mr Ji was willing to go beyond his duty for CY but CY doesn't appreciate anything he did and even discard his efforts in the new contract, safety of CYreputation when he was secretly printing materials right under his team's names risking misunderstanding of leaking private materials, keeping the whole tutor undercover just to be discovered as CY and HS being bad at keeping secret etc. As an assistant, he did not need to cover (definitly not part of contract) and can even expose CY for the tutor thing but he didn't.

Being assistant doesn't mean you allow yourself to be mistreated.
Before meeting HS, CY is terrible to his team - demand overtime, not even remembering the names of those who help him... Sure he has his standard but he doesn't care about them at all. Mr Ji really has to keep his team together unless they stayed becasue the money was worth it. Mr Ji also manage all of his other social network too so that CY can just be the perfect teacher he is.
I don't think finding food for CY was part of the job description since he ran from stores to stores to find something that CY can eat without discarding. It proves that Mr Ji isn't treating CY as some boss but as a friend.
Comparing that to CY just bringing him around for fun without a care for his schedule (is night time still his work hour for him to spend time playing with HS family because CY called him to do so?) , buying some food for Mr Ji is somehow better effort than running around to find food that CY likes? What did CY do that put out more effort, other than his job, to make Mr Ji happy?
And lets not get into his job too because Mr Ji literally tries to find another agency for CY when he destroyed his reputation as a teacher all the while having the same benefit as The Pride only for CY to run in and turn it down after a single night. As a business person, has he thought about advance notice? they were there ready to sign the contract because CY approves for Mr Ji to move forward.
CY never has a care for anyone (yes he never had anyone by his side when he was young except HS family) but Mr Ji stood by his side for years yet still being mistreated as heck.
Joe needs to directly confront Army about their relationship because Army is only telling Joe that they are boyfriends in the gay club while not giving him any security besides it. Also, Army is apparently oblivious to Joe's feeling while expressing his own sexual desire. At one point they are gonna have to establish the connection and identify what they want in the other. NGL but I want the kid to make a comeback but maybe that won't happen since Alex would solve everything before he turns 18.
