I hope there will be History6. History has always present a controversial fantasy/plotline and I am all for them. It may be unreasonable or creepy af but seeing the market flooded with lovely-dovey scene or repeating "acceptable" tragedies/flaws for characters makes the History series more appealing. I LIKE that the directors of the series are daring to do these fantasy along the typical romance. Some people say the History4 cameo here is bad, but there is nothing wrong with the cameo. They are only hating it because the cp story was a romance developed from a one side obsession and rap-, but everyone knows that it is morally wrong, even H4 pointed that out. It is a fantasy and the characters have chosen to work it out and live together happily already, from the ending of H4 and in the cameo of H5. It is a fiction afterall, and the viewers have helped spread awareness through the drama. H5 only delve deeper into how they workout their relationship in a healthy way which is the only saving point of H5 for me cuz the second couple is barely passable considering how daring they have always made the second storyline to be with all the prequels.

Yes I do know this is a spin off from Bed Friend, and no it is not an excuse that people gotta watch a previous series to understand what the characters have been through and what they represent.
After the first 2 ep, I do not recommend wasting your time on this. This series is not only cringey in a bad way (the plot has no focus, every characters has zero backstory, its not even rom-com except Jade trying to be comedic), but I believe the drama is created fully for product placement and not for the essence of a drama because it has no story direction nor any indication of a character development while inserting a lot of obvious products promotions. I wasted my time thinking ep 2 would be better but clearly not.
I watched the whole drama cuz tiktok introduce me to Gong Shang Jue, and I enjoy every scene that he is on. Overall, I find the drama great 8/10 but not that great because of 2 setbacks (spoiler alert): (SPOILER) 1. The pacing is relatively fine until they needed to wrap it up the last 4 episodes. Not to say that the plots are rushed, but it has a lot of mini time skips and doesn't give much explainations as to why what how of many plots and characters. 2. The main characters are unlikable. Not to say that the actor and actress are bad at acting - they did the best they could. Yun Wei Shan is just pouting all the time cuz she either have to be serious or sad, and like why is she so strong and working as a Chi? It is either plot armor for the last 4 episodes or this girl just working for Wufeng for nothing (wanted to destroy Wufeng but doesn't help in anyway, working as a spy for Wufeng in Gong family but doesn't contribute much)... If I remember correctly, Shangguan Qian was the one that leaked Gong sect info to Wufeng to scheme up the attack and YWS just relay the plan to Gong family. Somehow she can combo the secret moves that Gong Ziyu had to learn in to back hill without any mention she was also practicing them. She probably has the most plot armor and simp energy to protect her than most characters in Cdrama. Gong Ziyu is the biggest simp that his only personality is I must protect this Wufeng spy even though Wufeng got my family killed. I get that it is supposed to be his growth journey since he is a spoiled brat in the beginning, but like this guy either cried cuz his family died or angry at Gong Shang Jue cuz he be simping YWS. I am ok with him still mad at GSJ after passing the first trial but by the second trial, understand GSJ as a person, found out YWS is a Wufeng and still gang up on GSJ for trying to protect the Gong family is unbearable. Plus, he has the whole plot armor of Jin Fan, Gong Zi Shang and the whole back side of the hill siding with him against GSJ and Gong Yuan Zhi. Which means that the whole Gong family was colluding to destroy themselve except for GSJ, GYZ and the 2 elders trying to protect the family.
Other than those, the drama is actually amazing. The actors and actresses were great, the remaining characters are great, and hopefully it will get season 2 cuz many questions are left unanswered (is GZY still waiting by the stair despite being the Sword Wielder officially and lead the family sitting by the stairs? is YWS gonna betray the Gong family seeing that she didnt return for many days? SGQ now lived alone but where is the baby? how is life for GSJ, GYZ, GZS, Jin Fan, and the whole back hill?) would recommend to watch ep 24 and 23 if you need context. However, if you watch from beginning, skip all the scenes that doesn't have the other members of the Gong family (and still it would make sense cuz the plot isn't that deep).
I've started to see a bit of a pattern with the voice dubbing.It occurs in many of the scenes filmed outdoors…
I think its the production... ambient noises happens all the time especially outdoor and in rooms that arent equiped with noise reduction. Their production budget is probably low seeing that they have to cut a lot of scenes and can only produce 8 episodes 20+ min each. Voice over is probably inevitable for clips that have loud noises and either could not remove the noise or retake (budget related).
Nonetheless, they gave the kiss scenes long duration so I hope that this series will be remake or expand into a new movie.
Came for the name stay for the characters (and kisses). OMG why cant KBL have more episodes or at least 1hr per ep... Why is there only 2 ep left I need more. It is a bit rush cuz it has so little screen time. I love YK and SW characters as they have great chemistry thanks to the actors too. LW and JO has a great kiss scene but overall not as amazing (tbh I find their story a little bit childish and more rushed development despite having similar screen time with SW and JK) but still decent.

If they did, why does his father still have the tracker on his foot? if his name is cleared the police shouldnt have any reason to put on a tracker nor does the gov who knows and monitor their supers like lab rats need a tracker. In the case of JooWon and Mi Hyun, they may have "escape" from the org and "evade" for a while but the moment Bong Seok and Hee Soo "accidentally" end up in the same school, the gov must have already figured there home location by following them.
I am and these guys are first and on another level. Great camera angle and lighting, long scene, not weirdly edited, not just lips pressing on lips for awkward amount of time or for a short time, they have mouth action, not weirdly shifting head for a make-believe deep kiss, showing the full action instead of hiding it behind a head or shoulder, and all of the above really shows that it is Thai adaptation and raising the kiss scene quality standard for kdrama. Of course the best love class 2 kiss scene is also long but the close up has terrible shadow/lighting - barely seeing the kiss, the cut to the full body got blocked by an arm... If the kiss isnt blockeed by the head or a shoulder, it is blocked by terrible lighting when it is the only scene with mouth action.
I feel so bad for Kang Hoon... I am glad that he still have both loving parents with him, but his family is so poor he had to join the project for income. Which means that the gov has some binding to his action and maybe they would make him do something he doesnt want in the future. He already had to grow up so early since his mom is struggling for income and his dad is mentally disabled. He finally meets 2 other friends who have power, but they dont empathize with him or at least dont care about him. I fear that it would make him more likely to side with the gov than with his friend.
The ending of EP 15 tho... I would be scared and screaming if I was on that bus. I really cant understand the decision to speed up and drive recklessly. There are normal people on it, and you are gonna cause unnecessary attention. He should just drop the kids off and tell them to run while keeping the stalker busy. Sure maybe Bongseok gotta fly them out, but he gotta do it anyway seeing that everyone is now stuck on the bus that went crazy. You would still have to fight and stall the enemy, but now innocent civillians are endangered. Fighting on the open street would have been better than barely avoid all the car accidents that could killed everyone on the bus. It is Kdrama so I understand that they gotta make some stupid decision to spice things up (writing was good until this plot convienience). However, considering that the driver doesnt have an education background nor being rational at all, especially after his father's death, it is reasonable that he panicked and caused unnecessary attention to the public and endangering civillians in a futile attemp to "run away".
My prediction is Kang Hoon will probaly meet the parents at school and run to the rescue while the bully got depress even further as he realised that there are more exceptional people and the school never cared for normies like him. Hopefully, he and the other friends are gonna expose the sketchy AF school.
For the ones who haven't watch the Thai version, this is mediocre at best. For those who did, this doesn't vibe right the first 2 ep. I think it is a general problem with adaptation of another series. Similar to Remember You (Thai adaptation of Hello Monster), the adaptation really flesh out one dimensional characters. However, further episodes may change my mind. I sat through 6 episodes of Remember You before starting to enjoy it so hopefully this will be sooner than later.

You gotta chill its only ep 8. This is a survival show that has 7+8+9 = 24 starting contestants and since the beginning they said that maybe they will debut at most 9 which means that there are at least 15 to be disqualified before a final group to debut.
Mydramalist say that its 12 eps but really? No one is eliminated till ep 8 and round 4 still going on in ep 9 so no one is gonna be eliminated until at least ep 10. Even then, since round 4 is a head to head battle, 12 would still remain if the red zone contestants are eliminated. That would mean ep 11 and 12 need to disqualified at least 3 more to FINISH the show in 12 eps.
If you want to know whats in ep 10, you gotta wait till round 4 is finished.
The way ep 11 could have been the end lmao. They wrapped up pretty much everyone's story.
Mintra broke up with Korn seeking too continue a healthier life. Pawin conclude that he only see Korn as a fun time not a relationship. Korn after break up immediatly go to Pawin for a "serious relationship" but Pawin see through him. Korn really deserve it for not breaking with Mintra himself because he fear for his own career yet has the nerve to bang around. Glad Mintra and Pawin continue their career being sisters while Korn left his own mess behind again. Their story was probably the most reasonable pacing in the whole series.
Gun really is a great character, it's just so sad that he is held back by 2 things. His car accident with Zo's brother got cut off real quick. He was ready to redeem himself and face the consequences and yet Zo forgive him with just an apology (unless ep 12). It is ridiculous that a person spending years in mental facility and a person spending years to support him forgive the culprit of drunk driving so easily. Gun became a better actor, a better person - following the rules more strictly, because he does not want to make the same mistake that haunts him daily. Next is his relationship with Pit. Pit was a good character in the beginning, exploring personal family finance and being new to the industry yet having the success in one try. They could have explore it more - that Pit is trying to be a better actor not just by being around Gun and ended with no project lmao. The series turn Pit a 180 into a character that is emotional to Gun and is his love interest. The relationship could have work as Gun is probably attracted to Pit by Pit trusting him with the correct decision of making up for his mistake and ready to stay with him, and Pit really admire Gun's professional attitude and humane personality. Unfortunately, (it is most likely due to the actors' comfort which is a plus) they don't progress any further than Pit believe Gun will do the right thing and will stay beside Gun. Zo is probably the most unfortunately done character by the script (unless ep 12). He was hinted to have beef with Gun yet doesn't do anything beside waiting for Gun to confess and being jealous with Gun for Pit. Zo does sincerely like Pit and I am glad he isn't obsessed like Mintra was. He was written a selfless character that forgive wrong doing and let his love be free. Which made him unattractive to me because he has desires yet never pursue any actions for his interests.
Wayha Wayu did not need to be this long. Their story could have ended that they truly love each other and is willing to be together facing fan criticism and house rule. Having the rule change in ep 11 really cheapen their relationship. They could have progress their careers together openly with other problems and not just the house rule stopping them alone.
Lalit has her ending when P'Suzy kept her around the house with no project and worked as a house staff lmao. They just made it official after some more episodes. Glad she came clean, realised her mistake of invading the actor's personal life, but she is like Zo - shortened so much. I am kind of disappointed with the Gun Zo Pit tbh. They built up the accident drama for so long to end it like this. Pit is down hard for Gun but the acting is kinda clunky. I think its not just the actor part but also the script like Pit is so 1 dimensional that it is cringy. He falls into the category of character that is only there to be a love interest for another character. Gun actor has the best performance imo. He's carrying the character and the series so hard. Zo has gotta be the most skipped character cuz his whole deal was the grudge yet the series let him forgive Gun in one go. If GunZo is real then this guy just forgot his brother raising him without parents for a hot guy lmao.
They be trying to make Wayha Wayu relevant fr. The arc ended ages ago and now suddenly they got some side beef with P'Suzy lmao.
Pawin should stop chasing the Korn red flag and value his mental health more. Sure Korn is hot and is great intimate but he can do better. I already said enough about Korn so I have no more to say. Mintra should find someone better too. If she had not let this red flag be the focus of her life, she wouldn't need to manipulate and think of ways to make the relationship work.
Lalit remains unrelevant ever since she is busted... literally anything she does can be done by an anonymous stalker or by the staff of the house. Glad she may not appear in the house anymore.
The male staff disappeared and now only P'Host is here. She is an ok character and the actor is doing her best. Looks like she would be the next P'Suzy to take care of these irresponsible children.

Confuse is the word you're looking for. ZoPeteGun is a time bomb with the hospital guy. KornMintraPawin have little to no story of their own (looking at Pawin) except fighting for a red flag (well Mintra is the only one with a background to develop cuz Korn listen to his friend and start banging left and right). Madam Suzy and the managers are running around trying to keep them all safe from paparazzi (poor them trying to manage all the dramas). At least we still have Wayha Wayu :)
