Yes, the other 10 is a documentary about my fave Kpop girl group, MAMAMOO. πŸ˜…

As for WLGYT, it's a must-watch, and it ends just like life. That's the whole point of the show, the circle of life, basically. It's not a happy or sad ending, just an ending.

It's pretty much the most realistic real-life drama I've seen from Koreans so far with the best-written female characters, and characters in general. If you want to watch it, I recommend not binge it. Do it like the official release was. 4 EP per week. Every quarter is basically 1 story, and you need some breathing between those.

All at once it can be draining mentally.

Are you kidding? You haven't heard of "When Life Gives You Tangerines"? How? Did you live on Mars till now? πŸ˜‚ It's the highest rated drama on MDL and won so many awards I can't even count, but it's a hard watch, because almost every episode is emotional damage.πŸ˜…

Flower of Evil is one of my all-time fave too. I think I didn't rate it 10 because the crime plot was a bit predictable, but overall, it's one of the best-written dramas.

My TOP30 highest rated dramas showcase my taste perfectly.

We both love it, so I don't think we have different tastes, it's just I rate shows differently. I'm more critical. I've only rated one drama 10/10 in 20 years.πŸ˜…

I'm not surprised. A lot of more serious drama is underrated, but I think 8/10 is a fair score overall. I love the show so far, but I don't think I'd rate it higher than 8/10 either. Depends on the finale. For me to give 10/10 it rally has to be perfect.

I don't mind 12 episodes but now that we watched 10, it can be rushed in the last 2, because they have to solve 2 major story-line.

Episode ratings have nothing to do with the overall score. The verfied and dropped ratings are pretty low, which is why it's only 8.0. Most Kdrama fans don't like slower, more mature dramas.

Okay, so 2 more episodes and it's over. PLEASE, DON'T MESS THIS UP!

Honestly, I'm surprised that I still don't know 100% who's the real killer is, and yes, some parts are predictable, like her dad's past, and the fact that they were living together. I knew they were going to throw that in, but they did it the right way. My only problem is that there are only 2 episodes left, and I think the story could be rushed if they want to finish up everything.

This drama is one of the best representations of celebrity life and toxic environment. Not to mention crazy "fans" and people who believe everything they read online. It showcases how toxic and manipulative the world we live in is.

You're welcome.

I think the title says it all. One of the characters says: "Everyone speaks a different language" and that's why there are conflicts with the main leads, but it's not irritating like in many other dramas. It's more mature and understandable why they do things.

One thing I can tell, they don't spell everything out loud and clear, there are many clues and small details. After watching it for the 2nd time, I liked it even more, even tho it's not perfect.

The ending is definitely satisfying, especially because they didn't mess it up like they usually do. It's well-written with great actors and an overall good vibe. It has it all. Fun, romance, some cutesy but not over the top, and the other things I mentioned already.

I don't think this is a show where you're gonna cry your eyes out or feel depressed. Even with the childhood trauma, it's still lighthearted.

If you loved "Hotel del Luna" you're gonna love this too. The story is balanced like in HDL. Same writers, that's why.

Is this show high on angst? I’m trying to decide what im in the mood for.
Angst in what way? Romance? To be fair, I don't think it's angst in any way, it's light hearted with a meaningful story, a bit more complex than average romcoms because this is a pshycological drama as well, and also a slow-burn romance.

I'd say it's kind of like the lighter version of "It's Okay to Not Be Okay.

Wow so many butthurt people. I said what i said romancing an ajusshi is sad af . you can argue all you want but…
You're such a hypocrite. Just like someone already said above, you just love young boys. That's a massive red flag. 34 is not the same as 43? Sure, but it's still a 12 year gap, and as you said yourself, it's "crazy".

A 23 year old is barely an adult, but a 30 year old woman is an adult in every possible way. Not to mention, Kyo Hwan doesn't look like he's in his 40s. But I'm not gonna argue with an old woman who's obsessed with young boys.

So, why are you romancing an "Ahjumma" with a 23 year old boy in "The Double"?

Aren't you a hypocrite? Your PFP is your fave Chinese drama with Wi Jin Yan (35) being 12 YEAR older than Wang Xing Yue (23). That's only 2 years difference compared to Youn Jung and Kyo Hwan.

so to the people who have watched this , I don't enjoy romcoms much but I like both of these actors and ratings…
It's more mature than romcoms, it's a psychological drama and not a cutesy romcom, even tho it has that element as well. People say it's repetitive, but it is on purpose, because of their personal problems, and the title is also a clue to that. I mean why is it repetitive sometimes.
