Another overrated drama with potential, but overall, it doesn't offer anything new. It's the same predictable story with different actors.

Yeah, I usually don't say much, just write my reviews, but I had enough of people always care more about the least important things. Don't get me wrong, I love a good romance story and happy ending, but shows like 2521 is not about that.

The saddest part of this show is that many Kdrama fans only care about the stupid love drama, and who's the father, when the show is 100% about friendships and growing up! I'm never gonna understand why Kdrama fans are obsessed with romance and happy endings.

Also, the ending was not rushed, it has no ending, because you can't finish a real life story! Their lives go on till they die!

If you think the father is Yijin, you didn't listen. Heedo's daughter saw pictures and videos of Yijin. Do you really think she never saw her father as a young kid? If Yijin is her dad, she would know that he's a freakin' reporter!😅

Not to mention, in the 1st episode (I think) Heedo's mom literally said, she met with Yijin a month ago, ergo he's not the father!

People keep saying, it's not that bad, just last episode was rushed etc. No, it's not shit, just average with a really bad writing and so many plot holes and unfinished story. Anyone who watched crime shows, this won't offer anything new. And the writing is actually insulting if you're smart enough. Honestly, like with many Kdrama on this platform, this is just another OVERRATED one.

It's time for people to give real scores, or don't rate anything if you can only give 8-10.

Exactly! It's one thing to dislike a show, because it's crap, but give it a low score and hate it because of some scenes just madness. Especially because these scenes actually shows what happened back then with women. And still happening to be honest.

So, you think sex is disgusting? How old are you, 10? Trust me, western people don't watch Kdramas, because in Hollywood movies and shows there are too much nudity or sex scenes. Leave your bubble. The real world doesn't work like that.

You think THIS is disgusting? What about the same copy and paste romance dramas where only the hot guy and girl can have happy ending, and 90% of the time there's no meaning whatsoever, other than: "Woman are slaves, and they're only good for being wives and mothers", basically. That's the whole message of your romance dramas.

Romance dramas have 10 times more unnecessary fan service than shows like Queen Woo. At least, the creators of this show don't hide it.

In shows like this, the nude and sex scenes has actual meaning!

Can you tell me what is the meaning of the kissing scenes, half-naked men and soft-sex scenes in romance Kdramas? How is that any better? It's basically the same thing, we just don't see both of them naked.

Girls and women all-around the world drooling over hot guys, rating Kdramas higher because of them, not because of the story, and people want to axe this show, because it has some nude scenes? Be serious, please!

Guys, if you're a prude and don't like sex scenes or nude scenes, why are you here? The funny thing is, I've seen many of you whining about Kdramas don't have much kissing scenes and if they have, it's not a French kiss, it's childish. Now, you're whining about sex scenes. Don't you realize that you're a massive hypocrite?

Are we live in the 18th century? This is the 21st century, watching sex scenes and nudity doesn't mean you're a pervert or porn addict or the show is a porn! Sex is the essence of life, without that you weren't even born! Sure, sometimes they over do it, but if these scenes are necessary for the plot, there's no reason to moan about it.

I've seen Koreans whining about this as well. They're such a hypocrite country, because they're paying for sex in brothels, watching porn, but when they see some nude scenes in a show, they want to cancel the actors and the creators. MADNESS!

Time travel stories have a basic rule. The story means shit if the traveling didn't change anything.The show literally ends where it started so there's no character development because the traveler don't remember what happened so the story is basically a cicle.

This show is THE prime example how a dumb and lazy writer can ruin a show. The ending was absolute madness. Don't write a story about time travel and aliens if you can't understand the most basic rules.

In the past 2 years, yes, there are a handful of movies that made REAL profit. Why studios still making them? Because if they don't do it, they wouldn't have any chance to save their company and the industry.

This movie is more like an indie movie, not a blockbuster, but even blockbusters are not making any profit, just look at the Marvel movies. Or the fantastic Fall Guy, basically everyone loved it, yet it was a flop Box Office wise.

Even streaming platforms are flopping. For example: Disney+, MAX, both selling their own original content to Netflix, because they need money. And basically all of these streaming platforms doing a Tier with ads, so more people could pay for it, even if it's cheaper.

What I don't get is how people can defend the guy. He doesn't deserve shit! He may be not a red flag, but he kissed the best friend of his girlfriend, and it was obvious from the start that he loves Miso and not Ha Eun, yet he wanted to marry her. Also, he didn't even know the most basic things about her while they were together for years.

Sure, he deserves to know about his daughter, but that doesn't make him a green flag like so many girls/women say in the comment section. You're only defending him, because he's cute.

If you don't know anything about this industry, please stop talking. I work in the movie industry and cinemas suffering all-around the world. It's not always about the quality of the movie.
