I loved the progression of all 4 romantic couples, their troubles, their growth, with the 2nd couples particularly endearing. A pleasant break from several not so pleasant recent kdramas of late. I like that yes, there are mistakes and miscommunications, but I also like that parties involved apologize and atone. There were parts that felt artificial and not natural, but for the most part a pleasant watch.
Disney+ and Hulu (the official streaming service) will not air the last 2 episodes until on April 6. Meanwhile,…
the error is in the licensing. I had a chat with the Disney marketing team regarding the negative impact of this. They had better not do this with the upcoming MBC drama Perfect Crown!
I think I will drop this. I wasn't feeling it with them as a couple the first time they reunited, and I am sooooo tired of the long suffering ML and FL's that put them through the wringer. Please, can we get back to having charming FL's again? With all the viewing options out there, perhaps for me at this point less is more.
The site has been like this for a while. It's just a race for people to farm engagement and it works. I used to…
Agree - I have seen some users who did high quality, detailed, thoughtful analysis and critique of dramas - but not so much lately. Thank you kindly for your answer.
Trying to gather the will to hang in here for the final 2 episodes…. Still Shining? Who? Where? What? I see…
FL characters lately have no charm to offset the unlikeable characteristics. I agree with your post 100 percent. Why to ML's hold a torch for such a person? It's almost alarming to constantly present FL's this way... the misery index is high and makes watching difficult to enjoy.
Look how ridiculous the synopsis is Woo Hyeon Jin spent her whole life working hard for her sister, the one who always had her back. Then, in an instant, her sister was gone, leaving her with only one way to repay the love: raising U Ju.
This part..... Forced to co-parent with the unreliable Tae Hyeong, he starts to look different. Still, despite such feelings, there are too many reasons she can't let her heart speak just yet!
A bit misleading about unreliable. Also too many reasons why she wouldn't commit to ML.
A satisfying ending, and for what it's worth, I am glad there was no real romance plot, but a bonding of work friends and also sisterhood. I think romance would have been too much and distracting to the big mission at hand
On episode 3, laughing at the humor, and enjoy the fresh approach of the premiseof experiment hyper romanticized experiences of blind date relationships and lessons learned. It’s so far light and fun.
Girl realized she doesn't have housemaid and babysitter anymore she had to go to airport and kiss him so she could…
agree. Messy house, hard time getting ready in the morning in time to drop off to day care, if she isn't taking care of her own meals, what the heck is the toddler eating? ML read books to the child. She gives the book to the kid to look at by himself while she does other things. No wonder Woo Ju didn't want "uncle" to leave after dropping him off. I am not convinced there is passion. Only pity or missing his help.
(My Review: A Total Waste of Time! please read this before watch this shit** I'm save your precious time)This…
I am not mad at 2ML. I feel bad that he will put in all this effort and lose. If anything both MLs deserve better than a wishy washy FL with no fire or passion.
I felt bad for Nora. She seems to sadly be just a pawn in the power play. I can't help but think as Albert sees this - his dad sold almost all his shares, he sees how quickly Nora got eliminated, and I wonder if he questions what is in this for him? Maybe I am reading too much into this but for Pete's sake I hope that the FL and ML don't end up getting back together now that he was fired.
Many elements fell apart at the end - spoiler below
They had me when she vanished, but the 9 year time skip was really not necessary. Eun Ho comes back and does not learn any humility? She was so much more pleasant when she lost her powers, and reverts back to overbearing personality when a 9 tail fox again. Even Geum Ho's personality changed when she got promoted to 9 tail fox. It would have been better if... they reunite once he dies - or - she comes back as human and they live happily ever after. I even got the sense that the ML felt uneasy that she now is powerful and the dynamics are please her or else. Stuck on an island with only her around? No thank you. To me the chemistry withered away in the final scenes.
They brought the shaman back from the dead... only to have to slay him again. Why bother and his reappearance added no tension or substance to the final episode.
And what happened to the villain who shot the ML? He just runs away and then what? I must have missed something.
Deity/human relationships are so unsatisfying due to mortal vs immortal lifespan. I liked it better in Doom At Your Service on how they resolve this dilemma.

Sigh. Glad this is over.
