@Naija05 exactly. He was devastated when she did that. I mean ghosting him and then she wants to go off on him. Not cool. None of what she did was cool. Oh, and on top of that she knew how his pass was because she talked to the guy at the restaurant who told her NOT to hurt him. I'm surprised he didn't say more when Xiao Han was packing to move about that conversation, but he was so depressed I guess he thought otherwise.

@FallingSlowly88 right? I mean, come on...it is beyond the level of irritating. I really enjoy the drama until she opens up her mouth. She's 18 why is she talking like she is 5. Shifull, Shifull...urg!!!!!! When she says that it's like nails on a chalkboard. If you listen to her before she went to "SHIFULL" and in the Wen family she was talking normal. Then it was all downhill....so sad,,,,

@FallingSlowly88, you know!!! She is so on my last, I mean last nerve with "shifull." She does that at least 10 times when she talks to him. LOL! I can barely make it through her scenes when she speaks because I know it's coming.

I did say that...I said that you do not want to jump out there and say that you are sick. But again, when she "ghosted" him that was the time to let him know what was going on. Not say nothing doesn't change the fact that you pursued this man and now you are treating him this way. She was wrong with making that decision and not allowing him to choose. Again, as I said, you of course do not want to tell someone you are sick, but she had ample time to let him know. I get that she was pretending that her world was ok but when she crashed...that was the time to let him know. You are not just hurting yourself but the ones you love too.

I believe that he does let her die in the end. I mean she has survived multiple times and I think she will. Maybe it will be like a Romeo and Juliet. They both die. If he knows she is going to die and he really loves her and does not see a life without her, they may just go together. Or, again, they may leave it open ended for the audience to make they're on conclusion. And finally, we do get that she will be in remission for a long period of time, and they cannot say when she will die.

I just want the 2 couple to get together. Now, that would make me happy to see that. What do you think?

I see the date to end is 2/28 so I guess we will have to sweat this one out. Wow, I can only imagine what will be the ending. I hope we don't get a weak one please!

Who is the girl that is running off at the mouth telling her about her past? ChengFeng's girl. I wish she would just stop talking. She is always letting things be known. And again, when she is reborn, she was talking in a normal voice and now that she is with Yin Fan, she is talking in that whiny voice again...urg! Are we going to see some deaths pretty soon? It seems like everything has been too calm.

@sakie, I agree that she is pretending that life is great, and she doesn't want to admit what is coming. If you love someone you are being unfair with NOT telling them because you are in your own way making them suffer for not telling them the truth. I experience telling my father he was dying; it is an unsurmountable amount of pain, but he had to know. That is why she should tell him because he is going to suffer either way. There is really nothing you can do to ease the pain of knowing someone is dying...it's heavy to say the least.

@writerpersona What? we have to wait 4 days. Are you serious? I see it ends on the 28th. Yes, I have to agree he is a man of his word, but I don't know if he can be true to that promise. I mean, he is all in with her. I hope she for once if he doesn't step up to him but like you said she is afraid but maybe seeing her daughter take her leap of faith and marrying her man, may help her.

My thoughts after watching up to episode 21 (we only have 3 episodes left).

The thing that gets me is why can't people communicate. Seriously! I am not saying she had to tell him from jump that she was sick but at some given point why not tell him. Even when he asks her, what aren't you telling me...she should have said something. She made decisions without including him. Ok, before everyone trips out, because I know what everyone is going to say. Hear me out.

First of all, she was 18 at the time she started "pursuing" him. Now she is 20 and they are in a relationship. She has made all the steps towards him, and you still can't tell him? Yes, I know it is hard but isn't life? Don't you think it was unfair of her not to give him the full picture? She basically when she had her episode, "ghosted" him. He deserved better, they both did. Life is short and she is taking away from him as well as herself precious moments they could be together. It is not fair of her to "think" for him. He has the right begin in a relationship with her to decide how he feels about whether he is with her or not. She made his choice for him. Which I would be ticked too.

Now, she finds him because of the girl in their dorm room shows her his picture. Then she wants to go have a tirade at the shop. Come on. This would have been her opportunity to talk instead of accusing. He has the right at this point to be mad, to not want to talk because when he wanted to, she gave him silence.

Who will eventually tell him? Does he go after her after she leaves the shop and finds her passed out on the ground. Take her to the hospital and the mother comes and tells it all. Or does he inadvertently find out through Han Yu or the chick from his past (she is due to make an appearance)

And let's talk about our second couple. Now, I'm sorry, I like them as a couple. He is all in. No hesitation. But I can see where she is coming from, with regards to her being there for her daughter but he is willing to share the burden with her. Will she reach out to him this time for support? Will he break down after he said he wouldn't go after her anymore and give in or will he resign so he doesn't have to see her? I think he can handle whatever is thrown at him. He is open to communicate and to be there for her. But for him to not know who her husband is, come on. You know who could have googled her and found out all of her business.

I think once He Ran marries Xiao Han the mother may go back to Zhang, which I would love to see. Again, I think they do complement each other. Yes, growing pains but I think he can do it.

Now with regards to the ending, currently it looks like it is sad. But they may give us them getting back together and the wedding as being happy and then she dies as our sad ending. Combining them together not separating them. But I believe if they do give us a happy ending, we will be left with guessing whether she lives or dies.... thoughts?

Thank you...I bet they go with the sad one. I think they are giving us both. They get married, but she dies...so that is how they get us.

I have heard several people say that it isn’t a sad ending but that is not what the previews imply. Where are we reading this?

Oh!!! Episode 24 getting ready to cry!!!

So after seeing the current episodes and the teasers up to 23 (only 24 episodes), I’m thinking the following:

1. Either the mother talks to Xiao Han and tells him her daughters sick;
2. Xiao Han misinterprets her being away from him because he remembers what his friend tells him about how people can change and her brother Zhang
3. Xiao Han confronts her about Zhang and she lets him believe they are dating and they break up
4. The girl who tried to steal the painting tells him that she is sick and Xiao Han gets mad that she didn’t tell him herself and that leaves them parting ways again
5. Zhang and the mother call it quits because she needs to devote her time to
her daughter but he isn’t going
6. Xiao Han eventually comes around only for them to have some final days before she dies
7. She does recover and she lives longer than expected but she does die


Now there is to much to get in these remaining episodes but I do feel she will die.
6. Han Yu’s dad goes to the salon where the painting is and talks to

That is why I barely made it through Wulin Heroes because they used the same voice for the FL. Horrible.

Finally caught up! Oh, the drama!

But FL dubbed voice is driving me crazy. If she doesn't say "shifull" one more time, I swear I'm going to scream. The marbles in the mouth on every word she says is beyond annoying. It is a constant whine...so nerve racking. So hard for me to listen to her.

Well the biological mother comes back and he lets her take him because he wants to go. He finds out that she really didn’t abandon him. He agrees but he is so heartbroken but he doesn’t let him see. It is such a tearjerker. But the mother does let him still see him.

I am so with you on that. He is so intense with her. We are thinking, "wish that was me!"
