Also more unpopular but I find SM rather sellfish. He changed the rooms just to fit his needs. On one hand he wants to stay roommates with Hwi, but then he changes it to isolate Hwi.

He always is talking about wanting more emotional rest, being the tension in choosing between JS and Hwi, but chooses to pick Hanmin as a roommate to have a third option suddenly and being sulky Hanmin is not interested in him lolz.

I find it sad that the drama part of the episode does not credit the moments and feels we saw between Hanmin and YJ. I believe even if Hanmin was first like I should see and explore the rest, he does not really do it and falls in deeper with YJ. Even with all that happened between the exes, he is just being there for YJ and even defending him "couple vibes" :p

At this point for the exes, both have faults and we should not assume everything that happened in the past. I just hope they find the closure they need, and not interfere with eachother.

Also seeing they often talk about traveling (Hanmin and YJ), and seeing their social media. It would be nice to see if they did end up together and living the life traveling together :)...

I think one of the more interesting factors is giving the guys a mutual project in combination with dating over a more prolonged period of time. Interesting to see how it develops, but either way nice to see a conservative land as Japan having such a show.

Those secret missions do bring an extra dimension to screwing things up. As a game master, this is like an ultimate drama card well played. I kinda like the extra effort they put in it!

On a sidenote, MG is totaly not over YJ... I just hope next week brings a stop to the drama they teased before. Also wondering what will happen if YJ and HM go on another date. Previous seasons gave a 'date with someone you didn't date before'-mission. Might be how MG and YJ go on a date at this rate haha.

Oh thanks for the info, I thought Volume 7 was the end. That means they can't film it all. Hope they at least end after the school ends, since the movie just stopped at the summer break arc as far as I remember. The better stuff sadly only just begins to start...

Let's hope for a season 2 if it does well, it is rather rare for Japan to do more seasons, but if interest and ratings are very well, it might happen like 'My beautiful man' :D

Good acting so far, so interested in the original manga to see what's it all about :D

Glad to see they adapted it to a series after all (they once did a movie, but the manga was not completed by that point). We can expect they follow the lines of the manga as usual in Japanese adaptations.

Also on sidenote the BL is a important part of the story, but so are other themes (hearing disorder - 'poverty' - growing up). I am interested to know if they filmed the whole manga tho, since there is a lot to happen still :). Overall happy story of 2 boys finding the way and growing up to adulthood.

I find the lovetriangle (if there will be one) between Hanmin - YeongJun - MyeongGyun more interesting because Hanmin and YeongJun seem to match for now (next week first date obviously), while the 'exes' (still not quite clear what they really were tbh) are having some effect to play still as both mentioned it ended because they felt the other was not being serious enough I suppose to couple up.

I believe if they were 'more than friends', they should mention it to the group somehow as to make it clear why/if there is some tension going on. Especially sleeping next to each other in the same bedroom etc can be quite uncomfortable being sneaky about. If they were just getting to know each other, it is not that important to share. Hanmin and JaeSang also talked before the show as far as we could tell from JaeSang.

I believe so too, but mostly because last year it was exceptional rare to find a lasting lovestory that kept building up week by week. This time we have plausible 2 love triangles, so it is still a bit unclear how the directions will go as the more interesting dates will start now.

I also believe many BL-fans are now having a lot of choice to watch of shows (many current ones airing that are popular, which was not the case really last year), but each week will grow more people's interest if couples begin to match.

I think the age itself is not the issue, but if you look at last season and the current one (for now anyways), we see always one of the youngest/oldest try to match to one of the older/youngest. They also do that quite early on, so they limit their chances with the rest to find a match I think...

True, I hope so as well at this point. We have 3 years apart already or so, but there is still one obstacle as Jin did not yet tell he shared the video, so that is bound to give some trouble still. Because they both know a part of the puzzle and Tan being unstable, I guess they will try and resolve it as a new duo I think. At least Tan is for now also responsible for murder since he drugged them

I wonder why they changed the initial teaser plot to the actual plot. In the teaser Zee got shot because Sprite woudn't forfait a match that was supposed to be rigged for money. Now it is somehow just to beat up Zee , because Sprite won a fair and square match (?), somehow weakens the depth of the plot lolz...

Also minor detail on episode 2 (mostly screenwriting), but if Sprite has a bad relation with his father, and mentions his mother also not choosing him for wanting Zee, the whole vibe we get is they haven't gotten much contact etc. so ... why the awkward normal setting in the hospital where the mother just randomly sits by Sprite like it is supposed to be normal.

I believe they did not elaborate on the why, but it might have to do with the fact they borrowed the couple jacket and shoes from him, so in a way of saying thanks, they might have mentioned to buy a gift?

Just a funny sidenote when you rewatch some previous episodes, it is clear that HJoon and HJin had a negative first impression of each other, as if the show was already setting the stage for their future battle lolz

So it seems that somehow we get SH talking about feelings for both SW en JS during these episodes, but having already made a 'choice' before the actual date, or so it seemed... Might be the editing, but it looked like that, so just wondering...
