What happened to him? I remember watching his drama years ago and thinking he would get popular very soon. Seems…
He clearly doesn’t want to follow the idol route and instead builds his career slowly but steadily by focusing on quality and the promotion of cultural heritage. Some of these projects don’t get a wide exposure on an international level, but he is forging himself a strong foundation instead of relying on hype and water armies for instant success.

Judging by the vibe of the leaks it should be really good. I just hope that they’ll give him plenty of time…
In the novel there was just a glimpse of it only in their last scene together. His main reason for keeping her by his side was the wish to dominate and humiliate her because she once made him feel inferior and powerless when he was a child (chance encounter). However, they cannot show too much of that in the drama so I am afraid they won’t be able to resist the temptation to turn it into another unrequited love relationship. I also saw some of his fans on WB say that it was another “forced love” plot. I really hate the idea and still hope it won’t be the main theme of his role. We have seen this far too many times and he deserves to show us something different.

Will this drama only for on Mango? Danm I hope it will be on another platform as well so i could watch it.
It may be picked up by other stations (like iQiyi) or be shown on Viki, but right now it is still too early to know. They usually wait to see what the level of buzz is before they pick up a drama.
