Agreed, ZLH's career only recently began and took off very quickly, so he lacks experience. I personally think he's doing quite well. On top of that, I'm still not convinced the "naive, foolish young lord to competent leader" arc fits in this story, so I'm hoping what we're seeing is only the still surface of a very deep lake and he's actually manipulating everyone behind the scenes.

Yes, that's why it was airdropped and there isn't any promotion. People keep complaining about it, but if iQIYI makes too much noise around it, there are risks of it being pulled entirely. Airdropping it quietly before the actor's scandal turned bigger and he got convicted (if he does get convicted) was the better solution. They handled it very well imo.

I'm halfway through episode 3, and so far: - ML rescued FL not even 5 minutes in. - FL proved to be the most incompetent assassin ever by literally poisoning herself with her own weapon. Any self-respecting poison master carries antidotes with them, and/or have at least some degree of immunity. But no, not our FL. Who aspires to become the n°1 assassin of her guild, btw. - In all the time she's spent unconscious and/or asleep, FL hasn't changed out of her exotic dancer outfit, meaning yes, she slept with super noisy, clinking jewelry. - It's been strongly alluded that ML knew FL before this.

Is it really that difficult to give us a female assassin worth her salt? Someone actually competent, who won't need to rely on ML to constantly save them? Someone smart?
