It has its flaws but I loved it.
My fav female character in years. Surprised to see so much blacklash (but I agree that last eps were kinda disappointing and was dragged), but it's not a disaster.
I loved their chemistry, so I can't agree with that aspect too X'D I'm obsessed with their dancing scene (and usually I don't care for romance).

My problem is not the fact was sad or anything...
is the fact we had 2 damn seasons about finding this island, and most of it was just useless.
Was entertaining. yes - well written? No.

What a cast, omg

As a fan of the manhwa I was initially scared, I was wondering if they would made a good adaption (knowing how many times some actors feels uncomfortable or cringe or how sometimes they just change the plot). But damn!
This was a really really good adaption.
They cut off some stuff in a smart way, keeping the most important parts that was about them. This was smart and well done. The soul of the drama was there and they put all my fav moments.
And that ost!! Can we talk about how beautiful is the ost? It gives you that melanchonic feeling. Reminded me a lot of old drama osts. So good.
I liked them as actors. Even if they are still not very experienced, they did well.
Liked the fact that they felt comfortable around each others.
Our Youth is one of my fav bl manhwas and as a fan of it I totally suggest to watch this drama <3
So happy now this story is more known, it's such a beautiful story, and they made it very well.

Actually liked it a lot X'D I was more immersed in the characters and it's a build up afterall.
Probably because I was not the biggest squid game fan, I didn't had expectations.
Still can't believe Siwan is 36 with that face of his.
Top character cringed me so much, reminded me of most italian trash rappers (of course I'm talking of his character).

I'm really liking this adaption. As a big fan of the original, even if they didn't include some stuff, they are doing very well concentrating in the main couple. I was surprised by ep 7 acting, I really felt their characters. So so happy they are doing justice to it. I just want to hug them, my babies deserve the best <3

I mean it was never sponsored as a BL, even if it's way better than any BL's chemistry.

I don't know why if actors are in gmmtv they automatically need to do bls or they are homphobic (this is like a witch hunt - be careful to spread rumors!). Actors are professionists and will evaluate what they want to do and try. Nanon was not planning to do Bls but when he got a good script he ended up doing one. This should be the NATURE of actors. Curiosity and trying - different roles (and let me tell you - different partners. I'm not a fan at all of this thai culture of putting the same people all the time, as someone that did some acting for a few years, risks to put you in a label hard to escape. A few are okay, but an entire career I don't know - anyway this was an offtopic to explain this whole "they are actors").
I love Skynani, and I'm fine with them doing bromance or bls, even if tbh I'm more for the first one because Bromance became literally dead on gmmtv (since most are bls - they still have more chemistry than most of them), second I'm so scared of this fanbase couple thing that there is in gmmtv/thai bls.
Being in a couple trend is not easy - sometimes it can also feel as a trap, especially with fans expectations (look at Nanon situation - do one Bl and automatically they want you just in that).
It's fine - It's fine to like Bls and wanting bls. But they are humans and are actors.
If one day they will want to do Bls, nice, I'm here ready. I just hope they WANT to, because the bl industry is a lot toxic too, and I don't want them to get hurt. Because sadly, it hurts. And I've known Sky since he was just a teen in Hormones 3, and I know how versatile he is and it's finally back on track. I'm so glad and happy he was paired with Nani, they are the definition of perfect match. If there will be a future Bl in the future, then yeah, their chemistry is already superior.
So please support them and think of them as actors. Between wanting to see them in bls and impose them to be in a bl there is a line.

when I was watching the stream under I read a name and searching was the one that directed The gifted (min 3:22:35 of the live) - Directed by Wasuthep.

The trailer was just them together in one scene, can't considere it a trailer but a simple teaser. But from the colors and acting will be good.
Plus The gifted director (if I understood right).
We know nothing about the drama to make assumptions - they just teased it.

Who wants to see another side of kay acting, should absolutely watch Who are you (same franchise than this one, since korean dramas are called school 2013-this- and who are you-school2015).
Kay is the greenest character there! They should give him another role like that, as a main!
I love how he acted in both remakes! And as the most loved character from the franchise (Gun as Taekwang)

In this drama, even knowing before, it's impossible to cheer for the toxic main lead guy. So I get you what you say: I knew it, but couldn't end up cheer.

I don't even remember kris character - probably because I was biased from korean ver, where everyone cheered for second lead. And kay was such a sweetheart *hearts*
Anyway fun fact is that Kay joined both School 2013 (this one) and School 2015 (who are you) remakes.

It's not boring, it's just a slice life and this means that subjectively you don't like it.
Probably because I was born between analogic and digital, and it gave me tons of memories and I felt like I was part of the family/friends. after 7 years that I watched it, it's still one of my fav dramas of all time.
This is not a drama made to be full of happening stuff, this is pure REAL LIFE. This is made to give you the melancholic feeling that it's life: something that you should treasure but that pass.
Your relationship with friends, parents - from your chilhood until your adult years.
It's pure realistic. That's why you disliked it, it's because it doesn't resonate with you and this is also why it have a high score. Because who liked it, felt it the true essence of life.

Who are you, he was a cinnamon roll and had home problems. A complicated and loveable character.
Good old days - Road to Regret - feel to suggest this because it shows great versatily of the cast (of these episodes, this drama has different stories in different eps).
55:15 Never Too Late - one of the best and most underrated gmmtv shows, here he doesn't have anything like that, but it's an interesting take of him and most actors. It's a suggestion.
Anyway pretty sure there will be something here too. Kay as someone already said, in each characters has something more. He is never 100% positive or 100% negative, his characters are more layered,

I think we watched different dramas... because the last thing I remember are love triangles X'D Also this is not a romance drama, even if it had some romance, the main focus were the characters healing patterns.

for who is curious what they main changed from the korean manhwa: SPOILER - In the original he was actually part of a bully group, and his friends were pure evil being - and the whole bully-victim-bystander had another sense (I anyway think it's nice here too - especially with the dad). Indirectly he was a bully.
Anyway this was just a curiosity from the original, more than an attack to this drama.
I think for now it's nicely done.
