over the place and for me
that was the best part.
Life is not just black and
white. I always suspected
there was more to the
principal and his connection to the uncle.
What extremes do we go
through to maintain
traditions and keep the
status quo. With all the
chaos this was a very
powerful episode in my
humble opinion. See you

I don’t know exactly why but I feel so uncomfortable
watching the third story.
Maybe it’s because I have
young relatives and friends in the entertainment industry
and it is such a cutthroat
industry. It’s so competitive. This seems
painfully realistic. I’m trying to find something
amusing and not overthink
what’s depicted. If I continue to feel this way I
may just pass and wait for
Story 4.

I agree. I’m only watching for the brothers and the
lover. Unfortunately
their time so far has been too short.

My Lord, how many people will Jia kill before she finally jumps off a cliff somewhere. This is becoming so repetitious
it’s getting boring. The only parts I really enjoy
are the ones with the brothers. Unfortunately
they are too short. It didn’t
take much imagination to
figure how what was going to happen to the body. All
this and in the end neither
mother will be happy. Sorry to say but one or
both sons may end up
dead. This is truly a great
lakorn if you are into
long tedious dramatic
over the top soap operas. I do applaud the actors.

That’s the same hook that was used with 180 Degrees. I no longer put too much credence in the trailers.

Yes, this is actually a lakorn(soap opera) so the concept of forbidden love is
the hook to draw
us into watching.
Already 95% of
each episode has
been spent on the
squabbling wives.
Lol…every time the father appears
I want to strangle
him. He has two
wives and a mistress and can’t
seem to handle
either. Also, does
he ever interact
with his sons other
than to berate and
punish. I also love
Son #2 so far but
I don’t see a happy
ending in sight….at
least not as long as
the two mothers
and their servants
are alive. The music is awesome
and the storyline
is interesting but
I’ll have to watch
several more episodes before I
put it on my bl
rewatch list.

Ep 3 now has Eng subs on YouTube. I watch even without the subs . I can still figure out what’s going on from the over the top gestures and the music. This has a 13+ rating so I don’t expect to see any scenes like we got in KinnPorsch. Still just seeing the 2 mls together will be enough for me.

That’s how I feel. I really don’t know if I can take even 15 more episodes of watching Wife 1 and Wife 2 go at it… they are so toxic…and from
previews I’ve seen
the father is as
rigid and homophobic as he was in the beginning. Generally I start losing interest if a series is over 15 or
16 episodes..but like most soap operas you can miss 5 or 6 episodes and still
figure out the gist of the storyline. I may just read the
spoilers. That usually is enough. I’m really more interested in the
episodes featuring
the two male leads. I just hope they don’t have him in a sham
marriage or drug
him just so the
fake wife can get
pregnant. I hate
those kind of fillers
in the storyline.

Lol…I’m on episode 3. This is what happens when you don’t have enough to do and your only claim to fame is controlling your
son’s life. Even the help
doesn’t have anything else to do but snoop around.
The good thing is this series is only 10 episodes and we get two episodes a
week so the secret will be
out soon, the war between
the brothers will escalate
and we will have a resolution soon. By then
we will have the English
subtitles . Lol…

I am enjoying it but all the adults in this house are dumb as rocks. First, you
see the second wife and her minion in the yard. Minutes later the eldest
son is bitten by a snake and all four tires of your
car are flattened. It doesn’t take a rocket science to
figure out what happened.
12 years later and basically nothing has changed except now the first wife is ready to pimp out the son to the first
floosie with boobs. I won’t
go on. The scenery is
beautiful and I do love the
young brothers. I can only
hope the male lovers will fare better than the poor
uncle. But like any good
soap opera I expect more
drama. Really I don’t even
need subtitles for this. It
reminds me of Killer and
Healer. Viewers were so upset over the original ending they created an alternate ending. I hope that doesn’t
happen here.

I agree with all you said. It reminded me of the days when kids actually
loved being outside and mothers lovingly
scolding their child. I also love the inclusiveness
and how even Ew’s
mom shows love
and concern for
Name. And thank goodness someone acknowledges that
teens have acne. I
had acne in my
early teens and I
hated it. Luckily by
my senior year it was all gone. And Mean with the crazy hairstyle. Made me laugh thinking of my oldest son when he was 16. He refused to trim his hair so it literally looked like a box on his head. Lol…
great start.

Yes this is definitely starting out strong. So many positive
elements in the first episode alone. I really feel the rating should be higher.
