If Jiu, Tian or Yang die it will be a wrap for me. I love these three characters and hope for a happy ending for all three couples. But they are surrounded by so much evil and toxicity it’s hard to picture a happy ending. I keep getting Romeo and Juliet vibes. Closer to home I also think of Until We Meet Again and how Korn and Intouch ended. I really want to be wrong but it seems like Tian and Jiu are headed for more sorrow. As good as this production is it will not go on my rewatch list if there is no happy ending.
Ep 12…more of the same…this is such a tragedy..I feel so sorry for Tian and Jiu…there is no stopping his demon mother and her treacherous accomplice. Who will they kill next? At this point I put nothing past these two…they would castrate Tian and cut Jiu’s head off before seeing them together. I have to remember this is a lakorn and Tian and Jiu has become a side story. Five more episodes…these two still have bodies to kill…so much for a mother’s love.
Yes this shows pacing of the plot is awful but I feel like the actors are doing a good job considering this was…
I agree. I tried but couldn’t get past the third episode of CheckOut before dropping it. I already know I will see this through to the end. For some reason I like the mls.
Ep 11….so good…I didn’t even need subtitles…lol OOps what happened to your devious plan…The drug obviously worked…,lol,, Husband; open the door Li Li: no no no Husband: open the door Li: no way I’m opening this door Lol lol.., that drug did its job..,Tian has officially crossed over and he won’t be coming back. Obviously Jiu handled his business,
Yang and Jiu to the rescue. Loved this episode. The look on the Tian’s mother’s face when she saw him and Jiu undressed was great. Of course we know she and the black witch are not done yet! Who will they kill next. The young people in this series are the real heroes. Love Jiu’s little brother. He is fierce.
Love Punpun & Tay chemistry. She's cute. I think this couple is more better than Luke & Mook. I can't stand Mook…
Sorry…love Tay but just can’t find anything interesting or entertaining about Pun pun/Neung. Too many other good series to watch without putting myself through this torture, Just not my cup of tea, I’ll just have to rewatch Im Tee Me Too and Dark Blue Kiss to get my dose of Tay. Tay was also great in Remember Me too, I’ll come back when it’s Gun’s turn.
I know they usually mess it up, specially when it is adapted from novels, but I really think they could pull it…
I’m all for it as long as they keep the original cast. This is one of the best casts ever. Even the minor players were so entertaining. There is so much more behind the mom and Kinn’s dad. I have rewatched this series twice already and am still intrigued each time. It’s no wonder they even took their show on the road and from what I’ve seen on YouTube it has been very successful.
This is the result of great writing, talented directing and having the perfect cast. Everything about ep 13 was right on point. Just the right portion of sweet and bitter . I smiled throughout the first part and cried throughout the second part. All the right emphasis, all the words, all the emotions were so painfully real. Even the conversation between Eiw and his mom…and having Cake by his side through it all…even the scene with Cream in the hospital corridor. Just the right words at the right moment. The cinematography and tone was so heartwarming….and the two mothers, lifelong friends crying together was right on point. Sorry for my ranting guys but this episode was so personal. Like Eiw’s mom my mom also kept the seriousness of her condition a secret. Like Eiw’s mom my mom always worried if I would be ok. Like Eiw’s mom I still remember the last conversation we had. Like Eiw’s mom my mom had a best friend who was there with me until the very end. I applaud those involved in this episode for the diligence in getting it right. One more episode left. I can hardly wait. We need a happy ending for these two.
I think it is more like they can't accept it or they don't want to accept it so they didn't think about it at…
I can see that. I grew up in a very conservative environment. There was a man who lived down the street. One day he was walking by and I heard my parents talking. The word they used was gay. No one ever spoke to him and neither did he speak. There seemed to be some sort of secret agreement between everyone on the block. That was over 60 years ago.
Lol..I’m so sorry but this is becoming a comedy of errors…how many clues do you need before you figure out Tian is a homosexual… lol…is everyone as dumb as they seem….this is one great soap opera… I really don’t need the subtitles to figure out what’s happening…I just get a kick out of reading the subtitles and confirming I was right. Love the actors playing Tian and Jiu.
Look like there are many web pages and people confused of how many episodes of this lakorn. Actually I wasn’t…
I understand where you are coming from but 28 episodes would be torture for me given the toxicity of this family. The only way I would even consider watching would be if the two evil mothers and their minions were consumed in a blaze of fire. But since this is a soap opera and they have major billing that’s hardly unlikely. The writers provide just enough tease with Tian and Jiu to keep us coming back. Plus it’s taking over two weeks for subtitles. Young Royals Season 3 just came out on Netflix and I’ve already binge watched it twice, I do applaud those of you who have the fortitude and desire to hang in there for 28 episodes.
