So far this is like reading a dirty novel. Cheating husbands, unrepentant and pitiful.....mistresses who willingly continue in these illicit affairs .....wives who did not elect to be apart of this drama but must endure the personal pain and embarrassment which is sure to come. Children whose lives will be torn apart and grandparents who have little control. I hope before this is over the husbands will also feel the sting of betrayal and deception. Hopefully the old stepmother will be exposed and dealt with harshly.

I did go ahead and watch ep 5. It left me feeling very sad. I have never understood how to have happiness at the expense of someone else. Even as a child I wondered how people could do this. Just today I read where a female celebrity was told by her husband that he’s leaving she and their two children. They have been married 13 years and she is devastated. Also an Asian Olympic swimmer was caught cheating and was suspended. He apologized and his wife is standing with him. He’s been reinstated and won his first competition. I guess this series is more real than id like to imagine.

I forced myself to look at ep 5 and I kept asking myself over and over are men actually that dumb? Yes! I actually liked the response of Wimpy’s wife....her reaction was actually realistic. She didn’t bite her tongue and I like that. Why should she just roll over and play dead. I dislike the three young girls even more. And the mother-in-law is pitiful. The daughter-in-law is obviously not stupid. Neither is the older man’s wife. All three wives may end up divorced but I hope they make these pitiable excuses for a man squirm and suffer. And what’s in that Oriental medicine. It must be some potent stuff. One last point. The mil keeps making a point about the dil’s temper and how intimidating she is. So if a woman dares to speak up and throws a fit she’s mean and harsh. Sorry folks I don’t buy it.

When I saw the title I thought it would be about the different challenges couples face such as infertility, trust, financial, sexual dysfunction, health issues. sexual orientation, etc. To make infidelity, lust and cheating the focus is an insult to our intelligence.

True it seems to be all about feeding their egos. It doesn’t even matter if the wife is smart and accomplished.

I agree...and if the three women are mistresses they are sickening too.

I’m thinking about just waiting until all episodes are shown and watch the ending....or I’ll just read the comments. I don’t enjoy listening to sob stories from cheaters. Even in real life my fiends knew not to come to me about the great guy they met who just happened to be married! They got no sympathy or support from me. And when a married man approached me I knew how to get up and walk away. I thought too much of myself and of the other woman to cross that line.

True...I was size 5 at 22. 3 children, multiple degrees, two careers and over 47 years married to the same man I lookedmuch different....but so did he. Thank goodness we hung in there and on the day he died the love was still there. I guess only the cheating stories make money.

I know. I for one am just venting. Just so tired of same old cheating stories. I want one where wife comes out victorious and husband winds up leaving new wife/ex-mistress...lol I have seen that happen in real life and believe me it was hilarious listening to the former husband complaining to the ex-wife about what a fool he was....and when the former mistress now new wife called the ex-wife wondering if she knew where the husband was I just about died laughing. Now that’s a story worth watching. Lol

I guess I don’t look at hitting someone with a pillow and throwing water on them as assault. Where I grew up it was hot grits, hot oil or a heavy iron cast skillet upside your head. The woman’s husband just calmly told her he has a mistress. He’s lucky she didn’t have a gun.

I agree with you. I just can’t come up with a justification for sleeping with someone else’s spouse, male or female. If you are tired of the marriage own it. Say it, pack your bags, give the spouse a nice financial settlement and go. I really don’t even need to see or hear from the mistresses. They already are getting too much airtime. And using a pregnancy as justification. This is the 21st century. The writer just got lazy when she came up with this.

I guess it’s just wishful thinking on our parts. I just would like to see someone just say No....but that would mean being faithful...

I hope this wife ends up alone but it looks like she’s set her sights on the stepson. Gross!

Having watched all three scenarios play out in real life I hope there is a new twist to this movie. I’ve seen men leave their wives after 25 or more years and give the excuse they never really knew true love and I’ve actually watching the younger women seemingly gloat over their conquest. On the flip side I’ve also seen wives who were confident and strong who went on to have good lives. But the pain they and their children had to endure was not justifiable. Maybe I’m being to melodramatic I’m tired of wives getting the wrong end of the stick.

I hope you are right about this but I don’t think the writers are that creative.

And I would love to see less wife bashing....wanting a career, not wanting children, putting on some pounds and aging , having issues with your mom are not in my opinion justification for adultery.

I think it’s just wishful thinking on your part. There is a clip showing him embracing another woman. I for one do not find this entertaining so far.

I agree.... already tired old cliches absolving the husbands and mistresses...I’m out!

He has grown into such a handsome young man. I first saw him in Boys Over Flowers and he won my heart with his performance.
