Wait... what?? Am I the only one who can't seem to follow this drama? They are making something as telling the…
Thank you…I feel the same way. I have no sympathy for Do Wan or Ah Jung. Her rationale has been off from the start. To me she is the perfect example of an enabler. I actually prefer Chae Won. She seems more level headed and assertive. Of course Ah Jung will get Ji Han in the end. I have to remind myself this is really promoted as a romantic comedy and not LGTBQ.
Omds the hate on the female lead is crazy u need to chill out icl did she hurt u or smthng this is just a drama…
So do sorry I rubbed you the wrong way. This is just my own personal opinion. It is not the actress fault. Obviously this is how the powers that be wanted the role to be portrayed. The fact that she is a female does not exclude her from criticism. Everyone stand down. Apparently the fl has alot of fans. I just happen to not be one. Take care.
Talk about throwing your brother under the bus. Theses are the most selfish self centered two people. Are we really suppose to believe love makes you blind to the feelings of others. And once again I wish I could get a stranglehold on the fl’s stylish. She looks so dowdy most of the time. I guess we were to find this episode romantic. She even gulps down her food like a pig…He is so hot and she just looks sooo plain. Lord have mercy. That purple dress looked awful on her. Lol…Things are about to get really interesting….
Episode 6 was a perfect 10 for me…so real and so raw…the feelings between the two “brothers” was so intense. The friend was right…there really was only one actual solution….neither one is ready at this point to deal with their feelings for each other let alone the pressures from the outside world. We all would like to believe that the world has become so receptive and accepting of same sex relationships but is that really really true. Even in the world I live in we put on a very convincing face but looking at many of our institutions, especially in religious based societies the scorn and stigma is still there. I want each one to take the time to grow stronger and to find inner strength and the resolve they will need to live their own truth despite the odds. I look forward to the next half with great anticipation for a happy ending with the two together.
I am liking this so far. The storyline is intriguing and enough to make me want to keep watching. I admit I am a big fan of Max, Nat and Gun. I have only seen the first two episodes and I am hooked. Nat and Gun are so adorable .
I can't believe these ladies paid loads of money just to have my boys enact a BL. Urrgghh. Can we leave this in…
Personally I think it falls right in line with the current increase in bl popularity. The majority of bl viewers are female. This is a bl. This is also 2024. I found it amusing. Dont bash me. This is just my own personal opinion. To each his/her own. Take care.
Do they really think they can pretend and just go along to get along for three years…ok, it is over with his ex but I dont see him living a celibrate life….and what about her desire for physical intimacy? This is definitely meant to be a comedy. I really dont feel sorry for the fl. From the start she seems to think of herself as some sort of savior. The gay brother is a coward . He put more trust in her than in his brother. I will be so glad when the truth comes out. It is overall a good series but I think 8.4 is too high. The ml carries the weight of the show in my opinion. I wish I could read the webtoon in English. Comments suggest it is much better.
I am enjoying the series but the fl just throws me off . The actress just doesnt seem convincing. I also hate how they dress her. Is she some dim witted teenager or a really witty, strong woman. Of course, I love the ml. He is what keeps me watching. I am only half way through so maybe the gay brother will become more assertive. I am happy it is only 12 episodes. As it stands the pacing and transition from one segment to another has been interesting enough to keep me entertained and wanting more.
I just love ep 14 so much. It is true that it is so hard to escape the scars inflicted on us from our upbringing. Whatever the motivations the impact felt is devastating. Hopefully there are others who enter your life and serve as buffers. These are the “angels” who are there to hold your hand during those dark moments and help love you out of the depths of despair. They give you hope. They make you smile. They restore joy! I love both couples. Second changes do exist.
Loving it…the emotional tension between the two and their verbal bantering is so much fun to watch. Even the music captures the sexual tension. My only regret is I have to wait a week for the next episode. The Japanese are masters at pulling you into the storyline.
Just stopped by to write that this is still one of the top 10 BLs ever made.
Yes, this is my third time rewatching and I am still blown away by this bl. So many life lessons and messages of love, loss, reconciliation and forgiveness. I really respect how well they were able to interconnect the challenges faced by heterosexual and homosexual relationships. Kudos for putting a face of normalcy on both.
There is just something about this series that I just love…it just has an aura of innocence and simplicity as this love story slowly unfolds. It reminds me of the History bl series Crossing the Line and Right or Wrong….I am looking forward to the next episode.
Nice start! Enough to make me want to see ep 2. Good to see fresh faces and the inclusion of aerial performers is an interesting change from the usual school/office settings. The supporting cast looks like fun and the mls seem promising.
I don't care what others have to say. This thai adaptation of cherry magic is superior to the japenese adaptation…
Thank you…I watched the Japanese version and it was good but once was enough for me. This version is so good I have already rewatched ep 12 twice and it will definitely go on my rewatch list.
Oh my…I am just so giddy and deliriously happy! What a perfectly beautiful series and the ending was the cherry (had to say it) on top! So many positive messages! Whenever Tay and New perform together I know they are playing a role but it feels like they are talking to each other for real. They are just that special and talented. For me this is GMMTV ‘s most daring project and one of the best it has given us this year. Loved all three couples. I need a Season 2. Kudos to the entire cast. This definitely goes on my rewatch list.
