Hedi is better than sweet Lei
To me, Wu Lei is better than Hedi in both the looks and acting department.
LeiLei's face is more chiseled, he has a cute cleft on his chin, and he looks more natural...like he didn't get anything weird done to his face)...but, hey, beauty is in the eye of the beholder so I'll let your comment slide :P

What are you even taking about regarding Xiao Zhan and Yi Bo 🤔It's brotherhood since it's a censored same sex…
...I watched LLTG first, but I personally enjoyed TLB more. LLTG's love story was more integral to its plot, but I really just did not enjoy how one-sided, punishing, and negative LBY and Shao Shang's relationship was. I think I was more frustrated and upset than anything else as the drama unfolded. Ashile Sun and Li Changge from TLB though...they're so in sync, mature, forgiving, and understanding despite being enemies. I think they have one of the healthiest relationships out there. And as much as I enjoyed LBY's character, I liked Ashile Sun even more.

Just curious, what drama did you discover leo wu from? Because, if it's Nothing But You, then, same :D
I discovered him in Love Like the Galaxy, but as much as I fussed over LBY, Ashile Sun is totally my dude. A'Sun is so flawless, and his character design is just a work of art. I have since become such a huge fan, I've pretty much gone back and consumed all of LeiLei's more recent films and dramas(Fights Break Sphere, Crossfire, Tomb of the Sea, Guardians of the Ancient Oath, Upcoming Summer, My Country My Parents, Our Times, Nothing but You, etc, etc), as well as his vlogs, lol. He's an incredibly versatile actor. Love him.

That's just ridiculous. "You Are My Glory" isn't the first or only work to have ever used that concept. That concept of two people lying opposite of each other to symbolize "completing one another" has been used the world over in all kinds of works: anime, video games, various shows, etc, etc. It's a pretty cliche concept that no one really owns.

Person Leo Wu
Still waiting for LeiLei's two new films, "All Ears" and "Dwelling by the West Lake". His drama, "Amidst a Snowstorm of Love", probably won't air until next year. Wonder what his next project will be after filming "Decent Things"? Hopefully a costume drama, since he just did two modern dramas in a row.

Personally, my forever crush. Love Ashile Sun. He ruined it for me. It's been kind of difficult for me to get into other dramas simply because they're not him. I mean, Wu Lei as Ling Buyi is pretty handsome and awesome too, but Ashile Sun is just...so flawless...and so likable. Yep, it's 2023 and I'm still stuck on Ashile Sun.

I think you're doing a lot of generalizing and stereotyping. Every individual, regardless of what culture they come from, have different personalities and character traits, so the idea that you think Sun, coming from the grasslands, should automatically have been some kind of a savage/brute without a soft side, kindness, the ability to love, or humane feelings, is pretty disturbing. That aside, this drama was based on a comic/manhua...so they are simply going by how the original author of the comic wrote the characters and the story. Ashina/Ashile Sun is a young, 19-year-old general who is a skilled, fierce grassland warrior...but he has a good, honorable heart despite his cold/aloof exterior. He has a soft side that he shows to his loved ones. That's how he was in the comic/manhua, and that's how he is here in the drama. If you don't like his character, that's fine. But there is no right or wrong way to what a character is like when he was made up to begin with.

Actually, Ashile Sun has a cold, aloof personality...only to his loved ones like Changge/Mujin does he show his soft side. Physically, he's just as fit as the rest of the other actors from Ashile Tribe(Mujin, Yaluo, Nuer, Su Yishe)...so, not sure why you're calling him out specifically? You're free to your opinions about Sun though, of course. I do not agree, but I'm not here to argue since it's all just opinions. I was just correcting you about Ashile Tribe. They are not Mongols. Turkic people and Mongols are not "all the same". Completely different cultures, different languages.
vams013013 Aug 23, 2023
...just wanted to clarify that they're not a Mongol tribe. Ashina/Ashile tribe was the ruling tribe who founded the first Turkic Empire(Gokturks). By the time of the setting of the drama, the First Turkic Empire had split into two: the Eastern and Western Turkic Khaganates, and Ashina/Ashile Sun is a general of the Eastern Turkic Khaganate.

Please No!
Personally, I'm looking forward to Wu Lei acting with other female actresses. Since everyone's acting style is different, it'll allow him to expand his acting ability through differing experiences. I don't know why any actor or actress would only want to act with the same people. And, to be frank, it's unclear to me if LeiLei would be interested in another drama with Lusi so soon after LLTG. Some of the BTS didn't exactly show things going so smoothly between them and there was just a bit too much drama between the fanbases.
On Decent Things Aug 10, 2023
From the summary, it's not entirely clear to me yet what this film will be about, but I'm glad that there will be more Wu Lei projects to look forward to. Lots of luck and hoping all goes well for the shooting of this film.

"Chasing the wind" also have the same poster :) a lot manga / drama also have that "style" poster :)) i wonder…
I hope LeiLei and Dilraba maintain a good relationship. They worked so well together in TLB and both had the most wonderful things to say about each other. I don't really know Dilraba but her Li Changge and LeiLei's Ashile Sun remain my most favorite onscreen couple ever. GeSun has a special place in my heart :)

The two leads from this drama were not both in "Love like the Galaxy". Only Leo Wu Lei played Ling Bu Yi in LLTG. Song Zuer wasn't in LLTG. That was Zhao Lusi.

I really love The Long Ballad too, even though I watched LLTG first. Hated the relationship between Wu Lei's and Lusi's characters in LLTG. It was way too negative, one-sided, and too punishing of a relationship for me. So frustrating. Actually ended up really hating Lusi's unreasonable character, and just wishing LBY and Shao Shang would finally go their own separate ways for good. Was so happy when I found TLB and the mature/understanding relationship between Li Changge and Ashile Sun to wash myself of LLTG's negativity.

Leo Wu is taking a lot of sports dramas these days. Good for him perfect for me. I like seeing him in sportsmanship.…
He's such a versatile actor. I can honestly watch him in any type of lead role and just be happy and super content. Anything with action in it, though, is def a bonus. He was born for those types of roles because of his natural athleticism.

Yes. It was in his contract because he was still underage when those dramas were filmed..
Pretty sure it just depends on what the director wants. In TLB, for example, there was hardly any intimate scenes between any of the couples. People made a big deal about Ashile Sun and Changge...but Leyan and Hao Du had nothing either, and their one kiss scene, which happened after their wedding, was even weaker than Sun and Changge's censored-with-passionate-little-birdies-kiss. Like, Leyan and Hao Du literally leaned in to kiss and the screen just faded out on them, haha.
