Nothing here makes sense. I thought there was one curse? Turns out there's another one. 🤬
It's hard to make connection with anything (mum, dad, past, dances, abusive father etc). I wasted my time, I have agree the the 4/10 rating it has on some other site.
Jeon Yeo Been has the most unexpressive face. It doesn't matter what role she's playing. She always looks downcast and plays herself rather than the movie.
What a difference meeting a positive adult makes in a young person's life. We've all met our special teachers who showed us the way when no one else was giving attention.
Don't waste your time. What an annoying film, I don't know why everyone was acting so crazy. There's no philosophy here, just some weird mambo jumbo. That man deserved better than that selfish woman, who was acting as if she knew everything. There's no amount of love in the world worth someone losing their self-respect.
I truly wanted to watch it but the nudity wasnt for me, i felt uneasy, esp the first killer who was mastur*bating,…
I agree, I even thought to myself this is why they don't respect women in Korea because they make these type of humiliation kink movie where women are reduced only to their bodies, either crying, screaming or begging for life.
It felt like the Director or writer or whoever had a torture & humiliation kink, most of the women in the movie are just props to be abused and murdered after they've shown the audience a little skin. And their bodies used to lure the male gaze. Most of them are shown crying, screaming or begging for mercy. Only the granny is spared the humiliation because who wants to see her old body, right?. Pathetic!!!
Visually captivating, the colors, rich fabric, just so beautiful. The costumes and the set were so magical, although I doubt it was this clean in the brothels. Among the beauty lies the sadness of these women's lives. Pampered like goldfish, never free.
I think they failed to explore the supernatural element of the forest. That part about the girl's genealogy wasn't really necessary. Wouldn't you protect someone even if they were a stranger to you?
no of course, you watch shoujo manga LA and you get this kind of acting. If you watch their serious movies/dramas…
Thank you. I'm so glad to see the gospel I have been preaching finally spreading. Yes, shoujo manga LA doesn't define the whole of japanese doramas. It helps to know what you're watching.
The comedy tag is missing from this movie because there's no way a kid can run faster than a car. Half of the things she did are so cringey, and I personally dislike the way South Korea writes characters with disability. No, she's not fiery at all. She was just running to places she didn't know.
My only complaint is that FL wasn't angrier at her so-called best friend, who gave her bad advice and mistreated her. All the time she was giving her fake advice, the bi*ch knew.
I don't agree with giving abusers happy endings that don't include therapy sessions, esp for some that tried to self-harm. I just wanted FL to be happier and stronger.
I wonder why the rating is so low. This storyline isn't much different from Futtara Doshaburi, which started at…
The majority of people that watch BL don't care that much about cheating but people on MDL judge women who cheat very harshly. Most Japanese cheating dramas on here are fun to watch but people rate them very low.
I think the Japanese version will make you even angrier and cry, especially the series. They did a good job of drawing out all your emotions by showing all the other small background details. I think I've now watched all versions, including the Chinese one. I like the ending of the Chinese version, though.
It's weird that I just watched this after reading that one of Junko Furata's killers is still alive and on Twitter, too. Reminding me that justice sometimes is never found in this lifetime.
It really depends on your background. I find it so weird that my grandparents never talks about this, because…
That was actually one of the most dangerous jobs, "teachers and all intellectuals" could easily be branded as "enemy of the people" by the Red Guards.
The first educator was beaten to death at the hands of female Red Guards of the elite Girls Middle School attached to Beijing Teachers University on August 5, 1966. These female Red Guards tortured Bian Zhongyun, the vice principal, and other administrators for three hours. Bian died soon after. Although notified of this incident that same day, the Beijing and Central authorities did nothing. Instead, they praised the rapidly spreading Red Guard movement.

I hate her brother, though.
This "anime acting" is a whole genre by itself.
