I'm not sure what you mean by that but i do prefer manga than live aciton more when it come josei and shojounless…
Good for you! Reading is always better of course. I meant they are all the same stories, nothing new it's a hit or miss but good for none serious watching.
Most josei/Shoujo live manga adaptations are average, there are one or two that are truly outstanding but mostly just average same old themes.
I know what to expect from them so I'm not bothered.
Yeah, she does & someone takes photos of them kissing. She later quits her teaching job coz of it. The school found out. Ends with them meeting as adults though, so kind of open-ended on whether or not they continue.
She is only 19 years old and not a local, so that lifestyle was new to her and her mom.
That's no excuse to be disrespectful and cause all those problems. I never saw her trying to learn anything or become part of her new life she was impulsive in everything she did.
so I watch this drama from beginning to end and I did enjoy it the only thing I did not like is I did not feel…
You really can't compare Kdrama and Jdramas. They do romance very differently and the face that most live manga adaptations tend to be fast paced with no time for expressing complicated feelings.
It's a beautiful series about the life of nomadic shepherds but I didn't like the FL. She was kind of irritating and acted so childish like she was a stranger to that lifestyle. Maybe, I missed something.
His next drama doesn't sound promising either. I think he's going to be overshadowed by the younger cast. I think the younger version of his character might be the one doing all the romantic scenes. Sounds like a melodrama too.
By what they did to durian flowers what do mean? U meant dusting the flowers with some kind of florets while doing…
Yes, thanks that's exactly what I meant. I guessed the cutting away of some of the fruit. But was wondering what he was doing -I was just surprised that the old lady could just write a random piece of paper and that would be accepted as a will. -Also if the old lady had adopted Thongkam what did that mean? Was that ceremony just meaningless? -
Yes it's beautiful, rich and full of Thai culture. I'm kind of sad that there was nowhere to reference some of the stuff they were doing. I would have loved to know why they did that to the Durian flowers and why it's important. Knowing the meaning of the ritual would have enriched the experience. Let me know if there is an explainer somewhere. -What are the rules of Thai inheritance and adoption. Do you just sign random papers? I didn't know Durian were such a big deal and can make you rich.
Kdramas writers are some of the most ignorant, tone-deaf writers in the world. They rely on outdated stereotypes and caricature.s.They don't fact check their information when it's comes to stuff that you can just do a Google search.
They've been called-out many times for this but it keeps coming up. They need to do better, you can't go global but still remain ignorant & expect people to support that.
OMG, I wasn't expecting for this movie to be this enjoyable. At first, I just wanted to check it out, but I ended up being engrossed by its craziness, and the games were actually very innovative. It was even funny at times. Breaks my heart they never made part 2 of this movie/manga series. It's very interesting. That one scene in the snow reminded me of the movie Escape Room 2 (2021).
I really like all the creative choices made so far. They still followed the manhwa/webtoon but made sure all the moments and emotions are amplified. That scene for next episode with Hirakawa running against the wind with the train in the background is so breathtaking.
The fact that it's a Japanese movie that lacks all those high-tech props, polish and CGI that we have now but still leaves a strong impression is why it's considered one of those classic movies of the death game genre movies.
Though it was weird for that group of girls to be obsessed about boys in the middle of a death game.

It felt more violent with the guns. I would have loved to see more torture in ways of excruciating games.
Remember the movie :Cube
