I actually enjoyed Ase to Sekken, I thought it was super funny. I also liked this one thought it was okay for a shoujo/josei manga.

It's a beautiful series about the life of nomadic shepherds but I didn't like the FL. She was kind of irritating and acted so childish like she was a stranger to that lifestyle. Maybe, I missed something.

It just needs to do well in the first week to Bogota record. Whether or not it breaks even is another thing all together.

His next drama doesn't sound promising either. I think he's going to be overshadowed by the younger cast. I think the younger version of his character might be the one doing all the romantic scenes. Sounds like a melodrama too.

So cheesy and predictable, but I was there for Johnny so I have no other complaints. He's just so good to look at.

Yes it's beautiful, rich and full of Thai culture. I'm kind of sad that there was nowhere to reference some of the stuff they were doing. I would have loved to know why they did that to the Durian flowers and why it's important. Knowing the meaning of the ritual would have enriched the experience. Let me know if there is an explainer somewhere.

I didn't know Durian were such a big deal and can make you rich.

Kdramas writers are some of the most ignorant, tone-deaf writers in the world. They rely on outdated stereotypes and caricature.s.They don't fact check their information when it's comes to stuff that you can just do a Google search.

They've been called-out many times for this but it keeps coming up. They need to do better, you can't go global but still remain ignorant & expect people to support that.

OMG, I wasn't expecting for this movie to be this enjoyable. At first, I just wanted to check it out, but I ended up being engrossed by its craziness, and the games were actually very innovative. It was even funny at times.
Breaks my heart they never made part 2 of this movie/manga series. It's very interesting.
That one scene in the snow reminded me of the movie Escape Room 2 (2021).

I really like all the creative choices made so far. They still followed the manhwa/webtoon but made sure all the moments and emotions are amplified. That scene for next episode with Hirakawa running against the wind with the train in the background is so breathtaking.

The fact that it's a Japanese movie that lacks all those high-tech props, polish and CGI that we have now but still leaves a strong impression is why it's considered one of those classic movies of the death game genre movies.

Though it was weird for that group of girls to be obsessed about boys in the middle of a death game.

The story wasn't all that but I'm sure most of us are curious about the games. Which childhood games wld be made into deadly killer games.

It felt more violent with the guns. I would have loved to see more torture in ways of excruciating games.

I agree, Episode 11 turned him into a caricature. For a theater god, he was more of a wuss.

But that's how media often portrays men. There are portrayed as incompetent.

I find it problematic that once she stopped being a housewife, the mum ,she started mothering the whole hospital and all her patients. She somehow couldn't escape the mum tag. As an intelligent woman she deserved better portrayal.

Koreans oppas are infamous for having chat groups and many have been caught before sharing and rating women in these groups with their friends. I think that was his intention, none of them are ever innocent. They are just perverts who don't respect women.

I was just here for the games and the human stories. Maybe it wasn't the most perfect story but your curiosity will keep you watching.
Kind of reminded me of the US elections, humans can never agree on whats best for everyone.

The children will be genetically beautiful, have you seen how his father,mother and sister and other members of the family without plastic surgery look. (lol) Let's say maybe the kids will be beautiful because with genetics you never know.
