"Why do these low-budget chinese period dramas have always these silly plot twist? ???????? like can't they stick to one story. "
I was thinking exactly the same. The last few episodes were horrible, too bad!

I love so many things about the Korean culture but if I were to choose just one thing then that would be their sageuks, I love so much their historical dramas and I got to learn a lot about their customs through these series. Simply fascinating and beautiful *.*.

I don't know actually, maybe Matcha tea ;).

There are so many great moments chingu indeed, and despite its serious topics it made me smile a lot especially in the beginning ;). Honestly everything is so well done in this drama, not a single flaw to be honest, it's just that these days is so hard giving a 10 but this one is a gem. Thank you Linda, and I hope when you watch it you'll enjoy it too *.*.

Thank you so much for your answer Domo, because honestly I'm not really interested in the drama but if Liu Chang isn't underdeveloped and has a nice role then I might be tempted to watch the drama. But ahah I guess since I had to wait 4 days for an answer, his character must not captivate the audience u_u.

... what's in front of me. My Seven year marriage and era of youth suddenly concluded overnight.

I just have a little question, how is Liu Chang's character in this drama?

This actress is too classy, really love her character in "The First Half of My Life" so far *.*

Maybe you could try ''The First Half of My Life", the actors are probably dubbing their own voice but it's not obvious at all and eventhough I only watched three eps so far it sounds as interesting as TBaBM.

Yes completely agree with you, I don't like Chun er as a character but I have to admit she was really gorgeous in that outfit and I love the headpiece ;).

It's a really great idea for an article especially that we often tend to list the merits of male leads but very rarely for female characters. I have only watched "Across the Ocean to See You'' from your list so I can't tell about other dramas but those female leads seem really interesting judging from your descriptions. And I really enjoyed reading your analysis about their characters ;D

Great job chingu *.*

'Would be interested in either Matcha Pocky or green tea ;)

Chingu you shouldn't feel nervous 'cause you write in such beautiful way and your words always have a special effect on me and I'm so happy you finally wrote your first review:, a wonderful and impressive first one *.*
<3

This is such a wonderfully well written review chingu <3. It got me even more curious about the drama ;)

Ariel Lin and Liu Ye in one drama together: the happiest news ever ♥♥ It'll be hard to wait until 2018!

I'm utterly annoyed with ShanShan's character and absolutely can't stand her, she's probably the worst sister I've ever seen in dramaland: so disgusting, despicable, unsensitive and way too selfish, she simply repels me. I didn't want to complain about her but I needed to release my anger.

In comparison ...

...XiaoQiu is one of the most adorable, altruistic and sweetest female characters I've seen, she has such a pure heart, love her so much and no wonder all others like Guo Guo, Su Mang, Tang Ming and Zheng Chu appreciate her and value her this much ♥♥

Wow, I don't know what to think about this remake but I'm curious since the Korean version is one of my all time faves ♥

Completely agree with you, she's so pretty *.* and definitely my fave character of the show ;)

Another Piece of Art from China ♥

Completely agree with everything you said Domo, the last eps were particularly difficult to watch u_u.
