No ZRN choose to attack law man in the line of duty and they went back and forth, killing in self defense is allowed and attacking a law-man, refusing to back down and then get killed for it is also allowed. Remember the criminals have rights, when they "surrender" but if someone is actively shooting at a person and he started the engagement in which, he injured a law man....then Law man usually have to debrief and that's it. While during this interaction, she receives news from her FL friend about her new boyfriend, who is good to her ruining his career for her. Guys although its idiotic and lack of proper communication from FL side is abhorrent BUT its just the simple case of un-wanted Vigilantism by FL side, considering the whole day she decided to bypass ML right to decide for his own life and made the decision for him. I am not defending her but people who are on medication, if hit by cascade of emotions brought about multiple situations tend to resort to this type of behaviour. In her mind She is saving ML and lets be real here, She is not going back to that Ex of hers anytime soon and if I remember correctly, professor is getting married and position at hospital will open up and She has the chance to regain her Job at hospital.

ML is proven to be innocent but there are a lot of discrepancies like if all the brands have made ML pay the premium, then why are they now selling the products under his name. Now they have to return the fine payment to ML under the terms of the breach of contract....so I suspect that MFO ran away with the money and brands never asked ML to pay the compensation. He ruined ML life out of jealousy and another important point of contention is, who was the Macau family insider in the clinic....who opened the door for their goons, made sure CCTV camera's didn't captured them during the heist, gave them ML finger prints and deleted the operation footage from the OT machine and CCTV. It was him all along and he may even be responsible for, fight between ML and SML and bad financial management of the company.
I am happy they didn't dragged the accident and we had proper closure in first half of the drama, now it can focus on their romance, FL depression, ML PTSD and their career.
I hope they shed light on foul play by ML friends and we have some sort of closure to the whole situation. I want to see them work together in their own clinic and ML regain his position as tog dog in the industry !
