FL was enjoying it to some extent cuz if you have watched the drama, you would know what was she capable of....and if she wanted him dead, nobody can stop her and it was not stockholm syndrome for FL cuz first, she was never held captive and actively went against ML and sabotaged his plans, second she always had the option to run away and she did it multiple times.

If I remember correctly the sex was consensual cuz FL kissed him too but you don't remember the premise of the drama...FL is a literal killer and villain, who has pushed pregnant woman, killed their child's, poisoned people to death, killed people for power and commit almost every felony on earth to maintain her queen status.
ML is also a grey character and ultimate villain, who during his periods of mental of insanity may have kissed FL but final love was consensual and FL is a BLOODY VILLIAN, who has done every deed in the book and so was the ML.

at-least ML was suffering from mental trauma because, his father was trying to kill him and 200 other kids for power, that ultimately led to his imprisonment and ultimate torture and his mother death. FL did it out of her selfish desire for power.
