I recommend you check out "Go Ahead", it got family theme and deep/great story. Furthermore, it had small romantic nuisances and details of FL character. Which made it pretty apparent, who she liked/loved from get go and whom she considered her brother. It got type of ML you like and it may change you views about seeing "Seven in romance setting" but you gave me good option, I may also rewatch SOKP cuz it had good story. One point to consider here is....I didn't hated any SML or FL in that drama cuz it was done right !

I was planning to watch it for long time but decided to wait, till season 2 drops and watch it one go but when I checked out the comment section of season 2 in first week of airing. There was war of attrition among different ML factions, I already had enough of it in TPR so I decided to wait to see....how it ends and now it seems like, another good drama ruined by novel edit; they killed Jing. Which means ending has been changed, XL will die in either case and FL may end up committing suicide like CX mother right in front of him and drama will stay true to its name "Lost you forever" in either case after reading a lot of people comments, this shit is traumatizing and I am good !

Calm down you seem to be having panic attack here, drama name is "Lost you Forever" so what was you expecting from it and there is no historical precedent or case of marrying the dead body. So, who knows FL will move on and settle with someone else !

I wasn't camping here to spread here and reopened this drama page today, to see what's up with extra episode and when its coming out. I will be very happy if they make extra episode 30-25 minutes long and cover the FL/ML reforms, different era's of her reign, birth of their kids and drama should close with them bickering about petty stuff like normal couples. That being said, what are you watching after this? I got nothing and ABSY is good so far but it's not enough and I am looking for something else to watch alongside it, hope to see you around and this drama has taught me a valuable lesson. I am never going to read any drama novel before/during its airing, it was first time I have done it and that was enough for me !

It isn't a good drama cuz characters words, action and then producers edit don't any sense. He tried to glorify the SQR character by unilaterally changing some events and thought it would be enough but he failed to change SML behaviour, thought process and his actions to confer with the new narrative....he was trying to push, which led to continuous contradictions between his own words and actions. FL barely escaped with her life from assassination sponsored by his schemes, he was there to observe it but didn't try to save her, but then he went around and says, he loves her and will never hurt her or let anyone hurt her in this life including her brother. This is one example of his contradiction, he knew FL loved power and love to rule but throughout this drama he tried multiple times to cripple her power and corner her....which contradicts his statements about loving, caring and other shit. He said, he will save FL no matter what...but when nobel families were trying to hang her and FL told him no....he just stopped at one no and did nothing....nobel families were about to hang her and if it wasn't for ML...she would have died there ! in his sobbing story, he told FL in this life he never tried to marry her cuz he don't deserve her (we were told that was his objective from get go) but 3 sentences later, he said I hopped and dreamed to live with FL on few acres of land and have kids with her...like ML. Then in banquet scene when ML confronted him and FL ignored him, he said "Your highness was very unhappy with PWX in the past. so why your marriage is not being broken down now and you are coming to me" and you saw how he joined in to make FL reminisce about their in his old love eyes....and we are supposed to believe novel edit, according to which he never tried to be with her in this life and will save her no matter what ! Did you see the contradictions I am talking about? (Its just one character both ML and FL were making contradictions like it). These are just minor examples of bad edit of story and shit script, hence why I don't consider it a good drama !

I have personally checked and confirmed the views before making this comment, during the initial episode's views were good but then they stabilized and after ep 24, they dropped sharply to 20M. any drama in hot demand with good repute will have around 50-60 Million views and The Double had more than that during its airing, I was blasting her cuz she brought in ZJM acting and said, we had problem with her acting or her in general. No we didn't and drama added SRQ scenes, when his brother told him to ask FL in marriage and when he brought lantern for her cuz shopkeeper told him to chase his love, in novel nobody told him these things and these things didn't exist. Later when he captured ML from wang house, in novel he actually hired assassins just like FL thought in drama and allowed them to kill his guards but he saw Fl approaching, he immediately deployed guards to defend ML in effort to scam her into believing he was saving her....but ML was injured and FL knew he is snake, so she slapped the shit out of him, made clean break with him and told him straight up. If he tried to hurt ML, she will kill him. Furthermore, there was no love spin during the fall and FL snatched the dagger from his hand and kept it on her during their conversation, after learning the truth and realising only ML was loyal to her in every life. She immediately rushed out of the cave towards his voice, found him and they had romantic scene, SQR tried to stop her during her flight and she slashed dagger at him...warning she will kill if he tried to stop her (knowing he is trying to make ML angry and question her loyalty to him). After that, they ruined the ending. She never believed/though about joining SQR like they showed in drama. She never saved him, never directly confronted ML guards/went against his plan, never invite SQR secretly into her home and try to go out to meet him in secret. She was just crushed by truth and was angry at crown prince, it was defining movement of their relationship cuz she completely surrendered and tried to please him but he told her to act her normal self cuz that is the woman. He had fallen in love with. SQR did hurt her father (emperor) by torturing him to gain the imperial seal, whole SQR last sob-story was way shorter and in which FL grilled him and had no fucks given attitude with zero emotion, ML didn't allowed SQR to kill himself and get redemption in FL eyes by giving up his life as punishment. Novel went on in detail to explain FL/ML new reforms to cripple Nobel families power (proper closure to this problem), new examination reform and went in detail to explain different era's of FL regin, birth of their kids and when and why crown prince finally abdicated the throne and then their loved life.

Literally nobody was hating on the actors and people are entitled to their opinion and it isn't just here drama is also doing poorly in mainland china. It had 20 million/episode but a popular drama like "The Duble" usually have around 50-60 million views. But these are still above the limit to call it flop like Fox spirit matchmaker but producer and SQR are getting a lot of heat in Weibo. You are entitled to your opinion and just like you, we are also entitled to out opinions and there is no down-voting hate-brigade going on against TPR either.
