You specifically said about the scene at the store where he wear his mask on hence I give my take on it. Now you change it to his yelling scene which imo also rightfully done as a bottled up anger from a person who used to supress his feeling. Not every person out there is expressive, people can be awkward & given the backstory the ML has rn, imho so far it's been potrayed well psychologically.

What I remember:
The truth sounds like HNGGggh.. (soft sound with echo)
While for the lie they sound like DINGGG!!! (a vibrant firm sound)
If that even make senses 😂

Imo it's rather unfair to judge his acting solely from the scene when ML came to the store coz:
- 1st, ML wear his mask while SML & FL don't
- 2nd, SML & FL had history for years, so the scene of him being awkward coming to the store was supposed to be portrayed that way

Imho, ML act the way his character shd behaving & we rarely seen his face without mask nor sunglass so it'd be unfair to judge his acting & keep comparing it w/ those who never wear their mask on, so far for me his character delivering his emotional scene well enough for me to shed tears for him & feel totally invested to his character.

SML is her ex & so far he doesn't hv that much screentime yet, I highly doubt there's a chance for her to end up w/ SML coz the built up & everything all lead to the first ML so it's the latter for me (or at least that's what I've had hoped/preferred coz idw the FL to be portray as a fickle FL wavering back and forth between both guys).
Rather than love triangle, I think SML's role here pretty much to counter the ML on different aspect given his job is a police while the ML here is under disguised as he was once suspected to a kidnap/ murder case.

It's really good, has more substance way more than KTL, dropped that at 6th as I couldn't stand the cringe, this one on the other hand is so addictive & I couldn't bear the wait.

We don't need TROTAR S2 if both DYX & ZLS won't be playing as main leads, it's better be both or nothing at all, original cast is a MUST

Isn't it too early to tell? They barely hv time, only 2 ep in, even good actors need time to fully embodied his/ her character & HMH's character always had his mask on all the time & we can only see his eyes (even that too often covered with sunglasses, lol).
To me his acting is good enough & chemistry w/ KSH is also good/sizzling, more than enough to get me hooked & look forward to their future ep.

Ikr? He's really good & natural in portraying such a vulnerable state of a character, idt his acting is bad at all esp for a new comer. Sure he can improve his acting but I think he has a very good potential to become a brighter actor in the future esp since this is likely only his 2nd drama to date.
