Some will love some will hate, me in the meantime will just wait and see how things will turnout. Don't want to jump the gun too soon & quickly judge them/ make a final assessment that I'll hate the idea while we haven't seen their bigger picture/ full picture just yet. There might be more than just what we've seen happened 600years ago.
Nothing against AYS but I gotta say idt he's capable enough to pull off LZW role Kinda foresee it'd be too much of a paler ver of what Greg Hsu had portrayed. It requires a more remarkable actor with micro expression acting, imho. Same with the FL character, Alice Ke nailed it H to T. The original at this rate will be hard to catch up let alone be outdid, the probability is closer to none I'd say, do yourself a favour by watching the original. Stellar acting, amazing plot, the most memorable drama & ost, as if it's your own journey.
It's been a long time I find myself this invested! Def one of the best fantasy drama with great plot & have a great potential to become my all time fav drama along with Someday or One Day & Nine: nine times time travel (which I considered have the best plot/ writing/ memorable drama).
Yep, both twins played by Na Ra, GSY played the youngest sister, Shi Ho
Ah right,.but since the twins are identical to eachother, if she survived she'll be undoubtly played by Nara 😂. Shi Ho as kids played by different young actress so GSY would never played as the adult ver of MSY
If you don't mind older drama, I'd like to recommend Nine nine times time travel, great plot, time travel romance drama & Lee Jin Wook (Hwal) is the ML there (it's one of my all time fav drama & I admired him since then).
Before I decide to watch this, can anyone tell me if the love triangle or square or whatever it sounds like there…
Imho Bulgasal is so much more than just be seen as love triangle, they focused more on family bonding, their tragic backstory, the curse that entangled all their fates & mystery surround them. If there's romance it's just a bonus, so far it only shown lingers here and there & I don't think we can even be sure if he'll end up with either of them.
The 2nd FL atm has more backstory with the ML (hence many root for them), but we haven't got a bigger picture of ML FL backstory as well so am open minded for future changes as in the present time the FL is shown to be genuinely care/ curious about the ML while the SFL still feeling indifferent about him, so I guess we shall see :)
To me both FL are lovable, so I don't mind with Hwal end up with either of them, or even both or neither, anything as long as Hwal is happy & be at peace, so to put it simply I don't find the love triangle is something to be concern of 😁
Yea tbh i would be 100% fine without romance in this show. The found family dynamic is one of my favorite tropes…
Yup, tbh I care for Hwal more as human being, dude has been tormented & living in agony for decades, all he wanted is for all of this soon to be over & he can be put at rest, romance at this rate is his least priority. And yes, I'm soft even to see grandfather & supposed grandchild bonding moment, sister bond & father and son, and manymore which's so beautiful to see.
Am I the only one who love both FL & doesn't bother if Hwal end up with either of one? This drama is so much more than just fighting for the romance, imho And tbh, there's a possibility Hwal may not end up with either of them & die instead, lol.
It's funny that I actually despise poligamy but I do feel that this one is the rare case where if Hwal take either, neither or even take both FL I'd actually find myself don't mind it. He's been living & suffering damn long enough and while I support family reunion wholeheartedly, they're different person with different live rn, his wife doesn't remember while still hating him & we haven't know Sang Woon & Hwal full backstory so I won't judge on theirs just yet and just go with the flow. I think I just love the plot of this drama too much to be bother with shipping 😄.
