Iqiyi hasn't aired ep 20 yet (it shd be out tomorrow) but imho these last few ending ep has been great, they don't prolong this unnecessary love triangle anm & actually has a nice twist

I don't think anyone would want to see their partner keep getting into danger & sacrificed herself for some random stranger, anyone who truly love their partner would try by all means to protect their loved ones. The FL is quite stubborn with her view & keep getting into danger, it's more frustating to me cause she's practically never give any option to the ML rather than accepting her will. The ML just do his best to protect her & given his lower status, he maybe used to get silenced.
If anyone need to get slapped to get some sense I think it's the FL who shd be the one who gets it 😂
The last ending credit scene has finished playing minutes ago but my tears still falling for the injustice JY had to suffered throughout his life, how he always get the short end of a stick & always had to be the bigger person among all these idiot adults every single time. He deserves sm better TT.
No matter how good is this drama and how they manage to make me emotional, I can never give a full score because the injustice JY had, they shd hv shown JY's pov more, his pain, his bitterness after getting everything in his life taken, how he need someone to rely on too, than all this Pio's fam nonsense & getting reduced as a supporting character in Pio's life.
I love this, they got me hooked rightaway from the start & had me subscribed to Iqiyi, now I'm all caught up to their newest ep (waiting game begins). The bantering between Li Si & Meng Rui is the best, super duper love their personality, this drama also has great fighting scenes (da*n satisfying) & interesting cases. I also love the friendship between the team as very well the eunuch, he cracks me up so bad, poor thing often got shook holding onto his dear life someone save him please~😂

Exactly, you get me. Imagine you suffered sm merely by existing & get your future ruined from certain someone, you can't even play piano to ease your feelings anm & had to sort on revenge just to keep on living, pour everything you hv on it, only to get stolen like that & make you even feel guilty for it. I never doubt Pio's goodwill but still it's never his decision to make cause it's not his to begin with.
Because she for the street, and now all of sudden she in love with ML..
Don't say that 🥺 eventhough I find her frustating & quite selfish but if anything I find she's more of having a saviour complex/ white knight syndrome than actually liking the SML/ see him romantically.

I find it's unfair for JY to get his revenge intercepted like that esp after all that dedication he make & getting his life ruined by his mom & honestly devastating cause even so, Pio still protecting his mom's over JY, he decide on what JY couldn't do when it's never his revenge to begin with. This drama heavily relied on Pio's pov & less on JY, no matter how hard JY's life has become, they had to make Pio steal his thunder. I just find it's unfair for JY character. Both actor did a marvellous job though.

But it's not his revenge to begin with, he shdn't get to be the one who decide, he shd tell him the truth not giving any whitelies to protect his mother, it was never for JY's sake but for his mom's sake, the perperator who ruin JY's life and future.
Why the FL has so much understanding and compassionate towards other but indifferent to the one she actually love? Is it truly love? What's the point of love if you only want to be understood but not the other way around?

And Pio's mom, no you don't get to picture yourself as a saint and had the audacity to blame anyone but yourself and said all the nicest thing to Pio, you refuse to be responsible with what you did until there's no more room for you to run anymore, you're a selfish bad mother with big pride & that's all!
What happened to ep 343? New ep hasn't been airing for like two weeks after ep 342. Also, while I enjoy & think Yeong Jin & Ki Taek is a great addition choice, I've been wondering what happened with Se ho? He dissapear from the cast without any explanation neither had any farewell before?
I think Ep 14 is their best ep to date (though the prison ***** scene too was equally good), that conversation they had at the gate was gut wrenching heartbreaking, really great acting from both Alen & Chloe, I hope the upcoming ep won't focus on silly love triangle anymore cause they're much better without it♡
