Watching Ga On & Soo Hyun playing detectives are like watching a child's play in the adults world. And their romance are just like kids playing houses, with all the back and forth flirting but not admitting feelings, lmao

They'll make a cute couple but not sure if Sang Yeob can handle her, we know from So Min (& see ourselves) how conservative he is & even So Min outgoing personality is already a bit too much for him, lol.

That escalates quickly! As expected Kang Yo Han never dissapointed!
Soo Hyun & Ga On however are as foolish as always or even worst, gosh! Both are too naive & easily manipulated since they already have their eyes fixated on Yo han, both irritates me the most, their incapability, I feel like seeing a dumb & dumber work but with a bad temper, that & their unfitting sappy love story just getting on my nerves.

My biggest pet peeves are foolish mainleads, I hope GO & SH will learn their mistakes BIG time ASAP!
There are other bigger criminal out there, why keep pinning over Yo han, if you can't help Yo han to catch them, don't become a nuisance & obstacles to say the least!

And why the heck even GO stay for good leeching at Yo han's? It's weird how it was never being said or told, were they left that behind at the editing room or what?

With all the hint they give so far, I'd dare to say the romance will take a very big part as the driving force for GO, most probably from SH being a damsel or she may die in the future, I dislike the cliche idea & I really hope my prediction is wrong tho.
I prefer least to non existent romance line between GO&SH just like their non existent chemistry.

It's right there from the start (GO-SH), I acknowledge that, but knowing doesn't make it better. It's the least interesting & the most cliche part from the entire drama, I couldn't care less tbh.
So, yeah would prefer they drop the romance altogether or make it very minimal.
It'd ruin the flow & the drama as a whole if it takes too much time, their romance felt out of place & the non existent chemistry I think play a big part in making the romance feels forced.
Am a sucker for romance but here I don't find it necessary as it doesn't sit well with the theme of the drama itself.

Agreed! I don't feel any sexual BL chemistry between them, it's intense but I see them as bromance.
He's special due to YH connection to Isaac & I don't feel nor see any hint, glimpse of BL being shown or told.
I don't see any romance, romantic gesture or whatever it is they called, being hinted except the one between GO & SH (which I'd rather not see either).
YH-GO = Bromance
SA-YH = Unhealthy obsession
GO-SH = Forced romance

Ugh idk, I like everything about this drama except the romance between Ga On & the FL cop next to him, there's no chemistry between them & the romance feels forced. Ofc GO will only realized what she meant for him when she's in danger, etc, just too predictable I've seen it since Day 1.
Imo, their romance felt out of place & distracting to its main plot. I don't even like seeing the hinting romance between them they keep giving here & there, let alone they seem to be going all out in the next ep.

I'd rather see the brewing, sizzling bromance between GO & YH, SA obsession, suspense, attack & counter attack between YH-SA-GO way more than some random pure romance I hardly buy.

Lol, no it's actually the opposite, if this happens in real life Ga On'd def get his ass fired or demoted further away, Yo Han is his direct senior, others won't care but he should if he took his purpose seriously.
Ga On didn't get fired just because he's the ML actually & he's lucky since Yo Han has a soft spot for him because of Isaac.

I'd have had the same exact complains if the ML did the same to others too like Ga On did, I'd call him doing a bad detective job, lol. Why woùld he exposed himself out to his opponent that early when he has nothing to show or back him up? Lmao.

I wouldn't call Ga On or Yo Han a proper judge either, Ga On's an idealist without any sense of realism, too naive, others would easily fool & manipulated him. While Yo han is the opposite, YH however did his way more efficiently although it's not the rightway to take.
Both need to work together & adjust their way accordingly just like the MLs on Beyond Evil.

Yeah but there's no subtlety in his attitude. Sometimes he forget that Yo Han is his senior.
If he continue doing so, he may get fired before he'll be able to achieve anything. To me he also came across as too naive & hot headed.
One can question other's intention & all but subtlety is the key, which I don't find it in him.

I just binge all the 4 released ep, loved it!
My thoughts:
Am I supposed to be rooting for Ga On? Because he irritates me alot with his nosiness 🙄 & by that I mean both him & the FL next to him , I hope there won't be any romance line between them, I wouldn't like it ✋.

Although am aware that Ga On's character might resembles Joo Won's from Beyond Evil, I find JW's character more bearable as he's a more reserved, less aggressive person & I can understand his righteous character better since the stakes are higher (serial killing), here I almost can't stand GO eventhough he's supposed to be the protagonist.

My heart all goes to Yo Han, tho ngl his last sentence from the latest ep threw me off my chair, lmao. Still stand for him tho, lol. Watching Yo han is like watching Shin Se Gi on suits with steroids 🤣👌

I love all the ep, but I hope they can tone down GO nosiness abit or give more background to his behaviour so we can understand him better.
It's nice to find Jin Young play Isaac as well, hopefully that way I can like GO more 😂.
Can't wait to see their next ep, am curious to findout whether ML dynamics will change, tho ik it's still too early so I wouldn't bet on it either.

I haven't started this but I've seen some clips & it makes me curious, can someone enlighten me a bit on what's Ji Sung & Jin Young role in this? They seems to be against eachother, right? Shd I root for Ji Sung's or Jin Young's character in this? Does Yo Han character served as villain here? Or is this something like Beyond Evil, the righteous vs the mischiveous one?

I'd agree on DAYS but I beg to differ on MRIAG for being not so well written.

MRIAG was full of cliche that's true but imho they're cliche done right & what a true romcom is. They aren't without flaws just like none drama is, but am willing to overlook since they already giving such a mood booster & thoughtful in most of their ep.

Unlike DAYS who to me feel pretentious to be something they aren't & fail to deliver their world building with zero character development, MRIAG knows how to make a fantasy romcom with respectable characters & rootable MC, building their moments while delivering good moral messages & last but not least, stay true to what they really are & keep their enjoyable experience throughout the series, at least for me :P

Given TVN standards, I don't even understand why tvn even had to pick DAYS with that poorly written script they had #sorrynotsorry, esp if they already have MRIAG to produce to begin with.

A solid romcom from start to finish & I think it's save to say that it's one of the best if not truly the best romcom released this year ;)
