There's no solid evidence pointing at YH, he's not even labelled as suspect, so both parties are equal in the eyes of law.

You said Yo han didn't allow him to leave so I just ask you when did he ever said that? Yo han never forbid GO to leave and he literally has asked him once when will he leave which GO refuse. So far that I can recall, YH only told SH or told those who asked him where GO lived, that GO is safer at his house, not to GO & that too before his recovery & him asking GO to leave.
GO is freeloading at YH's wholeheartedly by his own will at this point, not because YH asked him to nor never like you said because YH doesn't allow him to leave.

Yeah, I can't even get passed V second ep, Sjk 180° turn from a badass mafia to a fool is the hardest thing to buy, I got extremely bored & their over exaggerated cringy comedy just isn't my thing.
I'm not into law drama either, but this one has sucked me in, eventho I'm still annoyed at some characters, but Ji Sung as Yo han is really well portrayed & delivered.

episode 4 at minute 15:20 Yo han literally asking him to leave, which Ga On denied with pretending to be feeling still unwell. I don't remember Yo han has ever forcing in Ga On to stay nor doesn't allow him to move out, when this happen?
