Kang Ha Na is so funny in this role, she & HyeRi really did a wonderful job in bringing their characters to life & shine on their own way.

Totally agree! I love SIG & his acting, but the writing of his character here just feel bland & has no depth at all, I can't relate to his character.
For bad/ dangerous type of guy character's writing, TSHLYE is far far superior than this.
I know nothing about Doom as a character as if am still at ep 1 instead of 12 & I've lost my interest on him.

Megumi & the gang even hold her funeral & really thought she's dead before Aoshi reopen her cemetry & told them what's strange about Kaoru's death/ corpse.
Devastated Kenshin throw his self out at some dumpster & he met Tomoe's father there.

I don't think so, am referring to some ritual Enishi did to 'Kaoru' in the manga & scenes that follows after, they had it removed from the Final. The Beginning will only tell Battosai & Tomoe backstory.

Ahh it's a pity they remove the most crucial parts from the manga :'(

Yes, I adore his acting too, my fav character of his will be Dr Zhou from Intense Love, calm, mature & his eyes conveys everything (tho I love every character of his, lol) but I hope to see more roles like that from him & yes hopefully we get to see more drama from him asap 😍

Same, I've given up on the 1st couple story as of ep 12. I skip all scenes with 1st couple romance & only watch 2nd couple parts and any other scene with either of the 2nd leads interact with all the other casts.

What I get so far:
- Joo Ik used to be Hyun Kyu's tutor
- at Hyun Kyu's SAT exams day, Joo ik gave him some tteok (to wish him goodluck maybe) but turns out it led Hyun Kyu's to fail his SAT as he's having a bad stomachache
- Hyun Kyu seems to get (even more) attached to Joo Ik eversince that day
- not even sure if he ever went abroad, what I get is HK seem to be lying to all of his friends about his background or how he went abroad, either to save his face or from his own insecure feelings & he didn't want to drag Ji Na in his lie or any other reason he might be having to keep running away from her.

At this rate I care more about Cha Joo Ik's well being than the whole existence of Myeol Mang himself.
I love Joo Ik as a character including all of his flaws, I find his character refreshing, intriguing, interesting & I look forward to his scenes the most from this entire drama.

I'm enjoying all interaction between all the characters as well actually, tho except at those with MM, which's an irony since this drama had him as their main theme & give the most screentime to him, I just can't relate to him as a character, he feels like he is in his own world doing nothing while the other human being interact with eachother 😅

Btw, my fav quote of the day from Joo Ik:
"You have a long way of saying that you're dinosaur" 😂
