Starting for Jin Goo but turnsout this is a really good, fun show, I wish Hye Ri & Ra Mi Ran can stay longer on the show. I love their interaction, hilarious & they had a refreshing dynamics. I feel you, tbh I never watch a drama that makes me traumatized & emotionally scarred just by completing them like Born again did to me here, I know it's only a drama but looking how they flipped every moral guide that I had, esp speaking from my own experience who have been stalked for months & harassed/assaulted too, the way this drama justifying all of it & never think from the victim's pov is just sickening. I don't think I can watch another drama with psychopath theme anytime soon in the future.
I haven't followed soul mechanic yet though I did watch their first ep (just by random) so I get their theme & know why you might hv felt that way, happy to hear that you find that healing drama, we need that healing drama for sure after this mentally wrecked drama. I think it's the way they did her style with make up & hair here (like her lipstick lined inside lips, eyebrow drawn in chinese style & not the kind of straight korean eyebrow, new long hair style, thick make up, etc).
Because she had another new drama coming soon (Men are men) & she looks like her usual self with her short hair & korean make up there in their promotional poster, trailer & her recent photos.
I know I've been commenting alot in this page, at first because I previously loved this drama so much & were sold in their eternal love theme & introduced mysteries, I keep analyzing their theories and posted here week by week as its airing.
Which all of it later turned into vain & I came into hating this drama so much given how they've betrayed & throw everything that has been told/introduced/developed which makes me so invested earlier, all into the trash & change them into no other than some toxic disturbing romance instead.
So completing this drama has left me bitter & emotionally scarred, they're the one who introduced their eternal love theme & all the potential mysteries at first but later only told us that no such things exists, wtf.

True, it's an infinity loop indeed as both leads actively keeps travelling back through time, sort of made the boy fell for the girl for the first time in the past while the girl fell for the boy for the first time in the future.
Their first love story has no clear beginning & there'll be no end either if they keep forcing their way to stay together & only resulting in endless suffering & no one happiness, that's why they need to break the infinity loop chains & only by that they can have their own beginning & chance for a better ending, start from the 6 years old HYX & 17 years old LZW.
I find it's brilliant how they could came up with a concept and clever directing like this & their infinity loop is probably one of the reason why I love this drama so much, but I also get why you probably find it's frustating to see there's no beginning of it & I understand that.
I'll put the correct time line order here to help a better understanding if anyone got confused (spoiler below)

Waahh, am binging this drama in 1 day only, 16 hours straight!! an easy 10 out of 10!! My eyes still sore from all the cry & lack of sleep (finish it at 3am) ❤️❤️❤️ This drama is truly beautiful & heartbreaking w/ excellent plot, amazing friendship & love story that lasted through time, great acting, clever directing & story telling, def made it into my top romance drama!
This drama reminds me of Nine: nine times time travel for its deep heartwrenching romance with infinity loop travel through time, the whole idea is similiar, except I find this one has a better execution, cinematography & messages.
Just make sure: 1. You watch it pass their first ep, cause there's where the plot start moving after her office friends cringefest scenes passed. 2. You watch their special ep ending scene at the end.
