I beg to differ. Idk if it's because I've seen his other works, but I don't think his acting is weak, well at least not to the point it distracts me from watching a drama, I had no problem with him so far.
(I've seen his acting on Wolgyesu Tailor (50+ep), Bravo My Life & the Virus -> for BML & TV I've only watched his part though)

I do find him a bit stiff, cold & distant in this drama, but imo it's more because his character's personality meant to be that way/written like that & I think ppl mistook it as his acting, you might seen his other drama to check though.

I get that you're just stating your opinion btw & I respect that, am just stating mine too so no offense :)

Am seriously in love with the way he reacts with that kind hesitation of his, like when he says: " I don't think it is, I don't think it is though" & then "I wonder, I'm not sure either"

@Amy agree that they're both 16 inside & physically 29.
For Seo Ri because she was in coma for 13 years.
For Mr Gong because he basically shuts & hides himself from everyone ever since that accident happened.

My theory is, when a guy falls in love with a witch & "kiss" her, some of her power might transferred to them, thus the 1st & 2nd ML seem to be having power on ep 8.

On ep 8, Cho hong thinks that Sung Tae is not his fated man but she accept him as he is & follow what her heart tells, I love that, because love is not something that you can control, that's why it's called you fell in love, well done show!

However, I think Sung Tae is really her fated man as she glows more as her relationship with Sung Tae gets deeper, but I love the fact that it isn't clear if he really is or isn't, it's more thrilling this way <333

Even if he isn't, it's okay because Cho Hong already aware of it & accept the risk completely & I like that.

What I like about Sung Tae:
even if his attitude doesn't always right, he learned his mistake, reflect to himself & apologize accordingly. I like that he acts like any adults would do, honest with his feeling & mark his own words, keeping his value. Him & Cho Hong complement each other, together they become the better person.

Anw, as much as I had watched them in sub, ep 8 is a great ep, am in tears from laughing so much & liking the progress of our OTP.

@Shoes Ditto, I think some ppl mistook her bubbly character as immature when her mind can't be more mature than that imo, she is wise even for a 30 years old person.
And agree, her bubbly character is part of her charm & I love to see that in her.

Actually there's two ep (ep 7&8), but the sub for ep 8 hasn't been released, I am (im)patiently waiting for it too :'(

True, lol! I'm more into romcom/detective suspense series maybe that's why.

I watched come & hug me until ep 12, been loving it at first actually but after the adult counterparts taking parts the plot become so slow + there were delayed due to election/sports as well in SK so I had to put them on hold & doesn't have the courage to continue watching it again.

Actually 30 but 17 was the drama that I wanted come & hug me be like, not too dramatic but manage to makes me emotional with all those laugh & tears. Have you watched the recent ep chingu? The more ep I watched the more I fell for YSJ, last time I saw him was on romantic teacher doctor kim but he did nothing for me there. Heard some ppl were let down by him on TOL as well but loved him on 30 but 17, so probably you could give him a chance a few ep more if you had the time? ;p

Ahh that drama w/ Seo in Guk & Jung So Min! It looks interesting so I think I'll watched them too.
Haven't heard about Devilish Joy until now but I'll check them out, I thought it was SKJ next drama, it was unexpected that you're not ready to watch his next drama because you can't move on from his last role just yet x'D

This is what I called a healing drama should be like, the story makes my heart warm yet feel so calm & peace.
I loved seeing their slowburn romance/ bonding between our leads too.

Everytime our Seo Ri falls for Mr Gong, I feel like I might have fallen for him even more, ottokke?? How is it possible for someone to resist Mr Gong's charm?

Love Lee Jin Wook - Lee Ha Na chemistry than her with Jang Hyuk so that's a plus & the story & suspense are promising so far, I love it.

But am quite surprise to hear this season only had 12 ep unlike the first season which's 16?

Ahh then there it goes my hope for a glimpse of romance insert in this season, am lowkey hoping for it after seeing their electrifying chemistry, but I don't think it'll be possible to have it with them having 12 ep only, what a bummer ;_;

Because so far the other one is one sided & basically he is just forcing himself to be with her.

The 2nd ML is really getting on my nerves no matter how pretty he is,
I find his character too childish & (idk, clingy?)

I don't normally like a cute looking guy either, but there's something about Hyun Woo that pulls me in, love him in Wolgyesu Tailor & this one too (probably because of those puppy eyes combined with that timbre in his voice <3)
I might even watch Bravo My Life just for him if finding their ep to watch wasn't this hard to find :S

For me this show is how I wanted "come and hug me" to be/ should be like, not overly trying to be dramatic but gives you that punch when the time/moment is right. That, makes them feel more special to me.

They had the right amount/ balance of hilarious/romantic/heartwrenching moment & it's beautiful because I can feel they had soul in their story ❤

I don't think Yang Se Jong can be any more charming than this, dang I think I've fallen for him, Mr Gong ❤

I'm having a hard time too until their 4th ep, but ep 5&6 change it completely as they become much better & interesting, at least for me xD
