I'm loving this, ep 8 is pure gold, Yeon Soo left me in tears with his honest conversation with his mom, his mom & Kang Hee's dad argument cracking up and uh oh last but not least Yeon Soo & Kang Hee's chemistryyy!! 🤌 I need more, I love it when the ep focus more on the leads & less about the second leads, they're nice but I prefer our mains. Not to keen about the proposal idea seen on the preview though, SML is just too oblivious, love his scene more with Yeon Soo than with Kang's, I'll take bromance over love triangle 😂 And that last scene, chef's kiss, so beautifully shot, the moment, the scene, the ost, everything led to it are purely magnificent ❤️🔥
People are tired with them meanwhile here I am enjoying the push & pull between the two, like when Yeon Soo return all of Kang Hee's words, oh how satisfying 😂. They're neither depressing nor frustating to me coz I can see both of them have deep feelings for eachother, they just need to overcome their obstacle together & communicate better. Am loving the tone of this drama, a calm beautifully taken drama with a hint of bittersweet feelings that I don't get to see often & to me it's easy to understand both leads POV, so idg the hate the leads are getting at all 😶
Anyhow, glad to see their viewership rating rose significantly at ep 7 for both Nationwide & Seoul 🙌 6% (+2.6%) & 6.1% (+2.6%) ❤️🔥

Best airing show right now to me, it's beautifully made, heartwarming & interesting, idg why they receive so much negative feedbacks but am glad I give this drama a chance coz w/ 4 ep alone it's already becoming my fav

He's not just her first love, but her anchor, her lighthouse, her safe heaven & her home. While I'm not enjoying a thrope where ML is a simp, but here it's worth it coz they hv an equal amount of feelings towards eachother except ML is more direct with his feelings.
NGL, ep 4 is so satisfying to watch, all that wailing, lol! I can't wait to see her running towards him. With that being said I also agree that the SFL & SML here is kind & a good pair for ML & FL too although I like ML FL alot.
Honestly as of ep 4, I like many thing about this drama (except ofc ML's mom & some characters that was meant to be served as bad characters), so I don't get the hate / mass downvote for it. Among other airing dramas I look forward to see this one the most, can't wait for ep 5!!
Don't get it... why they make a big deal of her being a mixed race? I know they're villagers/rural people... but…
Asian can get pretty closed off with conservative minded, you don't even need to be a mixed race to be an outcast, they can even talk in your back just because you don't greet elder people with bow once 😅
It starts of with a bang, 1st ep was so good & full of hearts, I've even cried couple of times from the 1st ep alone & obsessed with the OST already, so good! loving the couple & I can't wait to see their next ep!
i truly enjoy this as a guilty pleasure drama before the last couple ep, literally lost my braincell everytime they either get abduct or in danger just for plot sake. But gotta praise them for not turning Hee Jo big sis into evil SFL like most drama used to do, I love their sisterhood ♡
From what I have read, it is an open ending in the novel where FL finally comes to face and accept her past but…
Uh oh I hope they hv a different ending coz I feel bad for him even from the trailer alone (12 min special), that ending will be somewhat a final cruel blow like kicking a patiently waiting puppy in a snowy days 🤧
