It's a drama with many complex psychological issue most of the characters have, where viewers were expected to see & understand from each of the character's POV, to understand where their character's is coming from, not judging them.
Like imagine if we see people with mental health issue, see their issue yet people disregard it completely & only judge them as they liked coz they just don't like him & like the other person, they fail to grasp the purpose of this drama was all about.

I think the truck of doom was needed for Eun ho, to become another catalyst for her to break free from her co-dependence to Hyun Oh coz now he needed her to be strong more than anything & this time Hyun Oh can learn that he can have someone to rely too & not always have to bear everything in himself. I think the SML just wanted the FML to feel safe. Which was something the ML didn't even know how to do.
But what does he love about her actually? When Hyeri approach him? It's not even Eun ho, it's Hyeri. You can't say you love someone & able to accept her whatever form she is without actually know her, that's superficial, it holds no meaning but sweet lies to me.
