PMR has more makjang take w/ suspense & faster pace coz they hv only 12 ep MMH has more beautiful take in developing bonding moment & slowburn romance between the leads with deeper emotional connection Romance wise MMH has a better writing to me coz they took time to evolve with more backstory, heart to heart talking & their chemistry is ❤️🔥 making it more meaningful.
On PMR, the ship is sailing without proper development & on the contrary I find the FL character's writing is weak there. The ML helping her in more prominent way by marriage contract (his huge background as her back), while here on MMH The ML help the FL more indirectly by building her inner confidence & self defense while she took her own revenge.
Also on PMR the FL can start her revenge soon which MMH FL couldn't coz she need to plan it well since there's a wing of fate that needed to be deviate from her (it works like 'Final Destination') & her ex is abusive (FL's ex on PMR is a way softer/weak guy).
On the contrary to most people, I'm looking forward & hoping for a noona romance even if it's minimal here, as long as both an adult & share similar emotional maturity I hv no problem with it, for instance I don't think the Goblin couple has it hence I'm off the board w/ it coz their dynamics making it hard for me to buy their relationship, but I hv no problem w/ Uhm Jung Hwa & Park Seo Joon's pairing on Witch's romance despite their 20+ real life age gap coz their characters share similar emotional maturity so I find their relationship believable/ attraction felt real.

This series is so underrated, I binged 30ep in 4/5 days only coz they're that addictive, adore their friendship & every single character is so precious! I wish they can make Lingsha more powerful coz she's my dearest character (props to JJY btw, her acting is great!) but they make her character took a backseat & barely doing anything in this past 5 or 6 ep.
