How long does it take for editing. I hope it will get a chance to air after faithful. I'm looking forward to another xukai drama even though it's so frustrating waiting for his dramas, and not knowing when they will have a release date while other dramas airing one after another.

Saw the trailer and I'm not impressed. Maybe the drama will be better once it's out. This trailer is just so average, and look just like any idol dramas. Hope I'm wrong and it will be as good as alp with good cgi, good acting and great soundtracks. Alp kind of ruin other dramas for me since I saw how good the cgi in alp, I always compare it to other dramas I watched. Hope this drama will be on the same level as alp ^^

So what you're saying is tencent only release dramas that have high reservations compare to dramas that have less reservations. Are you saying legend of zhaohua has more reservations than wonderland of love and that's why it gotten released earlier, or faithful the drama that is airing now on tencent. If that's the case how do those dramas with less reservations get to air?

It was announced to have 2 seasons but then decided on 1 season after the new rule was announced. So this drama will have 40 eps I just don't know about the lengths of the eps, I hope it will be longer to accommodate the shorter episodes.

What made you say that. Maybe it will get a release date with no promotion like some dramas have been doing. What is making tencent holding on to this drama for so long?

I thought she did a good job with the role, her character is very different from her character from story of yanxi palace. Here she's more chill and ladylike, this is due to getting a proper education since young compare to her character in story of yanxi palace whom only learn reading and writing after meeting the queen. Both are smart but in a completely opposite direction one is street smart, while the other smartness comes from a strict upbringing. Did you finish the drama? I thought her character was kind of similar to the queen in story of yanxi palace but stronger.

I must have read it wrong then. There was a post by another person that said they didn't like her as fl, so I mistaken your comment as not liking her as fl that's why there is no romance. No biggie.

Why don't you like her as fl? We don't know whether this will have romance since this was just announced and it's just a rumor so don't know whether xukai and Zhou ye will shoot this drama.

After all the false rumors from sapph, I think fans are more careful about believing in false rumors.

They were in a relationship, but they're still bound by the contract. Ml was the first to confess but fl never truly admits her feeling, so to ml their relationship has an expiration date. He even told fl if she wanted to leave him he will give her a divorce, this is because ml wasn't confident in fl feeling for him. I don't consider fl behavior as toxic although I do see the red flag since they had a contract that said either party can't interfere in the other's life. Ml wants more from their relationship while fl is comfortable in their relationship because that contract protected her from truly being committed. Her interaction with her ex to her is just business, ml is jealous but he is bound by the contract that's why he couldn't say anything to her because he's afraid she would break up with him if he makes demands on her. Their relationship is not equal since he falls first so he's the one to suffer.

Cdramas tend to write sacrificing mls who would do anything for fls because it has an audience, women love these types of mls. I think mls in cdramas are too perfect that's why in the last few episodes we get to see ml not being so perfect when he is playing hard to get, when he is not so available and makes fl finally have to fight for him when she saw a rival. Lots of reactions complaining about ml doesn't make sense to me he broke up with fl, so he's free to do what he wants so if he has interaction with his ex is just business. Although I felt ml is getting a bit of revenge on fl, he's making her jealous as he was when she had so many interactions with her ex, this finally make fl accepts her own feelings for him and wants him back in her life.

They would make a fun pair ^^

Are you talking about gong jun? I think having melons is a way to stay popular. I don't think xukai care about any of that so his team is good at cleaning out all the rumors and only post official stuffs or his fan club doesn't care about rumors. Who is zls, gy or wd.

Fl acting in Sel is not bad, she's playing how the character was written. I think she did a good job with the character. It could be you don't like the character so even if another actress play the character you will still not like her.
