At first i was thinking the same as you. Fl was playing cute and being too girly, but after a few episodes i don't care so much. As a female, she can still behaves like a girl and be good in e-sport, there is no rule that says she should be boyish just because she like video game and live with the boys. This drama get better and better, so i think you should give it a chance.

I'm not pushing my opinion on you, i'm just saying what i didn't like about it. I doubt it was her sect she set on fire lol, she was celebrating beating the golden immortal someone who betrayed and killed her love one. She loss her original intention about becoming a good person, but she is still protective of those who follow and loyal to her. My problem was how she dealt with jiang wu, the guy killed ml subordinate and the people of her sect and she let him walk free. Her novel countepart wouldn't let that happens. I love moqing, he was so devoted, and was willing to do anything for her. I love the role reversal in this drama, the ml was really gentle and the fl is the one in control, my only complain is he was so strong in novel, but he was always sick in drama lol. For love of dream i already said i didnt like how fl became in pursuing her love for ml since he refuse her so many times, she loss her self respect and hurt her family in her love for him. I will never understand it, she has her own worth, why lower herself for someone who won't return her love. I don't know whether the eternal love of dream is any different, but i'm just not interest in their relationship. For alp it kind of feels like legend again cause the fl is pursuing the ml while he's so shy, i find them really cute together ^^ What i like more than the legend is that both of them are so strong, and the action scenes and cgi are better than legend. I only watch to ep 24, so far and i find qingmu is more daring than baijue, so qingmu and houchi relatioship progress quicker. I like the story in alp better too, i wasn't bore. I like almost all characters in alp, only a few i dislike, in legend i didn't like a whole sect of golden immortal and his girlfriend, those people are such hypocrites.

She took on her brother's identity, so that mean the school was never notify that her brother pass away.

I felt it has to do with his guilt over hoang song's death, what you would call survivor guilt. In his last moment he still think of hoang song, and also to prove he's not a coward unlike the time when he coward in fear when hoang song took a bullet for him and saving his life. I also think it was a suicide mission, he never plan to come out alive.

I'm glad Tong yao is evolving and helping her team to win against their opponent. Doing research on a team they're playing, and now she's confronting the guy she loss to. I'm liking her character more and more after each ep. Also the wedding dream scene sequence is so cute with the whole zgdx team and her best friend cheering them on. Both tong yao and brother cheng look so good in their wedding outfits ^^

I love this more than the legend, for me there has to be more to a show than just a love story. I didn't like how the plot turn out in the legend both ml and fl became weaker as story progress. The second half has too much filler, make me dislike fl, for me i wouldn't toletate anyone trying to kill my subordinates even if that person saves my life, but she just let the guy steps on her sect like he has the right to, the logic became ridiculous. Also what was the point of showing how devoted ml is, and then add unnecessary love triangle that wasn't in the original novel, which lessen the impact of ml's love for fl. The editing was a mess, should've make it chronological, rather than time skipping. There were many side couples that didn't end up together, in my opinion these are unnessary fillers since it didn't go anywhere. I watched eternal love, and i didn't like the fl in eternal love of dream love story, in my opinion she loss all self respect when she fell in love with the ml, so i didn't watch it.

Ancient love poetry is a new xanxia drama and it's still airing.

I think for this couple it fits them or showing a pure love is this drama intention since baijue/qingmu and shanggu/houchi are such pure souls i don't know how to explain it, but i'm always looking out for something different and this drama does it for me ^^

You gave yourself away when you said you watch xukai for his wuxia drama. Has he done any wuxia, not that i remember. The only drama i haven't seen of his that can be consider a wuxia would be untouchable lover i guess, he was only support in it though. I love wuxia and do want to see xukai do it in his future drama, he's so good in action scenes proven in his court lady and ancient love poetry. Most of his dramas female leads are strong characters, and that the type of fl i love, so saying you don't watch weak female lead who are you referring to?

Agree with you. I also like the legend, the chemistry was so good i just didn't like the fillers. Ml was able to persuade us of his love for fl just with his eyes alone, and the kiss scenes are great because we are in anticipation for it ^^

Falling into your smile was filmed before ancient love poetry, but it gotten air later than ancient love poetry. I was quite surprise ancient love poetry got to air so quickly, it was only filmed last year. Some dramas take forever to air like zhaoge was filmed in 2016, but still has no air date.

The more i watch, the more funny this get. Team ZGDX members are a bunch of comedians, especially fatty he been catching tong yao and brother cheng in compromising position lol. My feeling on the ex boyfriend i'm glad tong yao made it clear she has move on from her ex rather than gives him false hope. She is very frank and i like that trait of her, now that i think about it both ml and fl are, maybe that's why they get along so well ^^

Agree, i also love court lady, even though he doesn't have lots of screentime he still shine whenever he appears. I just love his portrayal in different roles ^^

Can't wait for new eps. Every episode is getting more interesting ^^ Xukai can do romance, don't listen to the other poster saying otherwise. I have love him since watching story of yanxi palace, and ship him with the fl so hard even without any kissing scenes he could convince us of his love for her. The romance in this drama the two leads are really cute together, they portray a young lover, and i think they make a cute couple ^^ He also has another modern drama that airing right now and i heard has lots of kiss scenes i'm also watching that one. Anyway my feeling on kiss scenes unless the main leads can be convincing in their love, i don't care for kiss scenes too much. What matter is whether they can be convincing as a couple, the kiss scenes can come after.

After the recent ep, there is an actor who got introduce in the story also in falling into your smile too. That make total 3 actors in falling into your smile including ml and they're all on houchi's side ^^

Watching ep 11, wow tong yao has proven herself to be a team player. This ep is so funny, i can't believe she is so comfortable with the guys that she letting them know she has period. Also lu si cheng is a perfect boyfriend, he even take care of her even after being sick, tong yao really wants to marry him her question about ancient time keep coming up ^^

Lol, your logic is ridiculous. I wonder if you watch all 16 eps or just skip. None of them knew what the tribulation was about. They all care about shanggu and want her to gain her true power and became chief god. Tianqi was the first to find out, but his solution is to sacrifice all three realms. Baijue found out after, and he decides to protect her by using his own life as he told zhiyang the other true god. Shanggu also found out and she chose to sacrifice herself. In my opinion hugging can convey a much stronger intimacy even more than kissing. This drama show a pure love from both baijue and shanggu in their first life since both of them are inexperience in love, and in their second life they're still inexperience in love. However romance can still be show without any kissing, i used to watch old dramas with no kissing whatsoever, so why do i feel a much deeper connection between the characters. In my opinion to express love you don't need kissing scenes if the actors are good they
can convince us of their deep love for each other.
