Bian luhuan was the fl's teacher and his family hold the fl hostage to prevent her mother a mythical beast from destroying the world, his future self went into the past and exchange himself to create ml because in the future they lost the fight against her mother. That why bian luhuan doesn't have a future and the ml doesn't have a past. The fl is their best bet to defeat her mother and she has to resonate with him, but he wasn't able to resonate with her because of an old injury or something similar, that why the ml was created. Both of them were made to live together and relying on each other because they both lost their memories. Ml can resonate with fl and create a much stronger power compare to bian luhuan because she has stronger feeling for him.

The eunuch, fu shui and consort yang are related. I don't think chen ji and fu shui have any relation, they just happens to look alike and fu shui uses the crown prince closeness to chen ji to get close to him to bring the downfall of the kingdom of tang. The novel has the same title as the drama and was shared in the recent discussion on top when the drama was airing, but it was now removed.

More than 10,000 watchers not many rating that why the rating of this drama is affected by just one bad rating. Too bad for those who don't know how to appreciate good drama or the humor and slapstick comedy in this drama and how it poke fun at so many subjects in such a fun and silly way ^^

I watch this drama a while ago so don't remember when the main leads became a couple, but just a headup they started out acting like brother/sister since they live together. There is a love triangle but it kind of complicated since they're play by the same actor. They did breakup and got back together. Their relationship is kind of platonic and not romantic since the both of them are very young. I think there're two kisses in the whole drama and the first one was accidental. It's kind of a happy ending, just up to your interpretation. This has some heavy themes so it's up to you whether you want to give it a try.

That depends on what you're watching this drama for. Is it for romance or for plot/ characters. Do you like drama that focus on a group of people or only the main leads, do you like tragic romance, do you like master disciple relationship, do you like drama about ordinary people saving the world. Do you believe in second chance/destiny. Some of the heavy theme might go over your head. This is adapted from a game so has a variety of characters, if you don't care for any of them then you will not enjoy the drama since it's a character centric drama. The romance between the main leads are kind of platonic and more about caring and protecting each other, they started out living together having no memory and can only dependent on each other and falling for each other as time goes by. If you like all that then you will like this drama, i gave a really high score for this drama so that makes me one of those who like this drama.

This also has a novel that goes into more details too bad many scenes were cut from the drama. Consort yang and fushui has a family connection, too bad the drama didn't establish their connection leading to more confusion. If you want to understand better the drama read the novel, it explains everyone motivation and reasoning better than the drama.

They kind of gloss over the detail, but i thought they did hire people with the knowledge in this subject. Later on they will work with a hospital and the fl's ex boyfriend is a medical doctor and do test on subjects.

Still waiting, this is the drama i'm looking forward to see the most among xukai unrelease dramas although i will not mind if the other two dramas air faster than this drama, but i hope it will not be a long wait.

First time i'm seeing the ml having more outfits change than the fl, i'm not complaining xukai can look handsome even when he wear racks and i really appreciate so many different color they're giving him. Now i'm wondering how fl will match up with her own wardrobe.

This drama also has popular people, why you don't think this drama will air sooner. Why is tencent holding onto this drama, i'm thinking this could be because they want to compete with another popular drama from another platform. Is that why there is still no airing date available for this drama.
