We have a different opinion on this since on my end i saw the leads were attracted to each other when they were both hanging out with each other but she was too shy to express her feeling before she found out her ex were dating her friend. Also it has been quite some times since she and her ex broke up so they both has finally move on to dating other people. She wasn't hurt about the ex dating her friend but because her friend kept it a secret from her. In a way it was after seeing her ex with her friend that it gave her the courage to start a fling with the ml since i found the fl kind of conservative and she finally let loose and enjoy herself with an attractive guy who could blame her who wouldn't fall for such a pickup line when you're lonely and being treated so well by someone you're attracted to. After their first night together she avoided him and it took him to confront her and asking her out for her to agree to become his girlfriend. Also not all villains are women, you exaggerated, sure there is a woman villain and she pimp out the female lead, but it's not exclusively she is the only one who is doing it as that is from my understanding a business practice that many women employees were subjected to and i like that this drama highlight such practice. Also having someone who willingly giving her business advices isn't she getting a good deal, he has lots of experience to impart to her as someone who has just started out opening her own business and being inexperienced while he has study abroad and has been in the business longer.

I would reccomend watching this drama and i'm the kind who love strong women, saying all females leads making dumb business decision, who are you refering to as you said it in the plural. Even those who have business experience can make mistakes so not sure why you making it sound like a bad thing every mistake is a learn process.

I'm anticipating xukai's character in that drama but i understand what you mean every drama has certain fans interest over another. I'm into historical so i'm looking forward to all xukai's historical dramas, others might not feel the same. I'm also looking forward to 800 meters and fi ^^

If you're watching only for the romance you might think so, but the drama is so much more than a romance and i rated this drama really high for the storyline and the court intrique. The relationship between the ml and fl are only a small part at play here when the both of them have a bigger place in the whole drama rather than their relationship which i think the both of them would've turn out very differently if they were able to be together instead of having to go through all the misunderstanding to get to where they were, giving them both a chance to grow up and become a force to be reckon with.

Is this all conjecture at this point about the production team breaking the contract since we don't even know what the original script is suppose to be or who is the second ml, has he been confirm or is it still a rumor and xukai is the only confirm ml in this drama?

Thanks, i forgot about that drama. If that drama is airing bailu has three dramas airing this years back to back. Now i'm questioning why this drama is taking so long to air when other actors/actresses have multiple dramas airing. Xanxia is getting to be popular, an actor/actress dramas are airing a few months apart and those dramas are all xanxia?

I'm also surprised why the new drama was announced so early. I heard xukai already signed for this project and the controversy was due to the synopsis, so did they change the original script and what the original script was suppose to be?

That's too far into the future, i'm wondering whether it's even true or another fake rumor. I'm more interest in the one that is coming after he finish shooting his current project. So the next project is legit and not a fake rumor, and it will have double mls. What genre is this drama? Is it a historical?

I kind of figure A list actors are those that have a very popular drama that is known by everyone like wyb and xz for the untamed, yangyang for love 020, deng lun for ashes of love, etc. Those are the dramas that made them a household name since they're very popular dramas that have lots of viewers; xk was known very early in his career for story of yangxi palace that why he became really popular after that drama aired even though he was sml. So many dramas that he starred in after that role just didn't have the same heat or viewership as a result they were always compare to that role until another more memorable role came along...
