Thanks for clarifying, all these rumor dramas are just rumors and what that person wrote about chasing xukai probably just meant a certain fandom like their pairing before and want them to pair again as there was a rumor after bce that they were going to be pair in a new drama. Yz is a traffic actress so just like fans of her xk fans also want to protect him as her dramas will certainly be fl centric, and his screentimes will be less than yz like bce. I hope they will have a chance to pair again but with equal billing, but i don't know if it will ever happens.

You should watch your language, calling the fandom dumb is a sure way to start a fanwar. You misunderstood that person comment that wasn't meant in anyway as an insult to yangzi and overreacting to it. They were discussing xukai's next projects even the rumor ones, i appreciate that you correct their mistakes but no need to talk down to us and you should check what you wrote as well if you don't mean it as an insult.

I don't think they're meant it as an insult or know that the director was famous. We're all international fans and we don't always have all the infos about who is a famous director or not. You're overreacting over an innocent mistake.

I was reading all the comments on here just now, i think you're overreacting it wasn't an insult to yangzi that person was just asking a question why yuzheng's director would choose yz over his own actresses. Thanks for clarifying that the director has left yu zheng's company. All these are just rumors and are not confirm so some of xk's fans here are just discussing his next projects.

The break up came because he kept a secret from her about his intention for her company. It wasn't out of the blue his friend even warned him what would've happen if she found out from someone else. And the person who broke it to her was zd someone jx can't help but feel jealousy over their relationship. She started to doubt him and his feeling for her that he has ulterior motive for getting close to her. Ht answer when she asked him about his feeling didn't help the matter either. The grandfather has a point they both came from two different world, ht was doing what was best for his company even if he has to hide thing from jx, while jx think their relationship should be just as important as his company and he shouldn't keep things from her that will affect her company. It's through this breakup that their relationship was able to move to the next stage so i do think the breakup was necessary for them to see eye to eye.

I don't agree with what you said most of his dramas don't have mediocre plots and not all the actresses he paired with are well known. If we're talking well known as in having lots of haters because your example sword and fairy and snow eagle ĺord those two dramas i like. I agree with you xukai in lots of fl centric dramas that don't give him enough screentimes, when dramas flop the blame will be on him. I hope to see him in more ml centric dramas that wìll give him lots of focus ^^

I do get what you mean about censorship because all ml are made to be a paragon of virtue, before that it was the fl i guess the time change and fl are not expect to remain a virgin anymore ^^ In term of the age change it could've been because xk is too babyface? I didn't read novel but i like that the leads were of the same age, he is more wordly because he has been living and studying abroad and knowing how to cook is something you learn when living alone so it's not out of the ordinary for him to know these things. In the romance front it was explain he was too busy from working so don't have much time for dating. Did he get coach from his assistant i don't remember any of that, i don't think he was that inexperienced when it comes to romancing a woman i got the impression he was giving her time to adjust her feeling after her broke up with her boyfriend that why their romance started slow and because they already knew each other unlike in the novel. I like her friends and didn't mind the side cps and it felt more like a real relationship when we also got introduced to their families and friends.

I'm not on twitter and instagram so i got most of xukai's news from youtube. There're some fan channels that update his activities everyday. But i do understand what you mean about youtube, not everything on there are truth, so do be careful of what you find on there as they're just marketing and not to be trusted.

I thought contract lasted for ten years so it's his 8 years since becoming an actor. Many fans want to see him leave yuzheng and be an independent actor. I would like to see him have more control but i wonder if it's that simple to leave his agency. Yuzheng has a bad rep, so it might be a good thing for him to leave once his contract is up.

She was raised by her father after her mother died and she has to pretend to be a boy when she was growing up so it's understandable if she's not too emotional as she has to train to be tough as she became a general that has to lead an army. Nothing wrong with being opinionated, she has her own thinking because she was raised in an environment that made her into the person that she is, if she is not that way would he has fallen for her. He met another girl who's the exact opposite of the fl, who's gentle and ladylike and always seeking to please him, and he didn't feel anything for the other girl. The harder the challenge, the more interesting she's to him.

I also can't wait to see what is going to be his next work. I'm excited to hear he has many choices in scripts to choose from. I have to ask you to give an example of a better production value because i thought this drama actually did a good job with adapting the novel to drama even with minor changes. And the music is very fitting to the drama with the opening and ending i can listen to many times.

He cooked for her i think that is much better than any flower or firework. Xukai has many versatile roles, you just haven't seen enough of them. I also hope to see more versatile characters for xukai as he getting more script choices to choose from although i think chinese dramas kind of lacking in choices of scripts due to censorship.
