I have to say the last ten eps are so good and this drama deserves better rating than it does, if not for those who try to sabotage the rating of this drama, this show should get 9.0 on mdl. My rating for this drama is 10/10 i enjoy it tremendously and can't wait to see xukai and seven tan in another drama together. The rewatch value for this drama is quite high, i kept repeating so many scenes over and over especially ht and jx being romantic to each other. The osts play and the accompany music when they're together are very fitting. Love it ^^

I just have to praise abay director and the whole casts for the quality of this drama, from the ɓeginning to the end it captures my attention and i was not bore watching the love story between ht and jx and their friends and families, the business side didn't distract from their love story but contributes to their growth and love for each other.

More director should takes note this is how to end a drama, even if i didn't watch the special, ep 40 ended on such a happy note, jx and ht went to visit their parents fulfilling her last wish list. Also jx's parents advices to the young couple are very much needed for them and are so true about relationship and how communication is key and to gives in when needed for their relationship to last. Her parents has lots of experience in their own marriage, so their advices are really helpful for ht and jx in their relationship. I'm surprised it was ht's grandpa who was the one who urges him to propose to jx. Their wedding in germany and taking pictures at the same place that started their love for each other. They both look so happy together ìn their wedding attires and those i love you are so sweet and romantic. I love these two together, this is another drama of xukai with the best ending ever ❤️ For the rival hc and zd were investigated for trying to sabotage ht and jx's company, they deserved it. Ht has much more grand plan and never see tongke as a rival, he won without exerting much effort, he outplayed them both.

It's all subjective, only lili know whether they had physical chemistry, since you already had a bias about this couple so saying they lack chemistry to explain youself. It's call a different in taste, let said you didn't like pizza as a kid, but then you had a tried of pizza cause you were force to try it and then all of a sudden you realize the taste of pizza is actually good all along and you were missing out on the taste of pizza all your life. I made an analogy of pizza to the relationship between lili and szz there 😉

I didn't lie, ht was asked by zd if he invest in jx's company because of past acquaintance and he said no he doesn't invest in something that will fail. He has always value jx's talents and expertise that's why he wants to recruit her to work for his company. Ht and his cousin saw potential in her company that why they want to invest. Ht asked for over 30% shares in jx's company that's not nothing. He has tough words to her, but he was actually helping to mentor her as he value her talents and insights.

I have to respectfully disagree about szz and lili relationship. She is a smart girl to know what to look for in a guy, she has many fail relationships in the past because of her taste in guys, so picking szz someone she would normally not picked is exactly why the relationship will last. He has mature so much since they first met. He's not a man child and lili is not that old either, she's also very young looking, and what year it's now that you still going by such double standard. Szz might not be your pick, but he's lili's pick and i think she's a lucky girl to find such a devoted guy who is totally head over hill for her, as women get older, they will become smarter about the choices they make and they will look for more stability and companionship rather than just physical attraction. I think his fashion is meant to match with lili, to have a guy willing to dress up silly to attract her attention, lili could do much worse ^^

You got it wrong, fl company is not failing, and she has other option beside the ml as investor, he only came in with the offer after his cousin made an offer to the fl. Also the ml is business oriented he wouldn't put up an investment in a fail company just to sleep with the fl as you rudely suggested. The ml doesn't solve every problem for fl, he left her to solve most of the problems herself. And there're dramas that don't have mega rich ml, xukai was in one, it call she and her perfect husband, the ml is not rich and is totally opposite to the rich and powerful ml in abay. I suspects you didn't watch either dramas if you don't know these things.

Ht's cousin finally stand on his side and support him in his business decision for once, i think her grandpa warning was what made her realizes that family is more important not just because jx asked her for cooperation.

Ht and jx and their bets, these two can compete in anything and make it fun, i just love how natural their chemistry are. Also the way they both work as a team to confront those directors was so powerful and dynamic, just love how well they work together ❤️

Yeah i heard about it like everyone that bl was cast at first, but as it didn't go through and it was yz himself who changed the cast lists so i don't know how true it's that yz wants bl because if he was unrelenting she would've been cast in that drama instead of wjy since the drama was from his own company. That's why rumor about investors want wjy and not bl might carry some truth to it.

I think they want to show jx attending the wedding is to show both of them have moved on and there's no hard feeling. Unlike the viewers, jx never knew about her friend's feeling for her ex boyfriend, and it was her ex who lied and said he was the one to pursue first, and both of them gotten together after jx and him already broke up, so there was no cheating going on, so for her to not attend would make her look small and petty like she's stìll holding a grudge over him for breakìng up with her. They want to show both of them have a clean break and she's not bother by her ex and friend's wedding as she also found her own happiness. Once they married we don't see them again as they're not part of jx's life anymore.

My first fave pairing was xk and wjy from story of yangxi palace. I find the controversy from royal feast was because of yu zheng, i also heard rumor about the drama pairing xk and bl first and then changed to wjy. One of the reasons i heard about the change was because the investor likes wjy over bl, i don't know how true that is but I like both actresses and would like either pairing. But i think that happens a lot in cdramas, there will be rumor with a drama pairing because of their popularity with fans and then at the start of filming we will get the real casts. That's why i don't take too much stock in rumors until a confirmation was made from the studio. I think what happened between xk and bl is the same with lots of other popular actors and actresses who got a huge cp following after they became popular they would start to avoid each other to not cause any controversy due to overzealous fans who want to ship them together. I don't think bl and xk will pair again because of the fanwar between both their fandom.

Fl is an idol and not an actress, but that character was really made for her and she fit her character. You should keep watching, it's a cute romance and i love the teamworks ^^

No ml didn't claim to have feeling for the fl, they were friends and had a business relationship, they slept together because she lost a bet and it was her own choice as they're both adults and they're both attracted to each other. Also she left the next morning and avoided him so even if he want to declare his feeling, she didn't give him a chance. Jx is shy and is not the type to do such thing unlike her friend lili who's much more experienced than her, she was embarrassed the morning after, so she left. But he will soon declare his feeling, the love between ht and jx is a love that build over time, but it's your choice though if you get irritated that easily then you will be more irritated in the future eps when they got in a fight as viewers took side of either the ml or the fl. It's a successful drama when it can engages the audience and get them to react so strongly.

Zd is too pitiful, a woman revenge when she is scorn is a terrible thing. She is so far gone that she even attempted murder. Her obsession with ht i can understand he has the whole package grat personalty, good look and money, but she should look elsewhere to find someone who returns her affection. That guy whom she spend so much time with would be a good candidate. Getting revenge on ht by destroying his company, too bad ht has jx to manage the company while he's away.

Zd has finally snapped, her jealousy of jx has brought her over the edge to even attempted murder. She is trying everything to make trouble for ht and jx company, but jx was able to solve the crises easily while ht injury turned out to be much worse than he let on. As a result jx could only handle the situation herself, she proven ht's trust in giving her position as vice president is the right choice as she can handle crises when the president is away ^^

Xiao meng gotten lucky in finding a boyfriend, she's the last to find love between her lili and jx, but she already has a guy totally devoted to her without going through heartache. Both she and mr lu are two young lovers so their relationship are less serious and more about enjoying each other's company. Lili is the one with the most trouble in finding love, but she also has a devoted guy waiting for her. There's a pattern in the men who love these three friends, the guys all fall harder, although with ht it looks like jx falls just as hard as he made her felt so much insecuries because of her love for him ❤️

I think it's due to different culture, but in china this drama got very popular because asian parents are much more controlling than western parents so those who watch this drama can relate when it comes to their own mothers. Children living with their parents are a normal part of society unlike in the west, the children move out and seek their independent, in asia children are obligated to take care of their parents once they're old, otherwise they will be judged by society.
