Unsurprised by this, as I had an inkling this would happen. Japan tends to be more loyal to the source material, so this has potential! They just need to ignore what occurs in episode 12 onwards, really.
You are everywhere! Probably one of the prolific viewers on here and I love that๐
Woah, that's SO many! There are a lot of good ones around. I'm juggling a fair few as well: Broken the Heart (not subbed), Marry My Husband, Passionate Love, Indulgence and LTNS.
All night at that! Slightly reminds me of the amarous main couple's wedding night in My Sassy Princess.
IKR?! Quite daring with some of the lines and scenes. That's what can happen when they cast two actors that can kiss. I was like ๐ฒ at what was implied and heard, like 'is that allowed?!' ๐ Shame the FL in MSP wasn't better written but as it went on, they had some good kiss scenes and teasing.
Instead of portraying the minister's wife as the villain for mu*rdering her husband, it would have been great…
I see what you mean. Similar turning victim into villain trope happened in The Autumn Ballad and it made me sigh. I've noticed that it'll usually be short or be implied when it's a man's turn to be plummeled but a woman with have a drawn out scene of her being a punching bag.
I've been trying to pinpoint why I'm not liking Passionate Love as much as I did similar Republican dramas like…
MTE! Something like this NEEDS a ML with more than sufficient charisma to sell this genre and the actor isn't there yet. He'd suit playing a villain more at this current time.
It isn't an age issue as actors who are his age or younger at the time could more than step up to the challenge.

I'll add Different Princess to my watchlist!
We have similar taste! ๐

I'm hoping for a great kiss scene๐
